Overall, we had a very good rest. I liked the water park at the hotel, it is for both adults and children. A varied diet.
What I didn't like was the entrance to the sea through a "stone slab", you need to be very careful with a wave, you can get injured; very weak staff control over places where smoking is prohibited, as a result, they smoke at a children's disco, near a children's pool, in pool bars where smoking is prohibited. This is the biggest disadvantage for me.

Memories of a vacation in August 2021. The hotel is beautiful, solid (marble hall decoration, mosaic), pleasant green area, a series of swimming pools. But during the pandemic, apparently, the hotel has worn out and fallen into disrepair. For example, only one of the 4 elevators was working! The elevators were not repaired during the stay at the hotel. They were cleaned only after urgent repeated calls to the reception and a conversation with the hotel staff. The food was modest: boring salads, minced meat, only one kind of fish and meat in chunks for dinner. Seafood - a couple of mussels. It is sad and sad to observe the poor quality in the hotel 5*

A wonderful hotel. We went in early October 2020 from October 7-15. It's not the first time I've been to Turkey and I've always gone to 5 *. But this one is the best. Of course they don't, but everything is very well organized. Meals are served almost around the clock in the main restaurant. The alcohol is local, but very high quality, even the wine is not bad. Snack bar : shawarma, hot dog, burgers, waffles, donuts with toppings, and of course a bunch of salads and cakes. Pool bar until 23.00. Wifi reception is good, you can call home via whatsapp. Territory: beautiful garden, walking paths, you can wander and get lost. A huge water park, slides for every taste, work according to schedule, but with understanding. And there are a lot of mushrooms and slides for kids. The beach is the purest, grayish sand, there is sand in the sea, but depending on the weather, small pebbles can be nailed. Sun beds are free, there are many even during rush hour. The food is delicious, beautiful and varied even in the covid season. Although, according to the conversations of friends, other hotels have lowered the bar.
The rooms are a little old, cosmetic repairs do not interfere. But so clean. The sheets and towels were changed every day. The rest is not.
And I read reviews about the maids- it's true. They don't clean very hard, they don't try, even for tips, and the same without them. I took the fanta from the mini-bar. The children were even upset, they wanted to have a drink in front of the TV in the evening. The bottle disappeared after cleaning(((. And I read about these tricks in the above reviews. But she didn't touch it anymore. Replenishment of the bar is paid.
Animation for both children and adults is very lively, cheerful to everyone's taste. The evening shows are just great.
I highly recommend the spa. Massage is simply beyond all praise. Emine's masseuse is aged, but just super. I always take a massage, but here it's cool!!! It's expensive 30-35 $ per hour.
I had a good rest, but not much))). I'll come back and catch up....

