The hotel is beautiful, clean, fashionable. We settled right away, a big plus, food for four, everything is delicious, fruits, cherries, watermelon. A big minus is a very non-client-oriented staff, not all of course, there were several smiling, responsive guys, but in general, where the owners took this landing in the dining room, it feels like they don't understand what they are doing there at all. You order drinks, wait half an hour, or no one will return at all, some take an order, smile in person and they go on to clean the tables, they just went for drinks, spoons and forks themselves, they couldn't wait either. The standard room is a little cramped, it's a real problem for me with my back, a very hard mattress, I asked for a toper, they don't have it, I called 4 times, eventually they brought a blanket to spread, I asked for three more, they brought it, it got better. Cocktails are made poorly at bars, 4 people at the bar for a very long time, everyone turns away, as if they are busy with something, they don't even look at what you are standing, waiting, talking to each other. There are no people, a couple of people are standing near the bar and you think, when it's interesting, they will stop chatting, and see that the customers are standing, and they don't look at them specifically, Don't wave, it's useless. A big minus is not given by the iron. In other hotels, this is not a problem at all. But the sea is fire of course. The territory is beautiful, everything is stylish. Animation on 4. The motorcycle show was cool. If someone likes to leave the hotel and walk, then there is nothing from the word at all, there is nowhere to go. Honestly, the hotel is great, but I will not return, I did not have enough warmth and attention from the staff.

A wonderful hotel!
The rooms are modern , clean , nice , wide beach , clean pools, there are enough sun beds on the beach and by the pools, you do not need to borrow in advance.
The food is standard Turkish, the days of the cuisines of the world alternate, the bars are normal, an excellent coffee shop and pastry shop. Waiters on roller skates deliver drinks, ice cream , in the heat.
The animation is noisy and long, those who like it quieter are better off in the first building, it's also quieter by the pool. I liked the Maldivian relax beach.
In general, I liked the hotel.
The minus is smoking by the pool and hookahs on the animation!!😰 If you get near it , it 's tin , you can suffocate ! You lie there sunbathing for a couple of hours, a man comes and starts smoking, and aerobatics - leave a smoking cigarette and go for a swim in the pool....

Positive:
It is beautiful, fresh, modern, many locations for photos, a large swimming pool, good food in the main restaurant, delicious desserts, a good children's table.
Minuses:
Poor service, poorly cleaned, rude at the reception, small territory, entering the sea through the plates
Features: the hotel is not a family hotel, there are many 18+ zones, including the advertised Maldivian beach, the restaurant has a separate area for families with children and 18+, they also settle on different sides of the hotel.
Please note that by default, standard rooms are attic rooms with small windows, all others with an additional fee.
"Garden view" is a view of the parking lot at the back of the hotel.
“Sea view" - sometimes to the parking lot at the side of the hotel and a side view of the sea.
In general, a good hotel, but it does not justify the claimed reputation.

An amazing hotel for your money. Yes, there is not a very wide variety of food choices, yes, cleanliness used to be lame (in the room itself - we had a superior). The staff is English-speaking - for some it will be a significant disadvantage, and the young man and I do not speak fluently, let's say so. The areas with pools and slides were my favorites! The sea and the beach area are clean and comfortable to stay in. Repairs are fresh everywhere - for the period August 2024. Will we come back again? I doubt. But only because we don't like to go to the same places. And so ... if you are looking for a hotel without children, then this is a great option - families at a minimum, but even if there are children, they are always and everywhere (restaurants, swimming pools) in a separate area. Cleanliness bothered me personally: the room was poorly cleaned and I had to inform the reception for a more thorough cleaning. But I don't want to deal with these issues on vacation, so I don't want to return at this point.

Great hotel, great food! We wrote below about the scarcity - in my opinion, there is even an overabundance of food! It is very convenient that there is a good playroom for children - in the evening it is very saving. At the entrance to the sea with slabs - go to the left of the pier, if you look at it - there is a large area where there is sand and there are no slabs (keep in mind that the depth starts very quickly).

