Excellent location in the old town. A five-minute walk to the public beach of Marmerli and many coffee shops/restaurants/ shops. A tram station is 15 minutes away, and a large shopping center is 20 minutes away. The room is quite small, but everything you need for a few nights is there. The only thing that caused discomfort was the eternally dripping air conditioner and noisy neighbors from above, who stomped loudly.
Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Everyone is trying. Olga, a Russian-speaking employee, is very responsive. The room is cleaned upon request. Moreover, through whatsapp they clarify daily whether it is necessary to get out. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the old town. But you need to understand that Konyalti beach is a little far from the old town, you need to take a tram. I walked for about 40 minutes. It's better to go down to the port and then take the elevator up, it's faster this way. But you can also walk through the old town and the clock tower. Of the disadvantages, I would have noted audibility, but it was fine for me.
The guest house is located in the old part of Antalya, it is very pleasant to walk here, looking at the remains of ancient walls, Hadrian's Gate and historical buildings. The room is small, but everything you need is there. Snow-white linen and a delicious full-fledged, almost homemade breakfast. I would also like to thank the Russian-speaking Olga, a wonderful, responsive woman. Thanks to her, there was a wonderful impression of the hotel. Thanks!