Just arrived from this hotel! Considering that this is our 5th trip with children to Turkey-this is the best hotel we've been to! We rested for 10 days and didn't want to leave at all! Russian Russian is almost unknown to the staff at the reception, but in broken English with a dash of Russian, everything can be understood and sorted out)) Our room was on the 4th floor with a view of the sea and the aquarark! Clean with a mini-bar, safe, two combined beds, two sofas and a playpen bed for a small child! There is one point here, if you have a room with a sea view, then you will hear disco music all night, and in the daytime, if you have a baby, screams and roars from the water park and pools! The territory is huge, there are a lot of greenery and flowers! Very beautiful! There is a main restaurant on the 0 floor and there are a lot of bars in all points! The beach is sand with small pebbles! The sea is warm, there are always enough sun beds under the canopy! From the animation, of course, this is a water park for both children and adults quite large! Water polo, football, tennis, bocce (playing with metal balls on the beach looks like a petang), shooting from pneumatics, volleyball, darts, disco, amphitheater every day mini entertainment for children, then performances of various kinds of dancing, magic tricks, etc! The food in the restaurant is different and themed every day (Italian, Mexican, Turkish, Japanese, fish day) but these are dinners! Breakfasts and lunches are plus or minus the same! There is a lot of food and varied, but a lot of peppery, the hotel itself seems to be nothing, but there were problems with the rooms when checking in and then the safe broke, then the hair dryer broke twice and the room itself (this impression) was made by crooked-armed and crooked-eyed workers. The beach is spacious, There is a lot of food on the street, ice cream, drinks (local alcohol for an amateur, except beer). We have been staying at the hotel since 08/10/2020 with a family of 5 people. The hotel itself is good, a huge landscaped area, many pools, a green area, a large beach. But all these charms are crossed out by the service and the complete indifference of the staff!!!
We checked into an almost empty hotel, 10-12 people arrived and ... we were checked in only after 14 o'clock. It took almost an hour to get the keys!!! At the same time, I went to exchange the key 2 times to get into the room. The third time, an employee came and started fixing the lock.
There is dirt in the room, the floors are not washed, I'm talking about the quality of repairs, everything is like in ordinary Turkish hotels for three!
There were not enough towels and clothes hangers in the room, there were no water cups, although the kettle was standing. There are no shampoos and shower gels in the room, one of the TVs does not turn off at all... at the same time, he is behind the mirror and it is impossible to pull out the wire!
At the request of the administration to eliminate this, they brought a cot for some reason. After taking out the cot, we left the room wide open, which we found after returning from the sea (it's good that nothing was missing).
Around one o'clock in the morning, people came into our room to check in and were surprised to see us sleeping)
4 days have passed, and none of our comments have been eliminated, even the burned-out light bulb in the toilet has not been changed.
The huge area around the pools begins to be swept and cleaned at 10 o'clock!!! When everything is already filled with vacationers. And people start walking between them with garbage.
The food and its organization in difficult conditions of restrictions is simply disgusting! There is only one coffee machine per huge hotel! There are huge queues around for food delivery. There were only rolls and pancakes for breakfast today. There were no fried or boiled eggs. There were no sausages either. Dishes are poorly washed, to find a clean coffee cup, you need to turn over 6 pieces of them!!! And it's 5 stars!!!
Many went to complain to the administrator. Everyone refers to the difficulties of resuming work, but these are just mistakes and indifference of the administration !!!
In 4 days the hotel was completely filled. Ventilation in all rooms is turned off, it is Terribly stuffy!
The Internet does not work, I bought a paid one, but it does not even ship mail, Although they took 15 €.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of August 2021. The choice in favor of this hotel was made because of the large water park. It really turned out to be cool; 2 pools for kids with different slides, many outdoor and indoor slides of different levels, where children of all ages and adults can have fun. The age limit is 10+, but in fact there are no restrictions. On the slides, where in Russia the limit would be 12+, children of 5 years of age rode.
There are also many pools in the hotel, which did not create a crowd. As always, the deck chairs were occupied in the morning and practically no one appeared all day. The sea was very warm and clean during this period, but the entrance to the sea was not very good, the sand ended abruptly and some kind of concrete slab began at the bottom, which was in potholes and it was very uncomfortable to stand on it. The distance from Side is 9 km, near the hotel there is a public transport stop, which costs $ 1, taxi services $ 10. The room was two-level on the 5th floor, of course, this format went to the child, but for me it is better to have a more spacious one-story, because almost no one went upstairs. In addition, the bathroom door did not really close, the shower holder was broken, there were no shelves for bathroom accessories, the soap dispenser was not refilled despite the request. There was a dovecote on the roof with explicit footprints all around. The food is good: meat, fish, mussels, poultry, vegetables, fruits, sweets. I didn't like the Ala-kart at all, in pre-pandemic times in other 5* it was much better, a very modest set of dishes and a very long wait, in general, we went to a shared restaurant to finish eating. Internet is $ 10 for seven days, in the lobby, of course, for free. In summary, I put 5 * for the water park, otherwise I liked the previously visited 5 * more.

If you want to ruin your vacation, then welcome. This concept does not correspond to reality at all. An unfinished hotel was opened, many locations do not work, the service is at zero, no one knows or understands anything. In the bar, the staff does not understand basic English. No compensation from the hotel, they were put in a room with a view of the ventilation from which the noise is 24/7, it is impossible to stay quietly in the room.

We had a rest with the company from April 10 to April 18. We were completely delighted with the hotel itself and the friendly staff. The beach is clean, there are enough sun loungers for everyone. The food is varied, we really liked it. Thanks to Hussein, we used the SPA services, visited the best massage masters. Sauna, hammam, various SPA treatments – I really liked everything. I'm resting now in this hotel....

