I ordered a caramel frappuccino, and they brought me a banana milkshake. They said that frappuccinos are banana everywhere, although this is not the case. They didn't specify anything in the menu, and no one wanted to answer that I didn't get what I wanted at first. Then they said they'd redo it, but I'd pay for two drinks. In the end, I defended my position, and they made a caramel frappuccino, though after I had eaten the whole lunch.
