A huge human thank you to the staff of the Incense organization for the sincere approach to the funeral of my grandfather. After contacting the store, we immediately saw a very attentive and sensitive attitude of the staff, they quickly coped with all the tasks. Agents Vitaly and Artyom were involved in everything, very kind and helpful guys, they solved all organizational issues without our participation and we did not have to waste precious time that we spent in grief. Everything was planned and executed on time. I would also like to mention the manager, Evgenia, who politely solved all the issues that arose during the ceremony. Thank you again for being so sensitive to people and their situation. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family. 2 years ago, we contacted the Incense company to organize the funeral of my grandmother, and we liked the attitude of the sellers, the guys who were on the services, so much that after a while they returned and ordered a monument for our grandmother.The attitude and quality of the work is just super, we took into account all our wishes about the portrait, told everything in detail and set it in due time!We are extremely grateful to the staff and the management of the Ladan company.Now we advise all our friends to contact only Incense!

Заказал ограду с установкой. Первый раз приехали не на то кладбище, прождал 40 минут. Ограда кривая, в форме трапеции. Сказали что переделают. Второй раз приехали вовремя, но с тем же КОСЯКОМ (без рулетки видно, что ограда КРИВАЯ). С третьего раза установили. Обратной связи с клиентом нет. Звонил сам ¬– нужно же мне;). Итого: Цена приличная. На кладбище ездил ТРИ РАЗА. Жаль потраченного времени…..
