There are no complaints about the hotel itself - it is clean, the very center, you can put a car in the courtyard, an ideal bed, good plumbing, there is a good kitchen. But with the settlement, a mess can happen.: the owner lives somewhere in Tbilisi, settled us by video link (seriously), after which he promised to come quickly and receive payment, but still did not come, only fed us with promises and asked us to wait. As a result, the evening was spent sitting in a sad place, and not walking around the city, as planned. What prevented him from saying right away - "I'll be there at ten o'clock in the evening" - we still did not understand.

A wonderful home hotel. Everything is thought out, the plumbing is new, renovated, there are all amenities, Internet. Nice view from the balcony. The sights are nearby. Perhaps the best place to spend the night in Georgia, among all those booked through booking. I recommend.
