There is no service. Cooking takes a long time. The repair is old, dirty. The luggage was left in another city - when asked to bring at least a bathrobe and hygiene products, they received in response "sorry, but there are no bathrobes, and the maid will be able to bring the funds only tomorrow morning." In addition, they tried to cheat on the cost of all this luxury at the reception.
