You have to write in a journal and wait for the nearest table to be available. At the same time, there is not even a bench at the entrance where you could wait out the queue. And because of the repairs, the cooks and staff have to work at the entrance, covered with an awning, which makes it terribly hot and smells of oil

Дорогая администрация, хотелось бы обратиться к вам. Раньше мы часто посещали ваше кафе, т.к. еда всегда была вкусной, атмосфера и обслуживание были на высоте. Но, к сожалению, последние наши визиты к вам оставили лишь неприятные эмоции. Был банкет 29 августа, на котором нас обслуживала молодая, и по всей видимости, неопытная официантка. К нам она в принципе не приходила, стол не убирала, чтобы что-то заказать приходилось самим бегать по залу и искать её. Но это только цветочки. Мало того, что некоторые заказы она приносила НЕ ТЕ, а когда я уточнила у неё "Это точно то?", та уверенно отвечала "Да, конечно". Про горячее вообще отдельная история. Мы заранее (за день) заказали всю еду, и горячее нам должны были принести в 19.00. И знаете во сколько его принесли? Ближе к 21.00. Причём стол был уже почти пустой, одни лишь пустые тарелки (т.к. их не убирали у нас), и нам было жутко неудобно перед гостями, которых мы позвали. А когда мы сделали замечание администратору, чтобы хоть она как-то повлияла на официантку, не изменилось ровным счётом НИЧЕГО. Как оказалось администраторша тоже была новенькой. И зачем такие работники нужны, которые не могут никак повлиять на своих подчинённых? В общем, будем искать другое место для посиделок, но туда больше не пойдём.

Недостатки: сколы на посуде, темно в общем зале; некоторые официанты плохо говорят по-русски, а официант со знанием английского - навес золота; при расчёте за наличные - официанты могут не донести всю сдачу и пропасть.