Everything is fine in this hotel. Very stylish interiors, lots of places for Instagram photos, beautiful comfortable furniture. Bars, restaurants, animation - everything is at the highest level. But the daytime sports movement is something I have not seen anywhere else. Yoga, strength fitness, sports on boots, cycling in the pool. Good alcohol and food. Definitely recommend it!

Greetings to all. We are staying with my wife at the Lago hotel, the hotel is as comfortable as possible! Here you have everything for photos of social networks and for family holidays.
Freely available, you can easily rent a car at affordable prices. Kanekei's manager is a very pleasant, polite girl.
I advise everyone, the food is 10/10, the cleanliness is 10/10, and the layout of the entire hotel is all nearby and is reasonably along the way!

Excellent and pleasant hotel, completely rebuilt in 2022.
Positive:
1) The interior is made with style, there are many locations around the hotel, there is something to do, it's nice to relax
2) excellent food in quality, good choice, there are "special" evenings in the evenings (for example, Mexican / Italian cuisine)
3) the presence of a coffee shop, dessert, bistro, bars (alcohol is also of reasonable quality - a lot of foreign), etc.
4) the first line, its own good beach by the sea
5) Stable Wi-Fi everywhere
6) good service, pleasant staff (except for the reception, perhaps)
7) the presence of pleasant evening programs (without vulgarity and the bazaar station, everything is stylish and pleasant)
Minuses:
1) The repair, of course, was not done without flaws - in almost all rooms the problem is that the water in the shower goes extremely slowly (I had to call the technicians twice in a week), there are general repair flaws, but they are insignificant
2) reception - of all the staff, these are probably the least pleasant and friendly people. The expression on the men's faces at the reception is eternal fatigue and the feeling that the guests owe them something
3) the SPA is weak enough - the sauna is frankly cold (or it was set to a minimum temperature every day), the hammam (real Turkish) is also not fully functional, the steam room is OK
Summing up, I recommend the hotel, it is clear that the management is trying to create a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. Probably one of the best hotels in Antalya. Moreover, the price-quality ratio is pleasantly surprising

We just arrived. We had a rest at the Lago hotel from September 11 to 18. I want to share it. We liked the hotel. The number of rooms is the same. True, we took a standard room with a lake view, but we were given a sea view. We were very pleased with this. The area is very beautiful. There are many bars with high-quality beer and alcohol. Good evening shows. As for the food, we were delighted for the first three days, and then we started to find fault. There was no roast lamb . Red fish is not edible. These are some kind of salty scraps. The sushi is just disgusting. And so there are a lot of things. You can choose. The waiters work perfectly. No queues for food. The tables are always free. The territory of the hotel is very well monitored, everything is clean. The flowers are well-groomed. But the disadvantage is on the beach. The beach is very dirty. The sand has probably never been robbed, it's very dirty. It's full of cigarette butts and all sorts of small debris. The deck chairs are very dirty, especially in the foot area. A few words about this hotel…
The rest was in May) 6 days at the Swandor Kemer Hotel, and 6 days at Lago.
We arrived at Lago, a beautiful building, we didn't like the hotel lobby itself, it was short(
There is a coffee shop in the lobby, the coffee is wonderful and the cookies are delicious)
Let's go for a walk around the hotel, and what can I say :
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, the sun beds are comfortable, there is a beach with Maldivian sand + 16 years old, where 5-6 divas are sitting along the shore, changing poses, and their men are photographing them.
This is something)) we watched it for half an hour and felt very sorry for the men....
We decided to have a snack and it was a fiasco of this hotel!!!
First of all - very very very dirty!
The furniture is stained, the tables are dirty, the glasses are brought dirty after washing (I never drank fresh), where the food is not very clean (((
The choice is catastrophically poor and meager (after the Swandor Hotel).
They did not eat and went to the sea !
The entrance to the sea is a slab!
The sun beds are dirty.

We swam a little and went to the room.

Not a bad hotel! Renovated in 2022 ! There are many bars , swimming pools , a private beach by the sea , a water park !
Well-renovated rooms , fully equipped , mini bar is free , replenished daily! A big stage where events take place every day ! There is a white sand beach and a pool with azure water!

