A small guest house, quiet, 300 meters from the pristine sea. 10 rooms and 3 houses with a small kitchenette, a shared kitchen, a well-maintained territory, a cute fountain, a Playground. There are two playgrounds for practicing on the mat, for example, yoga (9 people were engaged in us). Billiards and a table tennis table. The sea in this area of Sukhum is really cleaner than in the city itself, near DelMar beach, it has beautiful, cozy cafe tables, sun beds, etc. Thanks to Leon for his hospitality and responsiveness🤗

A good and pleasant base. We rented a house for 4. There is a kitchen in the house and a common one. There is a gazebo and a large swimming pool outside. The base is located far from the road, so it is quiet and peaceful. It is a 2-minute walk to the sea, next to a small shop that has everything you need. In general, I recommend it.

A great Guest house!! Very cozy atmosphere!! The room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, everything is clean and cozy!!
There is a pool in the courtyard, thuja grow, and a fan, there is a playground with swings!!
Friendly host Leon, thank you for your hospitality..
And Larochka, our assistant, always greeted us with the words good morning and a smile ...
The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook...
The sea is nearby.. The shops..
And they all lived amicably with their neighbors!!

We spent 16 wonderful days in the guest house.
We were very satisfied! I liked absolutely everything:
— the room is perfectly clean and comfortable.
— the territory is beautiful, well maintained, swimming pool, gazebo, Playground, billiards, tennis table.
— the location is great!
— the sea is 3 minutes long.
Thank you very much to Larisa, we have become like family! The hosts are very welcoming and friendly.
We will be happy to come back again!

Good afternoon! We vacationed with my husband in this mini-hotel in late August-early September. I really want to come back again! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had an overnight flight on the plane, the hosts were understanding and allowed us to stay until the evening, thank you very much! I liked the area, all the amenities. Kitchen, spacious dining room, gazebo, swimming pool, barbecue, laundry room. But there is not enough cleanliness both in the room and in the kitchen. I did not like the washed linen and towels (I recommend the owners to buy darker tones). Another disadvantage is that they give one address, and then you have to go across the street, where cars fly like on a race track. The road to the sea takes 3 minutes, but you need to overcome the highway. The sea is clean, but the beach is not cleaned at all. In order to lie down normally, my daughter and I cleaned up the garbage every morning, 2 bags were taken out into a container.

Wonderful guest house)). There is everything for a comfortable vacation, a kitchen with all accessories, Wi-Fi that catches well even movies we watched in the evenings, the rooms have their own bathrooms. Entertainment facilities include a billiard room, a tennis table, a playground and a swimming pool). The territory is closed and beautiful) Larisa the administrator is wonderful, cheerful and sociable) always greets with a smile) always helps with any question and tells you)
Of course, there are small disadvantages too - uncomfortable mattresses and pillows and sound insulation leaves much to be desired. But it's all fixable)
We really liked the rest, we were in Abkhazia for the first time and were very satisfied) I really didn't want to leave)

A wonderful hotel! We are returning here for the second year in a row. Closed well-groomed territory, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are several gazebos on the territory, a large swimming pool. The purest sea is 2 minutes away. Shops, pharmacy, canteens are all within walking distance.
The owners are wonderful people. Polite, friendly.
Room cleaning and bed linen change on demand! For this, many thanks to the maid Larisa!

Very cozy hotel, hospitable hosts. 3 minutes to the sea, on-site swimming pool,barbecue,kitchen. Shops,pharmacy,canteen,bus stop nearby. It was especially pleasant that a cake and champagne were brought on my birthday, and I was personally congratulated. The rooms are clean, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV. Overall, we are enjoying our vacation, the rating is only 5+)

Great hotel. Closed territory. There is a swimming pool and a playground. Own kitchen, there is everything for cooking. A beautiful well-maintained place. The sea is just around the corner, across the road, it is absolutely not difficult to cross there are not many cars. The sea and the beach are clean. There are shops and bus stops nearby. The trolleybus costs 5 rubles in general! The owners are intelligent people. There is a garden nearby where you can pick lavrushka, persimmon, kiwi, grapes and tangerines. Nearby they sell excellent homemade wine, from which you do not get sick, for grinn pizza, at aunt Manana's🤗
Of the cons: you do the cleaning in the room yourself. And there is a metal depot behind the fence, but there was not much noise. We rested with the child and this noise does not interfere at all. It's a bit far from the main promenade, but it's a 5-minute drive away. On the same trolleybus, for 5 rubles. Or walk.
So I recommend it to everyone! 👍
