A pleasant quiet hotel, on an island measuring 400 by 400 m, it is definitely the best)))
Everything is within walking distance, and barefoot, there's really nothing to put on shoes for. We lived in a family villa on the beach, very comfortable, ocean view through palm trees, a volleyball court below, but no playing, no noise.
The furniture and plumbing are good, everything is beautiful, decent, the cleaning is superficial, the balcony is cool. There is a lot of space in the room, it has two rooms and a huge hall as an additional.room.
The beach is very cozy, small, limited by breakwaters. Corals occupy the left side of the beach, on the right you can go without slippers and it will be deeper. The reef is interesting, there are many different fish, my husband saw a turtle. Early in the morning, a stingray was seen near the restaurant. In the evening, the sharks finish the leftovers of our dinner there.
The restaurant is good, the staff is excellent, they try very hard to please and feed the children, they specially made the breakfasts they prefer. Although in general, breakfast and dinner with half board are without a choice (often it was pasta or rice with fish, mashed soup, beef or chicken). We chose lunch according to the menu.
Keep in mind that there is no alcohol not only in the hotel, but also on the island in general, due to religion.
From here you can visit several excursions, we went to look at Manta rays early in the morning in the ocean and on the island of Gangehi resort for half a day, interestingly, we liked it.
A hotel for a very quiet family holiday.
A great guest for your money!
Yes, it is listed everywhere as a guesthouse, but in fact a hotel. If you compare with resorts, of course, there are a lot of disadvantages, but if you consider it from the perspective of an unassuming traveler, then it's very good! It should be borne in mind that you will need to get to the island by boat for about two hours, respectively, since this implies access to the open ocean, the weather can leave an imprint and bring nuances in the form of sea rolling. Upon my arrival, the weather was bad and we were provided with a hotel in Male. There is an excellent reef for snorkeling, a kayak, as well as a wonderful diving center where you will be taught the most basic things from scratch and you will be able to comfortably make your first dive, there are also a number of excursions at reasonable prices, I could recommend fishing - not far, but cool, amateurs will appreciate, and beginners will be able to understand how interesting it is to them. Also, from the nuances, I note that it is worth going here ONLY for Full Board or All inclusive, otherwise the food will be expensive - it must be borne in mind that in the Maldives all taxes by law can be transferred to the consumer, so always check the prices!
A small cozy hotel. Positive: nice beach, convenient access to the water. Everything is very close. The dishes are monotonous, you can eat, the cook tries hard. Of the cons: very expensive local excursions, fabulous prices! The local coral reef gets boring after two days. There is practically no seafood in the restaurant. For a fee, the lobster is $100. The island is small, three shops and a mosque. The locals are friendly. On excursions: dolphins, stingrays, sharks, you may not meet them, but you must pay.
