We had a vacation in May 2025. A great place for a relaxing family vacation. Everything was great, the staff was very polite. Large green area, excellent and varied cuisine, no one will stay hungry. Lots of entertainment for every taste. The staff speaks Russian, English, and German. We purchased a ticket through Anex tour, they have Russian-speaking guides. There are 3 swimming pools for every taste, the sea and the beach are nearby. One of the disadvantages is 1. smoking is allowed everywhere and there are ashtrays everywhere (on the street of the restaurant, on the beach, on the pool, at the amphitheater on tables, on balconies), respectively, there are a lot of smokers. Foreigners smoke a lot and everywhere. We were not comfortable as non-smokers. 2. The location of the hotel is far from the airport, about 2-3 hours away by transfer.

A very nice place to stay!
The territory is large, well-maintained, very beautiful picturesque nature, clean beach, clear sea, there is a pier, deck chairs (with mattresses), beach towels, umbrellas.
The rooms in the hotel are good, they are cleaned every day, plumbing and all furniture are in good working order.
The hotel has 3 outdoor pools (without heating), water slides, children's pools, and another warm pool in the SPA.
Lots of sports activities.
The food is very tasty and varied. The alcohol in the bar is good and of high quality.
The service is excellent, the staff is polite, helpful, and cheerful. They speak mostly Turkish, English, German and medium Russian. But there was no language barrier.
The hotel is suitable for families with children or for relaxing holidays. There are no parties and no noises after 00:00.
We really enjoyed the rest, we went outside the territory only 2 times out of 9 days, the rest of the time we found entertainment inside, we walked 20 thousand steps every day.
I definitely recommend this place!

It is difficult to say how much the flowing stream from the side of Alanya cools the sea.
Of the disadvantages, these are the lids on tea kettles. It so happens that there is boiling water in the kettle, and the lid holds on it very badly, trying to slip off. And reflexively I want to keep it, but it's 100 degrees. You can easily get burned. Take care of yourself.
Some teapots have small saucers with the same effect.

We were with my husband in Labranda from May 23 to June 3, the rest is wonderful!!! The territory is large, all in greenery and flowers, lots of palm trees. The rooms are normal, everything you need is there, cleaning is daily. The beach is huge, there are plenty of sun beds for everyone. The food is also delicious, just like at home. We had a vacation in the fall of 2024 with a family with a 9-year-old child. I liked the hotel. Everything we needed was present. Antalya city center is 20 minutes away by regular buses. Stop on the highway next to the hotel. We've been selected several times. You can take a taxi.
Food-wise, we're not particularly attractive, so we were pleased.
The only negative for us is that it's too far from the airport. It's exhausting to travel on a shared transfer from a tour operator.

The rooms are not big, it's quiet at night, the air conditioners are working hard!... To Cleopatra beach, to the center of Alanya, we took a city bus without any problems, 30 lira or 1 dollar. The sea is very warm, the beach is sandy, there is a pier of its own, there is a plot with large stones. The most important feature that is mentioned is the mountain river Dim, which flows into the sea. She is also a disadvantage, she is also a virtue! To whom as it turns out. The fact is that it flows from a mountain reservoir. The water is fresh , clean and...It's cold. And it is dumped from the reservoir more often at night. Because of this, it constantly changes its course when flowing into the sea. Today it has washed the riverbed here and flows into the sea at an angle, tomorrow it may be in another place. And it also happened that it was not dropped at all. Because of this, the sea can be cold in one area, then in another. We somehow adapted: we swam from the pier, then went to the area of the beach where the sea is warm. I often had to cross the river into a ford. After bathing, you can not even rinse in the shower with fresh water, but plunge into cold fresh water for contrast. But there is a problem with children in this sense, although there are pools. That's why I removed one asterisk!

The hotel is quiet and peaceful, a large coastal area + there are several swimming pools, including for children.
The main contingent is the adult generation (Russians, Germans, Poles, French).
Conventionally, each wing has its own bar (2 pcs), where drinks and snacks are served according to the schedule :)
For food : at first it seems diverse, but after 4 days everything gets boring, but there is plenty of it. The main side dishes are always rice / potatoes in different forms / all sorts of Turkish vegetable things.
You won't stay hungry.
There is animation, but rather just there.
The rooms in the hotels are ordinary, that is, some kind of miracle is not worth waiting for. Just a place to sleep with simple amenities.
Alanya is close (bus #2 runs ~ 30 minutes :)
It is better to buy excursions by crossing the bridge in the area of residential buildings. On-site x2 prices for everything, including parachute, banana, water skis.
In general, the hotel, of course, is not a 5-star in the understanding of 2024, but the rest will be pleasant thanks to the green area and tranquility.

- across the road, along the mountain river, there is a walkway (long enough). You can run in the morning.
Cons:
- in the dining room at lunch and in the evening (when the heat is at its peak) - it is very stuffy, the kanders can not cope
- there is a mountain river next to the beach, which is directed towards the beach of the hotel. And so it turns out that there are cold streams of water. in a mountain river, the water temperature is about +5 degrees.
- (maybe we were so "unlucky") we swam in the sea only on the first and last day, because there were big waves all the time. At that moment, people are constantly swimming on the city beach. There is a feeling that the coast is quite sharp. Conditionally, I think that this beach is not suitable for children.

