In the very heart of Tashkent there is a real gastronomic oasis — La Crema. This restaurant, like a jewel, stands out for its sophistication and unsurpassed cooking skills.
From the very first steps, the establishment impresses with its sophisticated atmosphere: subdued lights, soft interior tones and attentive service create ideal conditions for a real gastronomic journey.
Kitchen
Every dish here is a work of art. The flavors are harmonious and calibrated to the smallest detail, ranging from texture to perfectly balanced flavors. The chef clearly knows not only classical techniques, but also boldly experiments, offering dishes that remain in the memory for a long time.
Desserts deserve special mention. These are not just sweets, but real gastronomic symphonies. Desserts at La Crema are the ultimate in confectionery craftsmanship. Every element here is created with love and attention, whether it's an airy mousse, a delicate cream or the thinnest crispy layer.
Supply
The service in this restaurant is worthy of special praise. Each dish is like a painting, carefully calibrated in color and shape. This is the case when pleasure begins long before the first bite.
Result
La Crema is a place that confidently claims to be one of the best restaurants in the city. Everything here — from the atmosphere to the quality of the cuisine — demonstrates the high professionalism of the team.
I recommend it for connoisseurs of fine cuisine and those who are looking for the perfect place for a special dinner.
The food and drinks are good, but I would like to mention the rather low etiquette on the part of the staff. I doubt that anyone will be pleased when they address you as "Brother" or, without hearing you, ask "Huh?" or "What?"
Delicious desserts, but very slow service with an empty landing, ice coffee and asti were carried for 30 minutes
The waiters are very slow and don't seem to understand what their job is
