I completely agree with all the negative reviews. I myself was faced with the unreasonable boorish behavior of master Madina (nickname on instagram madinahair_). Besides the fact that the master was late, she greeted me with an impudent "what did you want" without even saying hello. I do not advise you to sign up for this master if you do not want to experience squeamish, arrogant behavior. Especially if this is your first coloring in your life, be prepared that she will not be able to properly explain the coloring method and the approximate result. As I understand it, the owner of the salon is also not interested in the customer orientation of her business, ignoring all my messages. :(
