A great boutique hotel! After the renovation, it is called Illusion. Cool rooms, cleaned every day on request, Russian-speaking staff. The receptionist Svetlana is very attentive to the guests, at the reception and all the staff are polite, the atmosphere is full of relaxation. Its own beach and night club. Free shuttle service to the beach and club and back to the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Excellent boutique hotel in Alanya.
One of the advantages is a well - thought - out territory with a huge number of places to take pictures and sit quietly .
There will be no noisy vacationers in this hotel, there will be no noisy animation. A calm , quiet , measured rest .
Stylishly decorated restaurant.
The pool is made around a rock.
Pomegranates , huge aloe bushes , oranges grow on a small territory .
There is a playground with a spiral and a slide
Very friendly staff - everything - and the woman who cleaned, and bartenders, and cooks, and waiters. All except the woman at the reception (I remembered her name).
We had a room with a side view of the sea, on top of banana plantations). Honestly admired the sunrises .
What would I add:
1.t.k. to get to the sea on foot is problematic - add transfer flights to the sea ,
2. add fish dishes and meat dishes to the buffet menu - the food was quite monotonous, but they were not hungry
3.add fruit to the buffet menu
4. some kind of animation for children at least 1 p per week.
In fact, the hotel is definitely Top in terms of price/quality ratio.
We liked this boutique hotel with a small number of vacationers (mostly Germans ) . We 'll come again . I liked this format more than the noisy 5* .
About recommendations . Maybe my comments will be considered and taken into account (and suddenly).
Positive:
- quiet, beautiful, outwardly as in the photo, we had a good view from the balcony
- friendly and courteous staff (except reception)
- they do not clean efficiently but every day (tips increase the quality but not significantly, no one will remove the cobwebs on the ceiling, but they will beautifully place a towel and decorate with Velcro)
- cocktails and beer are included in the bar (locally produced) the bartender is cool.
- there is a shuttle service (although only three times a day )
Minuses:
- upon arrival, we were checked in for more than an hour, at first the employee dealt with local guests for a long time and emotionally in Turkish. When this epic ended, they deigned to pay attention to us with the word Yes (They don't know Russian)... I greeted him, gave him a voucher and asked us to register, the employee looked at the voucher for a long time (in English), called someone and then we were unlucky again, another local came and our registration was postponed and began to settle the locals.. When they returned to us, it turned out that he could not find my reservation in the database, he started calling somewhere again, asking for my last name by letters (although everything is written in the voucher), called the manager. Then there was a misunderstanding with the payment, I tried to explain that the tour was fully paid for.. We figured it out. We went to show the number, they led me to a completely different one for which I paid, again I show him that everything is written in the voucher, the type of number and other information, he began to take pictures of it and send it to someone (which prevented me from studying the document at once it is unclear), on the second attempt they brought him to the right number.
- The rooms themselves (both that I saw) are not very new, there is a gap in the door (a scorpion was nailed in the shower at night, they don't seem to be deadly there, but the bite would be unpleasant), the closet is skewed, the wi-fi point is hanging on the wires ... all this is unpleasant but not directly critical - you can live.
- The water in the toilet tank is constantly flowing, it is not typed, I asked the reception to sort it out, they wrote down the problem, said they would tell the technician, but that's it, no one came in 7 days.
- There is no iron on the territory, it will not be ironed.
- The food is wildly monotonous, the meat is only chicken, mostly wings, legs, once there were grilled chicken steaks. The rest is all the same cheeses and two types of sausage and pickles in a circle. In the morning, amlet and flakes of several types all the time. The sweet is also the same, but delicious. Fresh vegetables are unripe tomatoes, cucumbers and greens of several types. Fruits are only last year's apples, unsweetened pears, no melon. There was also a good watermelon, and everyone ate it. In general, the dining room is not straight darkness that you will find to eat, but on the fifth day it did not fit.
- It also feels like the management of the hotel has changed, it has become somewhat abandoned, the territory is not cleaned everywhere, glasses on summer tables can be dirty for several days, there is a leisure room with a billiard table, a library and games, but it is abandoned cigarette butts, dust and dirt.
- Very far to the beach (there is a shuttle service, but not without problems.. the schedule was not very convenient for us, the driver can leave 5 minutes before the departure time, he can wait for his own, or he may not arrive at all.. but these are rather isolated cases (mostly normal according to the schedule), in the evening we returned ourselves since the last transfer was at 17:00. A taxi is expensive for about 150-200 liras (although here you can agree because they do not want to turn on the meter) from the beach of the hotel (beach 15), and there is only more than 4 km away. Those beaches that are within walking distance are darkness (in marina Bay and Heaven beach or Ulas)... the sand is solid cigarette butts and diapers with the husks of seeds and nuts. The locals are packed with them in the evening.
- The Internet, it's almost gone. Early in the morning and late at night, you can get 1.5 - 2 megabits... the rest of the time, just a stop ping of more than 1000 milliseconds and a speed of 0.02 +-. In the restaurant and at the reception, it's a little better, but not really, it's almost impossible to make a video call via WhatsApp, for example - a picture hangs and pours.
