La Esmeralda is a place where you want to come back again and again! From the first minutes of your stay, you can feel the warm and cozy atmosphere. Everything is clean, beautiful and tasteful. I would especially like to mention Mirzo is a true professional in his field! He is very polite, attentive, always with a smile and ready to help. Thanks to his approach, communication was easy and pleasant, you feel that you are sincerely cared for.
Top-level service: fast, clear and sincere. The team works well together, it is clear that every guest is appreciated here. Everything we ordered was delicious and served on time. This attitude is really memorable.

I've always wanted to visit this coffee shop because of the famous cappuccino. I wanted to visit the first branch in Samarkand.
After going to Samarkand, the first thing I did was go to La Esmeralda for coffee.
Located in the city center, the street is full of cafes and restaurants, I would say similar to the gastronomic street in Tashkent Shevchenko.
Cozy interior, calm atmosphere. And of course, the long-awaited cappuccino with a picture.
I ordered a cappuccino with alternative milk for my daughter with a picture. The coffee is very tasty and fragrant. Met all expectations. We ordered steak and salad, and the cuisine was delicious. Service and customer orientation at the highest level! I would put the highest score on the service well done!

An excellent pastry shop with high-quality coffee and a very cozy interior with upholstered chairs. We took milk oolong tea and cheesecake. By the way, there are several types of cheesecakes here. A place for those who are tired of Uzbek cuisine. For pilaf or lamb, not here. It's great that they work at night. It looks like a restaurant with European standards. We said we wouldn't leave, because there would be a child sitting in the stroller, they let us through, but as for me, in an institution where shots of children are scrolling on TV in the photo, then you need to somehow be a little kid-friendly, especially since no one was sitting at the next table, later two sat down the girls, but since the table was four-seater, they were sitting opposite us and we didn't bother them.
One of the advantages of coffee is delicious, moderately tart. The food is above average in taste, but the desserts are quite tasty. I didn't like the service and the attitude towards the client.
