When we came to the restaurant yesterday, we were offered a completely different table behind the backs of a noisy group. We insisted to put us in the one that was booked by us, because it is free. In response, we were informed that this was a table for 3 people and they couldn't put us there in any way. After the arguments, the girl (apparently the manager) will offer to sit at the table that we booked. A couple of minutes later, an employee (a man of Asian appearance, did not introduce himself and did not give his name) and began to ask again who we booked the table from and say that it was a table for 3 people. We informed you that we had booked a table through a waiter for this date, this one. In response: who's booking a table through a waiter, are you? You need to book through a hostess. He started asking which waiter it was... but we didn't find him right away. Saying a very unfriendly good evening, the man left.
I didn't feel like celebrating anymore. I wanted to get up and leave. The waiter then appeared, remembered that we had booked this one, and that the hostess had recorded everything. I went to inform the management about something... but the holiday has already been ruined.
We never received an apology that evening.
The only thing that saves this place is the delicious cuisine....
However, next time we will choose the first branch on Shota Rustaveli, where we were always welcome and greeted with a smile. Not a foot in here…
Celebrated on March 8th! The boarding was complete, despite this, the service was very fast. The seafood is fresh, there is a large selection of wines, I took off one star that in the end the waiter lost our order for sea urchins)))
As good as the service on Rustaveli is, it's just as bad on Shevchenko. The orders were mixed up (even though we were alone in the entire restaurant). No coffee was brought. In short, guys, you need to seriously tighten up the service if you want to go online.