NEVER choose this hotel if you have ever been to a normal hotel in Turkey and if you are not going to drink and hang out every day!
Positive : beautiful pools, a good children's pool with slides and a water park, close to the beach, the sea is beautiful and transparent, in some places there are slabs in the sea, but they are very comfortable to stand on, so their presence does not affect the rest in any way. The food is normal without frills. That's it!
Minuses:
Disgusting staff, ignored everywhere! There are always queues in all bars and this is at the end of the season, even if there are a couple of people, the staff is chatting and in no hurry to do anything. In the main restaurant, too, ignore, do not interrogate a glass of wine, you have to catch yourself and ask the waiters to bring something, bottled water is good, you can always come up and take it yourself. They are constantly running out of dishes, so don't be surprised at dinner if they pour wine into a regular juice glass!And the champagne is warm in a latte glass!!! The glasses are all worn out, at least they were clean at the beginning of the vacation, at the end they became constantly dirty! Cocktails interfere terribly, it is impossible to drink, by sight!!! And this is not ultra all inclusive, at the beginning of the day they pour original drinks, from lunch there is already a local analog of aperol, Baileys, etc. If you ask for an original drink, they say soryan is over, if you want, go look in other bars, maybe there is! All the bars stink terribly, we thought they didn't wash them, it turned out that the sewer smells like that, the bartender told us that. The hotel is always noisy everywhere until 12-1 at night, the glass is thin, everything is clearly audible, animation can be heard from the pool, neighboring hotels or discos from the forest. There is no silence anywhere.
In general, at the beginning of the vacation, I would say that this hotel pulls at 4 with a minus, but in the end I will say that it is a maximum of three stars. The level of service is simply worse than ever. It feels like I went back to my student days, when the choice of a hotel was the first at the lowest price.
Bottom line - if you eat out from morning to evening and you are not confused by queues and lack of service, you can make a lot of beautiful photos for Instagram. If you want comfort, tranquility and good courteous service, don't even consider this place!

We are resting at the hotel now. Superior seaview room on the 4th floor. The view is really on the sea, but keep in mind that it is difficult to call it beautiful, because there will be slides of the water park on the half-view. There are the same rooms with a more beautiful view without visibility restrictions, but the request to change the room was refused at the reception due to the loading of the hotel.
Positive:
1) stylish , beautiful, "instagrammed" hotel
2) large beautiful clean pools with comfortable sun beds
3) excellent cuisine in the main restaurant Magna and in the cafe on the beach (it's really SUPER and varied. We were previously in Mexico and the Dominican Republic, it was much worse in 5* hotels there). There are always steaks of meat and red fish for lunch and dinner. Regularly shrimp/squid in different types. And everything else.
4) clean sea and beautiful beach (compared to neighboring hotels)
5) drinks in bars of good quality, including quite expensive foreign brands. There are also no complaints about the work of bartenders and waiters in restaurants. The guys are trying their best.
6) good coffee shops with delicious coffee in the lobby and really delicious desserts
7) Every night the hotel staff cleans the area. Tiles are washed, the pool is cleaned, tables and chairs are put up after stormy night gatherings
8) The Maldivian beach is the highlight of the hotel, and in the photo and live it is really beautiful , but keep in mind that in fact it is not sand, but marble chips on which it is uncomfortable to walk barefoot / lie down (and the pool is also cold there). But the plus is that children don't scream (zone 16+)
Minuses:
1) room cleaning and guest service. The blanket was brought from the third call to the reception (there is no blanket by default). The cups in the room are not washed, the tables are not wiped. We even put specially dirty cups after coffee on the plates that were brought to the room from the cafe, as a result, the maid took the plates away, and put the cups back the same dirty ones.(We can wash it ourselves, just what is the difference between a hotel for 30k rubles per day and a guest for 1.5k per day).
Towels are changed only when you obviously throw them at your feet at the door.
2) the schedule of the hammam/spa and the quality of the spa itself. The spa and baths are open until 18:30. It seems that having a good time in the evening, instead of listening to Lyuba's Mom and the songs of the Leningrad band on the main stage performed by Turkish artists (kringe), it would be nice to have the opportunity to spend an alternative time in the baths, but there is no such opportunity. Who needs baths in the heat of the day is unclear.
3) Tennis court and accessories. Yes, we love tennis and chose a hotel with a court, but this court in Lago is simply dangerous for our health. It's concrete. At the same time, the rackets provided by the hotel are the cheapest (and besides, they are also rolled with stretched strings). The balls are worse than the ones we give our dog to play with. It is unclear why such a Seemingly fashionable and fashionable hotel with a claim to the Premium level did not have $ 300 to buy normal rackets and balls.
There is one table tennis table by the way . And it is also cleaned at 17:00 (why?). In the evening, on the contrary, it is good to play when there is no heat, especially since you can not clean it up and just move it where it will not interfere with anyone.
4) the gym is also open until 20:00, so in the evening, instead of Luba's Mom, you won't be able to work out
5) apart from evening performances in the arena, nothing is offered from leisure. It turns out that the guest must either go listen to mediocre live Russian pop music and drink alcohol. Or just drink alcohol. Well, or go to bed at 21:00. There's not much else to do.
6) the pools are beautiful and large, but only one of them is heated. Consider this.
7) queues at bars on weekends for 10-15 minutes