We rested at this hotel from 04.10 to 11.10. We arrived on an individual transfer in 2 hours. We checked in before 14:00. We really liked it here. The weather is gorgeous. We are not picky tourists. The territory of the hotel is gorgeous - lots of greenery, well maintained, its own beach, pier. We would definitely come back here. Going into the sea is really not super easy, but we swam wonderfully from the pier. The food is ordinary, without frills. There is no obsession on the part of massage therapists, etc. There are cute cats, rabbits, and one doggie on the territory. We walked along the embankment - it was very beautiful. In Turkey for the first time (and generally abroad). Personally, I like everything! 4 buildings: all entertainment, restaurant, Playground , children's pool, spa - between the first and second, we live in the 4th-the farthest. The beaches are almost empty, the sea is clean. I advise you to take aquasocks: small pebbles at first, then boulders. The food is delicious, not even everything has been tasted yet. In Alanya, you can go to the Alanium shopping center by bus 2B-10 min, 30 liras on 28.07 (cash only). I do not advise taking excursions from hotel guides: neither shopping, nor entertainment, nor changing the currency is a complete deception and profit. One of the disadvantages is the distance! We drove 130 km for 4 hours!

I was with my wife from October 11 to the 19th.
The staff is very nice. The rooms (at least ours) are very decent, I did not notice any signs of "fatigue". The air conditioner is on the side of the beds, built into the wall, so it is silent. There is no wind blowing on the bed, it is very comfortable. Cleaning every day. There are rooms with doors facing the road, maybe it's noisy there, but we came across a quiet room. The food is excellent, maybe if you go for two weeks, it will seem monotonous, but you haven't had time to get bored in a week. The pastry is only simple - standard multi-colored cakes. But for the first five days, there were five kinds of ice cream for lunch and dinner. Then it disappeared for some reason.
The territory is not very interesting, but a large and main part of it is the beach, probably 300 meters long. And 30 meters wide. There are plenty of sun beds. You want it on the sand, you want it on the grass. By the way, it's very cool to get out of the sea on the grass. The entrance to the sea, of course, is not very comfortable, my wife came in in slippers, after reading the reviews, I took the slippers with me, but did not use them. I would say a normal entrance to the sea. The water is slightly cooler than near Cleopatra Beach, and in the morning a cold layer appears on top, 10-15 centimeters. But it didn't cause me any discomfort, my body was in warm water all the time.
The contingent is mostly 60+. There are children and young people, but not many. Therefore, the situation is peaceful. There are many Russians, Germans and from Eastern Europe. Animation is a C grade, but I don't need it.
The wife is more demanding of everything, but she is also happy.
In general, this is a hotel that I want to return to and, hopefully, we will return again.
As an example, about the staff: as soon as we sat down to make out the arrival, they brought us drinks on a tray. Unexpectedly and pleasantly. We were taken to the room by a typewriter, which is also very unusual. And when they left, it turned out at the reception that the room cards and towels, all 4 pieces, were forgotten in the room, and the door was slammed shut on leaving. We were told :" Don't worry! If they stayed in the room, the cleaner will give them to us."

One of the best hotels I've been to. daily cleaning, delicious cuisine, huge territory, lots of greenery, rabbits running around. the sea is 100 meters from the buildings. There is a bus stop nearby, 15 minutes by bus to the center. We would really like to come back here!

The furniture was destroyed, the equipment and the whole hotel was shabby. Flies in the dining room and mosquitoes in the room. There is little light in the room, dark damp and musty, rusty handles and everything else in the bathroom. It's a small room, even the two of us are cramped. The extractor hood in the bathroom does not work.
The bed linen is wet and the towels are already rotten every day.
I read rave reviews and did not pay attention to what they wrote about the waves. The entrance to the water is really sharp and the sea is raging every day, a red flag all week. The first day of arrival, we just went for a ride, swam on the waves, and managed to. The pools are shallow and crowded with people, of course.
The food is tolerable. But monotonous dishes. Desserts are terribly tasteless.
The animation is boring. The same program and music every day.
Yes, the area is large and clean, there is even a tennis court. But all this does not please without swimming in the sea and relaxing at night in a clean and quiet room. The sound insulation is disgusting, by the way.

I have already vacationed at this hotel three times. I liked everything very much, I will go again. A large green area, five swimming pools (in fact), there is a quiet area without music and children. Rabbits, lizards, grasshoppers and other animals are running around the territory - it's interesting.

Unfortunately, the rest was ruined. On the first day of our stay, my daughter and I both got poisoned during the first meal at the restaurant. By the evening we were in a deplorable state, vomiting, diarrhea, high fever. The first day they were treated on their own, then 4 days in the hospital. We were never told what kind of infection it was. We only know that at the rate of 5, I had 300 indicators. That's all they translated for us. They were treated really well in the hospital, but they couldn't stop the diarrhea. Out of 7 days, we spent one day in a room with a fever and 4 days in the hospital and a day and a half after barely alive and hungry, because we didn't want to eat anything in this hotel anymore. Of course, there was no compensation from the hotel. For 20 years of vacation in Turkey, this is the first time with us, thanks to the insurance, medical care cost us 50 euros.

A chic hotel, very tasty, varied food, surprised with new dishes every day. The rooms are comfortable, cleaned every day, freshly renovated. The rooms have a balcony. The huge territory of the hotel, there is a lot of greenery around, it is very picturesque! The first line, sandy beach, sun loungers everywhere, there is no shortage of them, there is enough for everyone. It takes 40 minutes to get from the center of Alanya by 1 or 101 bus. Antalya Airport is 2 hours and 30 minutes from the hotel. I highly recommend it!
