A new hotel, everything is perfectly clean, stylish room, very well maintained territory, excellent breakfast, delicious coffee. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the service is very beautiful and everything is delicious.
The second building of the hotel, as we understood, is still being completed, there are also a lot of construction sites around the hotel, there is still nowhere to walk on foot, only if you walk to the beach, very close. By taxi, 10 minutes to civilization, shops, restaurants of Bang Tao.
We stayed at this hotel because it's not far from the airport, next time we would stay again because we were very satisfied with everything in general.

Nice, clean hotel. Well-maintained territory. Quiet, easy. A cozy room. Daily cleaning service. The breakfasts are delicious, but it's the same every day. There is a restaurant in the hotel, Spa, massage, the prices are expensive. Discounts for residents are minimal. There are no Restaurants, cafes, or civilization within walking distance (there is nowhere to walk). It's a long way to the supermarket. We took a scooter. Shuttles to the beach from/to the hotel are free (8-10 minutes on foot). The hotel has a swimming pool. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception.

A very good hotel in 2023, corresponding to 5*. Cozy rooms. We stayed in the studio room, which has a kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, a large refrigerator, a microwave oven and other appliances. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed. Polite staff. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception who are ready to help and, if possible, solve any problems. The breakfasts in the restaurant meet different tastes. Everything is fresh and delicious. There's even champagne! According to the schedule, they take you to Layan beach, a 10-minute walk to the beach. The beach is gorgeous! There are places equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, there are "wild" ones. The cost of a sunbed is 150 baht. The water and sand are the purest! Of course, the hotel also has a swimming pool. However, there is one negative point: construction is underway next to the hotel. Therefore, the odd-numbered rooms in the building go directly to the construction site and it is quite noisy and dusty in them, it is difficult to get out on the balcony during the day. However, this factor is temporary.
I recommend this hotel to anyone who is going on vacation in Thailand.

A new, beautiful hotel in Phuket, I liked everything. I was pleased with the breakfast food. Lots of vegetables, fruits, everything is very fresh) the rooms are aesthetic, we had a view of the pool, the view is amazing. There is only one downside: the hotel is located in a rather strange place where there are no footpaths, it is far from the nearest supermarket. But with a taxi, the problem was completely solved, they arrive quickly

Beautiful and modern hotel, delicious breakfasts, diligent staff. There are shuttles to the beach and Bot Avenue free of charge from the hotel. The only but temporary disadvantage is that in December 2024 there is a construction site outside the windows, noise and rumbling can be heard everywhere during the day, even in the courtyard of the hotel, by the pool. But after the morning and afternoon swims we slept like babies)))) We chose this option because of the beach and the sea: the long coastline of Layan Beach, the absence of buoys and crowds are very much to our liking :)

Great hotel. New, modern.
The rooms are fully equipped: a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, kettle, iron, microwave, ironing board, large TV.
A sufficient number of cabinets, shelves, drawers... Everything is compactly thought out, excellent air conditioning system.
Daily cleaning, always fresh towels, fresh bed linen
Dental supplies are changed every 3 days. There are dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel with an amazing fragrance in the shower.
The territory of the hotel is small, but it is very cozy due to the landscaping of the area.
In general, we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel.
The only thing is, there are a couple of things that I didn't really like.:
1. Very poor sound insulation.... A neighbor could be heard snoring behind the wall.
2. There are moments for breakfast, but it's the taste and color... I didn't really like the food.
3. The hotel is located in a remote place from civilization, but here it is both a plus and a minus
The advantage is that it's quiet and peaceful enough, without too much noise and fuss.
The disadvantage is that you have to go somewhere and look for a place to eat...
But here, too, the hotel has provided in principle, you can walk to the beach, or you can sign up and be taken by transfer in a golf car.
In principle, they also take you to civilization from the hotel by appointment...
It's just that for those who like to walk, explore the area, this is not a very convenient place.... There are no pedestrian zones, there is no place to walk.... But there is a huge plus, this is Layan beach. Clean, sparsely populated, slightly wild and very beautiful.
But I think in 3-4 years everything will be different here.
The construction behind the hotel did not bring us much discomfort personally, but our windows looked out on a completely different side. When everything is completed , I think it will be even more interesting.