9) the Bar has a terrible stench, either of sewage or waste. Moreover, it is next to the main stage and people are constantly sitting there and drinking despite the smell (apparently already in good condition)
In general, I would like to say that despite these disadvantages, the hotel is really good and the hotel has absolutely everything to be even better. I hope that the obvious shortcomings will be eliminated in the new season for the comfort of future guests!

The hotel is actually good, but it does not reach the 5-star level.
It is worth mentioning the advantages:
- The first coastline with a convenient entrance to the sea, as well as plenty of sun beds;
- Renovated and stylish rooms, general decoration of the hotel;
- A large area with several pools. I liked the places where the sun beds are located in the pool itself;
- Separate restaurant areas for adults only and separately with children;
- The presence of various bars and restaurants where you can eat, or take drinks, or delicious ice cream;
- Free WIFI is available throughout the hotel;
- Lack of separate wristbands, was removable from the room, instead of a card;
- Maintaining the general cleanliness of the hotel;
-Free safe for storing important things.
Of the cons:
- Cleaning. On the beach, they do not clean or sift the sand from small debris, and therefore, a lot of cigarette butts and small pieces of paper, labels and so on. During the entire stay, I never got to be cleaned.
Inside the hotel, in the lobby, coffee shop, restaurant, there were dirty tables, chairs, walls in places.
Similarly, the cleaning in the rooms is lame: gels / shampoos are not reported, etc., I had to run to the reception to add, or they would not put towels on time.
- Do not disturb the electronic scoreboard, or remove the room does not mean anything to the staff. They can break in and offer cleaning, or report something to the room.
- By the end of the holiday, there were significant interruptions with light and water, but it did not significantly affect the amenities, which cannot be said about other tourists who have just settled in...unpleasant;

