The store itself is good, the prices are normal, the assortment is present. But there is a problem of interaction between employees of the trading floor and the warehouse. We bought porcelain stoneware on Tuesday, pickup was on Thursday (two days later) but! When we arrived, it turned out that our porcelain stoneware was lying outside (winter!) And he's frozen! and there is no way to give it away! (and we have a gazelle and movers!!!) And no one cares, the problem is ours. Like we should have told you in advance. And the seller who conducted the sale should not have informed the warehouse that the goods would be delivered in ADVANCE to a warm warehouse???? Or do they not know where and how their goods are stored? If the hall-warehouse connection is established, there will be 5 stars, but for now ... only three. If I had written a review there would have been one star at once, it was very unpleasant.
