Everything is shabby . It 's miserable . But the place is cool - the view of the ocean. Wi-Fi on the 3rd. The beach nearby is bad, you need a car to go to the neighboring ones .
There are no shops nearby , you can 't walk in the heat .
There is no hair dryer . You need to buy drinking water yourself .
Cleaning is not great, but daily (except Sat open).
The price tag is small (85-90€).
I advise you to settle only on the 2nd floor , on the 1st floor of a dungeon without windows

A big house, everything works, a very nice administrator, solved all the problems at once. There was bread, eggs, and water in the house. They said everything was free. Use it. It's hard without a car, the store is 300-500 m along the road. dangerous. There are no sidewalks. But the apartments themselves are just super, with a garden, a beautiful sunset and a fruit plantation in the backyard. We really liked them. The only thing is that someone bit his legs badly, we suspect there were bedbugs or someone on the couch.

A nice hotel. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need. Wet cleaning every day.