I absolutely DID NOT LIKE THE hotel. The first thing that catches your eye and is impressive is the old carpets in the corridors, filled with drinks that no one washes, STUFFINESS IN THE HOTEL LOBBY AND ELEVATORS (in elevators like in a sauna). Is it a family vacation with 2 children: 4 and 7 years old. The room was with a sea view, but there was loud music every day until 3 a.m. (up to 24 hours from the hotel disco, until 3 a.m. from another hotel). We had a rest in the middle of August 2022.There were crowds of vacationers in the restaurant, noise, clatter of dishes, like a lot of food, but I didn't want to eat, everything was monotonous, at the end of the rest it was generally difficult to find a free table, I came to catch the waiter and wait for him to set a clean table. You can't find free sun beds either by the sea or by the pools during the day, you had to walk in the morning and occupy them, as in Soviet times. Children's show programs generally suck, I can't even call them show programs:Life-size dolls from cartoons come on stage and just dance, my children didn't want to watch it, they didn't like the children's discos on the amphitheater stage either:5-6 animators stand in front of a crowd of children and dance moves are shown to the music, but there are a lot of children and all do not fit on this stage, my children refused to participate in this crowd.There is nowhere to walk in the evenings, there is no embankment, the hotel territory is small. TO SUMMARIZE:the rest was ruined, I think that for such a vacation you need to pay extra for the lost time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. Now it claims to be in the premium category. Drinks and food are good. The service in the restaurant is good. Animation and shows are good. The rooms - there are probably good ones - are large, but ... The standards - superior - with a sea view are small, suitable only for ascetics). Loft horror-in the attic - is cramped and uncomfortable. The landview rooms are some above the fans and parking. Entering the sea is inconvenient. The water park is from the "old" hotel. Repainted)!

The tour operator presented this hotel as a new one, which opened in May 2023. Premium segment ))) In fact, this is an old building with disgusting repairs, they changed the name and made new pools. It's beautiful only in the photo.
The room is filthy. Cleaning can be absent for three days (despite requests and requests) or maybe every day, but there is no difference. We lived in a room together with a child, after cleaning, for some reason, the bedspreads disappeared, which instead of blankets, then there was one, then for some reason three.
Shampoo, gel, etc. you need to beg for and not the fact that they will be brought to you. Their quality leaves much to be desired.
After the "cleaning", 8 body lotions were put in the room and not a single Gel and shampoo. I left a request, they responded, brought 8 shampoos, and took everything else away.
The shower stall has not been washed once in two weeks.
You need to ask for bathrobes, but the staff does not speak English, you have to run to look for a phone with a translator or look for a dirty bathrobe in a pile of everything and show what exactly you want. Ants lived with us in the first room and dripped from the ceiling onto the bed, they did not want to change for a long time, they waited 2 days, eventually they moved.
The restaurant is a mess, the tables and dishes are dirty. You need to run and look for a fork. The waiters are not interested in guests. In the morning, the coffee in the restaurant is terrible, but there is a wonderful delicious coffee in the lobby, but the difficulty is that the coffee bar is open from 10, when breakfast ends.
There is a very modest selection on the bar menu, but the bartenders do not make cocktails from the menu if you ask for them. The bartender can just refuse, he says he can't, and that's it. Although it's not about something luxurious, but a simple milkshake for a child. Ice cream should also be run around and searched in bars.
There are no free sunbeds, not even one. Everything is littered with towels and things. I followed the same principle, left a towel and cream in the evening, other people were already lying there in the morning, but I didn't find my things anymore.
If you want peace and relaxation, there is absolutely nothing to do here. The rooms with sea view will have music up to 1-
2 nights. You can't sleep with a small child for sure.
I have never seen such a disgusting pizza as here. In the heartland of Russia, pizza tastes better in the school cafeteria 💯

The hotel is below average. The rooms are dead in the trash. Of course, they tried to make superficial repairs - the doors were changed, the wallpaper was glued. But plumbing and tiles in the bathroom cost about 20 years, judging by the look.
But that's nothing. Well okay.
On the territory, however, it is beautiful, although the repairs are dusty and loud all the time. But there is a place to walk in the hotel itself and you can go out and walk around the lake, it is also very pleasant, you can ride a bike. I was pleased with the food - everything is delicious and varied. They try to decorate the pitch.
Service - well, that's it. I went with two children aged 5 and 12. They first settled in a two-storey room on the 5th floor. Moreover, we arrived at 11 a.m., checked in at 14.00, not a minute earlier. The concierge was quite insistently waiting for a tip when he brought the suitcases to the room. I didn't have any change money yet, I gave 10 lire, waited for more, then twisted my face and went offended. The stairs in the room are like an attic - very steep, with a protruding angle, not safe. She asked to be relocated. They lowered the room category and settled on the other side, where music is constantly rumbling from the neighboring hotel in the evenings until one o'clock in the morning. Closed windows do not save. Apparently, there is no law on the regime of silence in Turkey. But this is a real trash on vacation to listen to this instead of relaxing.
The audibility inside is also amazing, in the next room, sorry, they go to the toilet, everything is audible in ours. They stir tea in a glass with a spoon - you can also hear it.
It's clearly not 5 stars. And just like that, I didn't see anything amazing announced at the booking and level travel.
The entrance to the sea is so-so, the beach is dirty.
In the evening, it is difficult to find a clean table in the restaurant, the waiters can not cope.
The kids' club generally sucks. The child almost had a heatstroke, they drove her around the territory without a panama hat for some reason, they did not give her water. There are no classes as such. The children just sit and draw and that's it. The "club" itself is such a shed.
In short, to summarize - there is a place to walk around the hotel, the food is also OK. The pools and the water park are also good, but they could have worked longer, not 4 hours a day. The spa is about nothing. Service - one person who helped us with the relocation was friendly. The rest of the staff is not. The room stock and the general interior are all old and smell of mold. There is no silence in the evenings and for me this is the most trash, old repairs and maintenance can be survived in the end - God be with him. But the sound - there is no escape from this rave, I want to sleep, open the window, but in no way.

