I recommend it for a vacation in Italy, I have never seen a more beautiful place for a family vacation. Comfortable bungalows, a cool restaurant, sandy beach and clear water, and endless pine trees.

We just arrived from Italy at the La Serra Village Hotel. I'll start with a good one. We were from September 19th to 25th . The season is already over, there are few people, quiet, calm. The territory is wonderful. The houses are located in a cedar forest. The smell is coniferous, owls and other birds sing - super. The houses themselves are well equipped with everything. In the early days, we immediately decided that we would definitely come here again. Upon arrival, the documents and money were deposited in a safe at the reception. We counted every cent, made an inventory, and signed it. A couple of days later, we were asked at the reception to arrange a car for us to go to the outlet, we agreed, everything is OK. We left in the morning, came to the reception for money, they took out our bag, but I think we need to count it. I open my wallet and count it, but there is not enough 100 euros. The manager is standing right there, I say there is not enough money! To which he replies that he knows nothing and in general they are not responsible for the safe and in general they have never had such a thing. They refused to draw up a report on the loss of part of the money. They refused to call the police. They immediately announced to us that we had stolen it from ourselves, etc. they asked us to call the management, they replied that they did not bother the management for such trifles. We started trying to contact the host party, it was a Tez Tour. I never could have thought that Tez Tour is so not a decent travel company that does not care about its tourists at all!!! They called, asked them to come and help us call the police, because we couldn't do it without their representative. Not only did they not show up for 3 days, they never even called us back. We sided with the hotel and said that these were all our problems. And then, in conversations on the beach with vacationers, we found out that we were not the first to have money missing from the safe at the reception! They are just doing pinching there, pulling out 50, 100 euros each. Of course, these sums will not solve the fate, but it is very unpleasant when you are on vacation so brazenly have. That's not all. When we started talking to tourists at the reception about the loss of money from the safe, they got so angry, shouted at us and said they called the police, kept us in the lobby for half a day, saying that the police were about to arrive. After 3 hours, we couldn't stand it, we were very thirsty, we said that we wanted to drink and eat and that we would wait for the police in the house. The police never showed up, the day was stolen from us! And the next day they told Tez Tour that we had run away, I just wonder where? The hotel and the Tour are behaving very decently towards tourists. We were shocked! We go on vacation a lot, but THIS is the first time! SHAME ON Tez Tour!!! Not a foot in this hotel anymore (although the territory and the houses themselves are super). And Tez Tour is no longer a tour operator for us.
