If you want to ruin your hair and lose your length, then here the beauty fairies will help you! I came on 14.01.25 on the recommendation of a consultation with master Akhavni Aslanyan with a request to lighten my hair . She showed the reference , made a test strand , the master decided on the choice of products , the dyeing technique , calculated the cost , determined how long it would take . The visit was scheduled for the next day . I sat in the chair for 4 hours - the result was not impressive , to put it mildly (but then I still did not know that everything was ahead ) . But I was impressed by the work cart with dirty brushes and combs . Oh, yes! More tea or coffee was offered several times))) As a result , a different cost was announced for the coloring - more , referring to the consumption of products in excess of the norm . She paid , as originally agreed , and left . By the time of the 1st wash, 5 days had passed after staining. I signed up for styling at another salon and there's a surprise!!! The hair is rubbery , rough , contrasting transitions , spots , highlights , the color washed off after the 1st wash . I immediately wrote to the chat , sent the current photos and videos - they were in no hurry to answer me . Disrespect and rudeness , disregard for the interests of the client - a complete list of services in this space. The conversation with the director on the phone came down to "it's all your fault." In what? That I came to you ? I had to fix everything - I spent time + additional expenses . I had to cut my hair ! A lot! There is a long way to restore hair. The money for the substandard services was not returned , and no alternative options were offered . I highly recommend sending the masters for advanced training and courses to improve the service in the salon. Although , they claim that everything is fine as it is . "The best specialists of Yerevan gathered here," they said)

A good salon, which has a very large list of services. Nails, hair, laser, eyebrows, eyelashes, etc. I
tried almost everything and was satisfied.