The hotel is generally good, slides for both children and adults are better than half of the water parks in Russia, the service suffered a little for the first 3 days, but, referring to the fires, the entire water holiday was unavailable for the same reason.
I didn't find anything to eat for myself, I ate an omelet for breakfast and the rest of the time fruits, I'm a meat eater and the way they cook meat is a gag reflex... Well, the roast saved the situation for a couple of days.
I was in Goyniuk - they cooked crayfish there on Fridays, I didn't see anything like this in Nashir..
A vacation in Turkey at the age of 21 is, in my opinion, a waste of money...

The opinion about the hotel begins to take shape at the reception: the evening shift was extremely unfriendly. Next room: a very old room stock with shabby furniture, mold in the bathroom. Next, the food: for the five of them, it was very ordinary and inextricable, little changed from day to day. It's a failure for children in general. There is a separate place for meals, but there is no food for children. The omelet was generally tasteless in the children's area. Drinks on the declared Ultra do not correspond to the word at all. From abroad, only whiskey and white rum. The cocktails themselves do not look like the originals, they are completely tasteless. Pinacold is made with plain milk, strawberry Margarita with crushed ice could not be made due to the lack of such ice! Condees barely work. The main restaurant is stuffy! On the positive side, there are good pools and water slides. The animation is not bad. The minus in the children's room is that the candy does not work there at all (poor kids. Overall, this is a very ordinary hotel. It's hard to say how many stars, it's better to read the review. I would give 4 stars and I don't plan to come here anymore.

I liked the hotel. Of course, this is not a premium five, but it is quite at a decent level. A beautiful water park, a huge swimming pool area, is located on the first line - the beach is very close- within walking distance. Your own pier, from which you can dive into the depths as well as a small pleasant bonus. The large, well-groomed territory is full of greenery and flowers. When I was parachuting with my son, I appreciated the hotel from above and realized that it was definitely the best on this coast. I recommend it for holidays with children!

When I'm going on vacation, I always read reviews for a long time when choosing a hotel.... Thanks to everyone who takes the time to share their impressions.
We had a rest with two children aged 8 and 14 from 06/26/2015/2021.
We flew perfectly. We checked into the room right away, because we arrived in the evening. The room is nice, spacious, I don't like carpeting - it wasn't there (hooray). When we were checking out, people came up with complaints, everything is fine in our room! In the refrigerator: water, min. water, fanta, cola. The fourth floor, sea view is really a sea view, stunning, the sea is not only visible, it can be heard!!!!! Balcony, table, chairs. They cleaned every day, the bed was changed four times in 10 days.
The sea is very close and very clean, a separate attraction - a lot of fish, which the children fed from the pier.
The territory is large and green. There are a lot of pools, it's very good, you can choose a quiet one with animation, with slides, with children, whatever you want. As for the children.... I have children myself, I love them very much, but...... In this wonderful hotel there is a playground and a children's stage, located so that you cannot hear or see them. What a blessing it is, believe me!!!!!!
I won't write much about food - I'll eat everything! Fruits, burgers, tortillas, pizza, very tasty grilled fish (I recommend it). I did not drink alcohol, there is very good coffee at the beach bar!
I would like to note separately - SPA!!!! Oksana, my love! This little, pretty girl has picked up wonderful programs for us. We went for a massage, me and the children, rested in the hammam and sauna, of course we attended a foam massage. Be sure to visit the SPA! Professionals and very good people work there. Ali's massage therapist, his lymphatic drainage massage, helped me lose 5 kg. The swelling has gone down, the legs and back have stopped hurting, in a word - magic. It's nice to come and hear a lot of compliments ", lost weight", "prettier", etc. For example, I'm always afraid to get better on vacation ....
I forgot to write about a cool water park, a rope park for children from 7 years old. My children do not recognize animation, they entertain themselves. Would I like to come back? Yes. Would you recommend it to your friends? Yes!
