We were accommodated in a beautiful villa with a private pool. They brought a gorgeous dinner from the Turkish restaurant "Anatolia" directly to the Villa. The room can be changed for an additional fee without any problems. They always try to settle in ahead of schedule. We go in September. There are always disadvantages in any hotel. But you don't need to make a big deal out of a molehill and not spoil your vacation. You can take a taxi to the nearest shopping center or take a minibus. Wheelchair rental+. You can order a transfer right at the hotel. We bought the tickets themselves separately + hotel reservation + transfer. It's more convenient for us. We chose this hotel because we are traveling with a child and the priority was the children's slides. Everyone was satisfied.
From 27.09 to 4.10 we flew to rest in Side hotel Lago, on the territory of the hotel in an absolutely sober and adequate condition, my husband suffered a serious back injury, after which he cannot walk normally. The hotel doesn't care about it at all!
After getting injured, we went to the doctor at the hotel, who just felt, prescribed ointment and said that everything would pass, the next day we went to the city for ointment and my husband's legs failed, from that moment we were left to ourselves, we wrote to the doctor at the hotel, the guide, but no one helped us I could, or they did not answer, we are in a foreign country, it is not clear where we are and what to do, I am a 50kg girl, I braked cars and dragged my husband literally on myself so that at least we were taken to the hotel and an ambulance was called, we went to the hospital alone, no one from the hotel wanted to help us and to accompany us, the insurance company refused to pay for the examination, they injected him with painkillers, which did not work and sent him to the hotel, where they did not even ask how he was and if they could help him in any way, did not deign to find out and sort out the situation, but simply pretended as if nothing had happened. The man couldn't walk, I carried him on my back. Do you know what the "funniest" thing is? We had a room with a staircase! Yes, there was a staircase right in the room, we tried to peacefully change it several times (before that because the room stank of piss so it hurt my eyes. and no one wanted to solve this in any way), in the end we were just sent far away, for that the German girl next door to us, who threw this key right in front of us in the face of the man at the reception, everything was quickly changed for her. My husband climbed this ladder on all fours, he just crawled on it!
you can't imagine how much I cried, my absolutely healthy husband can't walk properly now! You didn't have nightmares about how we survived the flight, we had two heavy suitcases of 20 kg each, and two bags, I dragged all this myself and also supported my husband, because he couldn't stand on his feet for more than 30 seconds! We stayed at this hotel in July 2021. A large hotel with a huge well-maintained territory. A lot of greenery. A good water park (children's and adult slides). The animation is also quite good. Of the cons:
This is room cleaning. During the 10 days of stay, they cleaned 3 times and then very superficially, they never washed under the bed at all. Even the garbage from the previous tenants remained. But the most significant disadvantage is the entrance to the sea. Due to the artificial slab and a large jackdaw without special shoes, entering the sea is very problematic, because it is easy to get injured. There were still not enough beach towels. They just didn't have time to wash them. And about the excursions: it was possible to buy them only from the guide at times more expensive than on the street. There were no usual stalls selling tours anywhere nearby.
We had a rest in August 2023. The hotel opened after restoration in May 2023. We booked the cheapest loft room with a view of the city. Before departure, we were informed that the entrance door to the loft and the next room will be shared, as well as a separate staircase leads to the loft, which is not very convenient to understand. Upon arrival, we were immediately checked in. We expected the worst, but the room completely satisfied us, while the view was over the sea. The loft room looked like a standard room in a modern Sochi hotel at a price much lower than in Sochi. The stairs to the room did not bother at all, we climbed it several times a day and it does not cause much discomfort. At the time of check-in, the room was clean, a full set of towels, bathrobes, slippers and bathroom accessories, a mini bar with beer, soda, water, juice. Cleaning does suffer at the hotel, but not critically. The food is very varied and delicious, there is enough space for everyone in the shared restaurant. The dishes could really be a little stained, so I personally had to control the glasses, plates and forks that I took to my table. I was completely satisfied with the entrance to the sea, if you don't like to walk on concrete slabs, there is an option to do it through the pier. The beach area is very large, there were enough sun beds for everyone, basically all the sun beds were free within a radius of 10 sun beds. The sea is clean, the water is warm. The evening program (showtime) is much better than in other similar (cost-effective) hotels in Turkey. If you do not find fault with the staff, which is really not enough in the hotel, to the repairs that are made by a blunder, the rest will be wonderful, because the hotel itself is cool, the only thing is not brought to mind.

