Constantly fly on vacation with La Gallera. I have been to Turkey, Egypt and Tunisia many times. I haven't flown on vacation for 4 years. This year I flew with my grandmother on vacation to Egypt. As always, the rest was 100% complete, the hotel was selected according to all wishes. The hotel was chosen for me with a large water park and, most importantly, that the slides worked throughout the day. Always attentive and experienced managers. I book only here

I purchased a tour to China from this travel agency.
The guide stopped contacting on the 3rd day of the trip, and it was not possible to visit any excursions.
On the last day of my vacation, I was not provided with any information about the eviction or the arrival time of the transfer, as promised. I managed to get through to the host company through the hotel administration, whose staff didn't even know I had a plane that day.
As a result, the transfer to the airport did not arrive at the appointed time, and I had to call a taxi at the last moment. Taking into account the traffic jams, I arrived at the airport 10 minutes before the end of check-in. I miraculously got on the plane thanks to the understanding staff, but I experienced a storm of negative emotions and extreme stress with running around the airport.
I sent a claim demanding compensation for the money spent on the taxi, but they refused to return even those unfortunate 40 rubles in full.

There was a case that my flight from Tunisia was delayed and I was accommodated free of charge at the hotel until the next flight for another 4 days. This year's vacation was in Egypt. A very bad agency. I did not use the service, and the advance payment was not returned. It all started with the fact that my family wanted to buy a vacation tour from them. I got in touch by phone and wrote everything down for myself. There were some nuances, but I could put up with them. Even with the fact that the room is double and there will be one bed, and for a child the bed will need to be checked at the hotel upon arrival. I made an advance payment. They sent me a Viber contract. And it turns out that the cost of the tour is not in dollars, but in euros. And this is a completely different amount. I talked with my husband and he said to refuse, because there are already too many nuances, and then the amount comes out more. I call the tour operator back, and she tells me that the advance payment will not be returned in full or will not be returned at all, because "by making an advance payment, I actually sign the contract." I applied to consumer protection, I was told that this was illegal. Because I did not actually use the service, I did not sign the contract and the amount of the advance payment must be returned in 100% volume.
