I don't know what to write and say, but I realized one thing that they work on the stream. For such money and in such a hotel!!!! There are A Maximum of 4 stars here!!!! Maaaaaaximum. Having paid almost half a million for 2 weeks for four people and going to borrow sunbeds at 7 a.m., in my opinion, it's too much. The food is disgusting in the main restaurant, the bar has never been replenished with even plain water in a week, there is no territory at all, alcohol is just swill. I don't know, but I'm not going to this Hotel anymore.

We rested from 08/14/2021 to 08/21/2021. I will say five stars at once and you will definitely not find the ultra all inclusive program there!We arrived at the hotel at 20.30 and had to urgently run to dinner, because dinner before 21 and not a minute later 🤭Booked at a room with a sea view, received them in different buildings 🤷♀️The hotel is worn out, the couch in the room is battered, stained, the doors are torn, the floor lamps are in the same condition, the mattress is sagging. There was no balcony as such, a 20 cm strip with a grille, an exit from the lobby bar under the window, constant noise, the window should be opened only at night and then another surprise awaited us, a huge number of mosquitoes🤦♀️There was no cleaning as such for a week, towels and bed linen were changed once. There is one set of towels, if you took a shower in the afternoon, then there is nothing to dry off in the evening. The carpet and floors in the room have never been vacuumed. There is no need to talk about the presence of slippers, a bathrobe, toothpaste or hair conditioner at all. Among the advantages: a varied menu, there is fish, chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, squid. But at the same time freshly squeezed orange juice, only for a fee 2 euros a glass 😂The staff, except the cleaners, is polite, the Russian-speaking girls are very pleasant, they will tell you everything, show you this is another plus. Beautiful territory, excellent swimming pool. It's a good beach, but you need to constantly look for sun beds, because they are busy. Good animation, concerts in the evenings. The beach bars and lobby have excellent staff, which is not the case with the tea house. There is a pool bar where they cook excellent hamburger, kebab and pasta.

The hotel is rated at 2 stars. We checked in yesterday until August 22nd. Today we couldn't stand it and moved to another hotel, losing money, but not to suffer further. We lived in a family room with a view of the garden, consisting of two rooms. One of the rooms does not have a window, or rather there is a small window covered with a film with access to the corridor. At night, it feels like you're sleeping in the hallway. And at the same time, the film does not protect against light in the corridor at night. But this is a small thing against the background of the general perception of the room. It's all dirty, peeling, the light is dim, not all the light bulbs work, the mirror is stained, the shelves are hard, the bed is uncomfortable, the shower is clogged and water flows out onto the floor, a rusty paper holder, the trash can is also rusty. In general, I don't know what to write as positive points. Except for the beach. The sea is clean, the views are beautiful, but you need to take sun beds early in the morning, otherwise you will not lie down (
Never set foot in this hotel again. I almost ruined my perception of the whole of Bodrum.

A disgusting hotel that is not worth the money. Everything is shabby, the walls are cardboard, they are cleaned every other day. It's not 5 stars, it's 3 stars. And it should cost three times less, otherwise it's just theft. The food is tasteless, the alcohol is even worse. Turks often try to cheat: for example, they offered to buy a bottle of cinzano for 9,000 rubles (the real cost is 500 rubles). Fake rolexes, leatherette jackets that smell terrible and other rubbish are sold inside. I don't advise anyone to go there. If you want to harm someone, recommend this hotel

We stayed at this hotel from 09/27/2020 to 10/12/2020.The hotel offers a maximum of 3 stars.Let's start with the numbers.the rooms are cleaned disgustingly, the floors are dirty every day.my wife and I accidentally spilled the fanta at night. The hotel! 3+! Rate the entrance group! There are dirty windows, elevators, carpets all over the hotel! We arrived in the morning , asked for coffee with locum - there is only sugar ... There is no coffee locum in 5 stars!!! After that, we went to breakfast and everything became clear: dirty tablecloths, cheap dishes, food (bread is not fresh, products from sale / not tasty / not aesthetically pleasing)! Lots of kids! The audience is mixed / Europeans 10%, and then 50+ and fans of the party! Spa and fitness are creepy (-10 years old)! Selling a Sunmar tour is a hoax! This is a minimum court case! Unsanitary conditions all around!

I have never seen liver and kidneys for lunch and dinner in any hotel!!!! Well, endless legumes!!!! The guard!!!! Well, we were also amazed by the peeled cucumbers in the afternoon tea area near the beach!🤣🙉 Guard, there are fruits everywhere, and cucumbers here!!!!!! Of the 14 days of arrival, only 3 times watermelons,
and the rest of the CUCUMBERS!!!!