Overall a good hotel! The service is mediocre, especially at the beach bar! For some reason , poorly washed dishes 🤷♂️Alcohol and cuisine are normal! This hotel is absolutely not worth the money! If you stayed in good hotels with decent service, then you will be 100% disappointed.
A few positive points:
a beautiful exterior, pleasant locations for photos, good sun beds by the pools, a nice 16+ zone, clean toilets in common areas. A good kids' club and a water park. Cool boars on the beach and the GR staff, who offered them to us as an apology for all the misunderstandings, which are discussed below. The boars are super-beautiful, atmospheric, good service every hour, delicious food (better than in public areas).
That's where the fun ends.
Upon check-in, they are given a cardboard bag with a key bracelet, towel cards, and a hotel card. These bags are used, crumpled, torn, the room number was glued many times. That is, they are apparently "withdrawn" from the room and handed over to the reception for re-issuance. You can just not give out any packages. But if you have already taken up the elements of personification, you need to do it qualitatively.
The Sea View room on the 5th floor is just a failure of the year. Very tight. We lived with 2 adults + a child, and all the free space was occupied by a cot and suitcases (there is nowhere to put large suitcases). A very cramped bathroom. A small sink without sides, without shelves. Ill-considered. In general, there is nowhere to put even a cosmetic bag, comb, cream. There was a constant smell of sewage. The shower drain did not work well, several times the water from the shower drowned the room itself in 10 minutes of washing.
The bathroom door did not close (it cracked or swelled - it did not enter the doorway).
On the 5th floor, apparently, the most unsuccessful rooms. They do not match the photos (much less than in the photo).
Something was constantly dripping from the roof onto our balcony at night, and on the first day we were flooded with all the things drying on the balcony. There were puddles on the floor and sofa every morning.
There are Tiny attic rooms above that you share an entrance with. These rooms are not marked with any number, that is, you go into your room, for example, 1596, get into the vestibule and then go either through the door with the signature Tiny attic, or through the second door. On the first day, we did not realize from the road that these were someone else's rooms, and we closed only the first door at night, and left the door to our room open. What was our perplexity when at one o'clock in the morning a couple of tipsy neighbors came into our room
From 22 to 1 a.m. with the balcony closed, there was a feeling that the disco of the neighboring hotel was taking place in your room, there was little chance of falling asleep.
There are no blankets in the room, just some sheets. I called the reception every day, asked the maids - they brought it on the 3rd day.
There is no iron in the room and it is not provided on request.
Dirt and stink are EVERYWHERE. Dirty glasses in common areas, often dirty dishes, tables in the restaurant are slowly being cleaned.
The room cleaning is poor. Upon check-in, the entire floor was covered in crumbs and hair of past guests. Towels are changed daily and beds are made. Maids can fly into the room for 2-3 people and begin to chatter among themselves, walk around the room like a hostess, not noticing the guests. It feels like you've come to the bazaar. Elementary words like "robe", "blanket" are not known in English, you explain with gestures and facial expressions. As a result, the three of them made a fuss, but there was zero cleanliness, and no reaction to requests either.
There are carts of maids with garbage in the corridors all day. It's unpleasant, inconvenient, the whole corridor is occupied. There are plates with leftovers on the floor, they are not cleaned quickly.
The waiter on the beach just poured the leftovers from my cocktail into the sand along with the lemon, took the glass away. Then, in the same way, some slop was poured out of the garbage pot into the sand.
There is no service at all. Just zero)
No one comes up to the restaurant, they don't ask about drinks, the waiters just slowly clean the tables. If you call, ask for drinks, they will either forget something, or mix it up, or they will score and not serve at all. By the way, Europeans always have drinks on the tables and are updated.
It stinks everywhere! In the room, by the beach bar. Cocktails stink, fruits in the restaurant - and they stink! What do they wash them with?? I brought pears to the child - she bit into them, said "they stink, I won't eat." I sniffed - sorry, they stink of cat urine… Then one day the greens smelled the same.
Food: Well, it is. Your taste buds won't say "wow", but you won't leave very hungry either. It is unclear what seafood someone wrote about. Except for canned ones)) There were some in the salad department.
Beach: the sunbeds by the sea are dirty, there are cigarette butts and garbage in the sand. Look at the photo of how umbrellas are installed on the beach! It's just nonsense! The child, of course, immediately scratched his leg. Yes, here anyone can easily risk getting skinned.
The cherry on the cake: the bar window is made up of empty bottles😃 It feels like you've come to the trash. What are these huge shelves for? Put the decor there in the end.
In general, the hotel looks beautiful, but if you need a little more than just insta-locations, if you appreciate the content, and not just one picture, choose other options. During certain periods, Lago is comparable in price to cool chain hotels, but in terms of quality, it's just heaven and earth. This misunderstanding cannot fall into the category close to "premium".

