The little French house restaurant in Dubai is called La Petite Maison. A pleasant French restaurant with good cuisine, very cozy, located in an interesting place, I call it a "city within a city". You enter the building, take the escalator to the ground floor and walk outside.
So, here we found delicious snails, perfect Yellowtail carpaccio and quite tasty risotto, but for mushroom risotto it's better to go to scalini.
