During this waiting time, they didn't even offer coffee/tea, even though it was lunchtime... the service is low, everything is sooo slow. Only the prices of cars save the salon.

Every time I come here, I'm always in a bad mood, and put an urn in the customer waiting area and some vending machine, I've been sitting here for 4 hours, I'm hungry, the car is done, but I can't leave!!!! And is it really so difficult to put a pair of chargers for phones, even at gas stations they are there. So that when I bought a new lada. The attitude of the service towards customers kills any desire to stay in this brand. And the official dealer does not have FUSES available THAT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAFON CIGARETTE LIGHTER AND SOMETHING ELSE - I had to look for a box fuse on the market!!! They do not mark it in the warranty card, repair work, they do not issue a book of proposals. Do not sign any acts without reading or checking, they adjusted the rear support and developed and lubricated the door caps, they wrote in the act that the end caps were working and the malfunctions were not confirmed, they wrote in the warranty card at long insistence that they had just cleaned the support, and not adjusted. And what is all this being done for? In order for you to have a serviceable car on paper and documented and you could not exercise your rights as a consumer. Pavel, I have no complaints about you personally, I just don't need to make people who came to bow to you, I understand that the management requires this from you, but not everyone is ready to tolerate it by bringing you money first for the car, and then for unreasonably expensive service.

We tried to rent our car by trade in. Manager Ilya is lying about the average market valuation. Instead of 2 hours, the inspection with all the procedures eventually took 4.5. They paid 32p for the fact that the car was estimated at 2.400 instead of the average 4 thousand?!?! Right at the time of applying to the bank, it turned out that the percentage was not 17, as Ilya had said several times before on the record, but 17.99. We left the salon with a strong feeling that we had been cruelly deceived, with broken plans and without 32p. The desire to buy a car in this salon disappeared. And to top it all off, he called the next day to say that the promised 5-7% discount on trade-in from the factory for a new car was approved at 1000 rubles. So all these sweet conditions for buying a car in a trade-in turned out to be nothing more than the tales of an inept manager who made fools of customers and expected them to buy a car from him after that.