And we also need to fight at the reception for available rooms because the number of people who want to leave the Loft rooms is huge.
2. The main restaurant. Of course, you will not stay hungry, but you will have to look for clean tables and appliances. So luck smiles on those who come to the discovery. Well, the advice is not to wait and not ask the waiters, bring everything yourself faster.
3. Beach bar. Drinks are mostly local. They are also used to prepare various mixtures , I would say , mixing everything in a glass . Bottled drinking water is constantly running out on the beach and no one bothers to replenish it anymore.
4. After a few days, the room had to be changed again because the lock at the front door to the room stopped working.. before that, the safe did not work in the room, and the air conditioner lived its own separate life , simply contaminating all living things around .
Thus, the number of requests to the hotel administration exceeded 8 times. There was a feeling that we go there as if to work. It's useless to call, they won't answer the phone.I would like to say thank you to the Russian-speaking staff who are trying to work in such an environment and solve problems no matter what.
We came to the conclusion that the problem is not that the hotel is new and has not yet had time to do everything for the season, but the problem is the staff who do not have the necessary competence and generally the desire to work well. They think that everything will work out. I would like to wish the management to reconsider their attitude towards hotel guests and in general to the principles of doing business if you want your hotel to be on top and tourists continue to come to it.

If you order a cocktail at the bar, I can forget about you for 40 minutes and never bring it, if you decided to take a sunbed before breakfast, do not be surprised if your things are thrown into a random place and your sunbed is occupied, they can also take your towels and appropriate them for themselves.

The rooms are not cleaned, mold in the shower, they have not heard about vacuum cleaners, broken toilets (although there was a renovation in 2023). The room smells musty and musty, could not be ventilated for 12 days. The beach is dirty, there is mud everywhere, cigarette butts, plastic, there are almost no tables. The entrance to the sea is very sharp, large stones, slippery slabs. I can't say anything about animation, it's just missing. An evening hour-long show, followed by daily live music of the pension plan. There is simply nothing for young people to do here. It is unclear why the hotel is called youth. The disco was once a week with a normal DJ (two hours). I saw the animators once, during live music, they called me to dance. We haven't seen any activity announcements or announcements about the evening program. In general, the impression is so-so, three stars at most, nothing special for such money. I do not advise visiting other than the location (2 restaurants on the beach) as an aesthetic pleasure, there will definitely be no gastronomic one. The rooms are already “ruined” despite the fact that the hotel is open this year, we live in a 2-room family with access to the pool, there are many shortcomings, inside the hotel itself, you can also see the wear and tear for such a minimal period. The Internet is constantly crashing. There are clearly not enough waiters in the general restaurant, it is elementary to wipe the table and spread out the appliances, you need to run after them. You can forget about tea, coffee and drinks that they will bring, it's easier to bring everything yourself. Normal coffee is only made in one bar. In general, there is a feeling that neither food nor towels are clearly calculated on the number of guests, people are outraged, but the staff in fact cannot solve anything. Therefore, we will definitely not return here, because service is important.
Of the advantages - this place is really beautiful, the photos are also interesting, a good pool.

I liked the animation and the children's room. The animators in the children's room are all good, there is a lot of entertainment. There is a stage, a new show every day, then live music, a disco. There were rains and cool weather for several days, and it was cold to swim. But if there was an indoor one, that's it. Problems with the air conditioner, I went to the reception 2-3 times a day every day about the air conditioner, why did I go? Because it's very difficult to get through to them.