Positive:
1. They clean perfectly.
2. The staff is well-trained
3. There is always a Russian-speaking person at the reception.
4. It's a 6-minute walk to the beach. There are almost no people on the beach
5. There is a restaurant with authentic Thai cuisine on the left of the hotel
6. The breakfasts are excellent. Lots of meat and fruits
7. There is a free shuttle service to the nearest city.
8. The hotel is located in the north of Thailand, because of this day the temperature is +32 °. Just perfect. Not +45°, as it is closer to the equator
Minus:
1. A second building is being built nearby. From 7:00 - 20:00, you can hear the construction site. But because of this, the price is reduced.

A wonderful hotel with a small beautiful area. The breakfasts are very tasty, they have never tired in 15 days. The only drawback is the lack of infrastructure nearby, but the hotel provides a shuttle service to the beach and the center of Bang Tao. We took a scooter, so for us the remoteness of the hotel was even a plus, because it's quiet and there are no crowds.

As it is, the hotel is new and cool! the location is between Bang Tao and Layan, there are shuttles, there is a private covered parking for car owners
The breakfasts are varied, in addition to omelets, there is also a poached egg! You can make a delicious salad, there is grated parmesan cheese, there are also positions as a hot dish and very, very tasty coffee!!
Another plus is a large gym with a pleasant aroma of a new gym and several zones for strength, Smith, free weights, kettlebells. You can disperse even if a new stream of tourists has arrived
There is a pleasant aroma in the changing rooms, there is a Finnish steam room in each, but the staff does not set the temperature above 50, you need to ask to raise the temperature))
The hotel has 2 more restaurants, one of them as a rooftop bar.

A great hotel. Beautiful, beautiful interior, excellent cuisine. One of the features is a lot of greenery, it hangs from the balconies in each room and with you the feeling of a jungle. The music from the restaurant is not intrusive all day. Good service, friendly staff, smiling and it's great! It's a pleasure to be in this hotel.

The rooms are new, clean, there is everything down to the smallest detail, just like at home! We will definitely come back!
The pool is clean, lots of sun loungers! Pool bar, pleasant music and atmosphere! Lots and lots of greenery! Delicious coffee, smoothies!

Now in this hotel.. everything would be fine, but the construction site is outside ... 7:50 a.m. work is already starting, and at night cars come to the construction site, the noise is around the clock (( ( in the photo 00:00 construction equipment continues to enter) the balcony cannot be opened, because it is very noisy and dusty insanely.. and in the room, accordingly, dust accumulates very quickly.. I do not recommend this hotel until the construction is completed!
There is no sound insulation either: I can hear the neighbor's snoring behind the wall and everything else.. In general, while I haven't been able to rest here, I probably won't be able to sleep off this vacation!!!

Nice new hotel. While the construction is underway, the price is excellent. The main thing is that the room does not go to the construction site. But the hotel staff goes to a meeting and changes (there are Russian speakers)
Breakfast is a bomb! High-quality food. Sparkling wine is served from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. - excellent brut. This is the first time I've seen sparkling wine for breakfast in Thai.

The hotel is good, if not for one incident. There was a disposable thin wicker bag in the hotel. Everyone carried groceries in it for a week . When we left, I packed it with me, I wanted to throw it away altogether, but I thought: I'll take it as a souvenir: la Greene was written on it. On the bus, we were publicly told where the bag was, return the bag. Shame on 5 stars. Shame. I understand the towels, but this is a thin package, a consumable. It's just that the last moment left such a residue. I will downgrade you everywhere

Great hotel! Friendly staff, solving all problems) The rooms are large and cozy. A view of the pool is preferable, because there is a road in the other direction. Not all buildings have been commissioned yet and construction is underway, but it does not interfere with vacationers. Cool gym!! To the one who selected the simulators, a separate respect!
