On the Green Quarter, Yes, the cream is more comfortable, but the staff. I've been there several times and decided not to go to that particular branch. It's better to go a little further and sit in a more peaceful environment.

Apart from the beautiful interior, I can't say anything good about this place. The prices for the dishes are completely incompatible with the service. It was March 28, dishes for a company of 3 people are brought when ready, one eats, everything is cooked for 5-10 minutes, requests are fulfilled 3 times, there is no list of ingredients in the menu.
I will never return to this institution again, although I tried to give it another chance.

The best breakfasts in Astana are combined with incredible desserts, everything was specially taken, and either the fortune of luck or the dishes are brought to the ideal in terms of combining flavors, I often visit Astana and I can say with confidence that this place has won my two mainstays: heart and stomach.
The price tag is harsh, of course, but for the feast of taste that you will experience, and for the performance of the honey cake exactly like my grandmother's, it is forgivable with a vengeance.

They brought us one glass of water for two after the third reminder. And on the next visit, all the dishes were taken out at the same time.
It's a pity 10 percent for the service, which is included in the receipt, although there was no service.

One of the best coffee shops in the city.
The price tag is high, but the beauty, quality and variety of interesting dishes are on top!
I tried ramen soup here (cooked perfectly, the portion is large, the taste is very balanced, the ingredients are high), mango cheesecake with pistachios (the name alone was very intriguing! The taste did not disappoint. An interesting dessert for gourmets) and Kemex coffee (a portion for two, the taste is rich, with a lot of interesting notes. According to the taste and aroma, it is noticeable that the grain is very fresh, has not yet lost its aromatic substances after roasting).
The service of the guys from St. Petersburg is excellent! Special thanks to them. Such as they help to raise the level of catering in Astana.
Among the disadvantages: the lighting of the hall at night is not well organized. Some areas are gloomy and not cozy.

The place is very beautiful, the menu looks very diverse. However, when booking a table for two before leaving the house at 11 a.m. (the reservation was confirmed and they said they were expecting us), upon arrival at the cafe there were no seats at first, then the host found a place on the first floor, immediately said that the guests from the second wanted to move to the first, and we would have to go up to the second. We didn't know what we were agreeing to yet. The second floor is like a food court, there are a lot of people, respectively, it is VERY noisy. You almost have to shout to talk. In the end, we refused to sit down there and went to another restaurant for breakfast :)
P.S. When we left, the host guy was saying to his colleagues: "Why did they take so many armor over the phone? There's nowhere to sit.". Although he accepted our reservation, we recognized him by his voice :D

Good day! We came to this cafe on purpose, as it is beautiful, cozy, and delicious. I liked it on previous visits. However, on January 15, 2023, "something went wrong." The child ordered pasta with pesto sauce and seafood. The menu does not indicate that chili pepper is added to the dish, the waiter does not say a word about it, although I clearly said that this is a child's order. After the dish was brought, warm, not hot, the child began to eat and could not, because it was very spicy. She asked for bread, I told the waiter that it was spicy. The waiter started arguing with us that it was because of the pesto sauce, as if we didn't know the taste of pesto. I couldn't continue arguing in front of the child. There was no alternative solution from the waiter, she was sure, without tasting the dish, that the child had confused the taste of pesto sauce with the taste of Chili. I brought bread. Then, as it turned out, I included it in the bill! I paid, I didn't want to argue in the presence of a child, but I will leave a negative review.
I tried this pasta myself, I also provided feedback that it is spicy and at the same time the cafe does not warn about it. The waiter's reaction is zero.
I ordered buckwheat soba, it was resettled, which I informed the waiter about. In response, she joked that the cook must have fallen in love.
I ask the administrator to pay attention to the behavior of the waiter and his lack of focus on the client.
It is a pity that my pleasant impression of this place is spoiled by such behavior of a cafe employee.