We lived in a room with three people: with a friend and her child.
For one room, regardless of the number of residents, they give one bracelet to open the door to the room. This is very inconvenient, you have to constantly negotiate with each other who will go to the room when. They asked for an additional bracelet at the reception - they refused. It is standard practice to give 2 magnetic cards even when there is one tenant.
The bar near the stage has an impossible smell of sewage. Especially during the evening show program. There are 2 bars near the stage, but for some reason only one worked, despite the queues at the first bar.
One morning there was no cold or hot water in the bathroom in the room.
We paid for a room with a sea view, and there was a disco under our windows and very loud music was playing every day until 01:30 at night. And it was impossible to sleep in the room even with the windows closed. Apparently the speakers are not directed towards the sea, but towards the hotel. At the same time, no more than 3 people danced at the disco. At the same time, many more people in the hotel could not sleep.
The food is monotonous, not very tasty. The grill is more or less. And the greens and vegetables are normal. The wine and sparkling wine served throughout the hotel is not very tasty.
The hotel was very crowded for several days. At breakfast, lunch and dinner, I had to walk for 30 minutes in search of an empty table. There were no free sunbeds on the beach and by the pool, people were sunbathing on towels laid on the sand. To get a towel, you had to wait for them to arrive and stand in line. WiFi couldn't cope due to the number of users.
Everything is very untidy. The cushions on the sofas and chairs are all stained with food. The dishes are dirty. There were dirty cutlery. At the bar, drinks were poured into poorly washed dishes with obvious traces of previous drinks. With marks on the edges of the glasses.
On the beach on the right side of panton, it is very inconvenient to enter the sea, there are a lot of slabs, you can hurt your feet. It is impossible to swim with children.
For whom the gym is important: it is very small, one track, one ellipsoid, and 2 exercise bikes. There were very few exercise machines in the cardio zone, people were walking in circles waiting for someone to finish their workout.

We rested at the Lago Hotel in Side. I bought a ticket through Coral Travel. The travel agent is Olga Borisovna. She helped to arrange everything quickly, offered many options.
But we needed a room with its own pool, so I chose the LAGO hotel. We rested from 05/24/24 to 06/5.24. We settled earlier, we didn't have to wait.

There are many pools on the territory, a children's water park and slides for adults too. There is a pool +16 where you can relax without children. There is a lot of entertainment for children and adults. The kids' club is good, everything is new. Plates are coming in to the sea, but this is not critical. There are a lot of sun beds, mostly all by the pool.
The food, especially in the children's restaurant, is the same all 12 days.
Cons- the service is terrible. The mini fridge was not always filled. I went for toothbrushes 3 times. I had to go to them for the baby pot for 2 days and for the battery from the remote control, because no one is moving.
The room was nFamilyswimup land view, and for the last 2 nights we had to move to the Superior de luxe family sea view room due to the fact that part of the facade of the building fell on the terrace of our room and it was dangerous to use the room. We replaced the room with a sea view, it's very noisy, because all the music is screaming from morning to night. They said come by 13.00 we will check into another room, we came packed our bags, as a result, the room is not ready. After another 1.5 hours, the room was ready. On this day, because of this situation, we had to move into another room and wait for more. I did not plan to change the room at will, our room with a pool is more expensive than with a sea view. No one has apologized even for this situation. If someone had been on the terrace at that moment, it would have been nailed for sure. We've been to a lot of places, there's something to compare it with. I understand that there are disadvantages everywhere, but here the attitude towards the guests is disgusting.

I must say right away, please note that when selling a tour, the simplest room is offered. It's really a tiny room under the roof with a view of the city back. Maybe it won't be very comfortable in this. Upsale is expensive - 15 euros per day for the same room but on the sea (and still it is not particularly visible)
30 euros per day for a standard with a sea view. We chose the second option, the view is gorgeous (there is a large balcony in the photo), but the cost of the ticket immediately increased by 200 euros.
The rooms have everything you need (bathrobes, towels, slippers, all hygiene products) mini-bar cola, fanta, sprite, juice and beer can be drunk, replenished every day)
The cleaning is generally not bad, although we did not clean once on the penultimate day before departure, we did not find out.
The pools are as in the photo, many and large. There is a heated area for adults only 16+ 👌🏻 with a snow-white sand and a waterfall.
A water park for very young children and slides for adults. Everything works, we took a ride ourselves)

We really liked the hotel. But we understand that we had a rest out of season (April), the load was minimal, so in summer I think queues are possible, etc. since the hotel is large!
Cleanliness - it won't be perfect. The tables in the restaurant were dirty, sometimes something was scattered around the pools and was not cleaned immediately, the toilets by the pool were not always clean. So it's worth understanding that this hotel is not super premium, but its quality is really high and the cost is acceptable.
