We had a rest recently. The impressions are the best. Friendly staff, the only thing is that there are few Russian speakers. But this was not an obstacle. A wonderful chef, perhaps this is the best food in all my trips to Turkey. It was cleaned daily.
Minus, a small beach. But since the hotel is on the beach, we went swimming and sunbathed by the pool.
The water in it is good, even the birds came to drink.
I highly recommend it. The price is in line with expectations.
The sea is also clean, with a sandy sunset.
In general, the memories are the kindest. I would love to repeat the rest.

The hotel is modest, but everything you need is available. The food is delicious, the sea was warm in September. There are only Russian speakers on the beach, all foreigners were hanging around the pool)! The super location of the hotel is near a beautiful observation deck, the famous swing on icon beach, 10 minutes to Marmaris by minibus. We are delighted with this place... we will definitely come back! By the way, in Marmaris everyone said that the sea was very dirty, there were a lot of boats ... and in Icmeler bay: warm and clean. We recommend it!
The only downside is the broken shower in the room, which was never fixed. For two days I asked when the master would come, everyone shrugged their shoulders. I resigned myself and gave up on it) . I didn 't want to spoil my vacation . In general, Marmaris is cool and gorgeous! All the beauty is nearby and for free... you don't need to go anywhere else.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2024. In general, the hotel corresponds to its 4 stars. From the pleasant: free good Wi-Fi not only in the lobby, but also in the rooms, by the pool also catches. I liked that it's literally 1 minute to the sea, just go to the embankment. There is a shower on the embankment to rinse off. We went to the beach at different times and there were almost always empty seats. Sometimes there was 1 free sunbed, then they asked the man responsible for it to put another one next to it and there were no problems. You can get a towel by leaving a deposit of 100 Liras, then the money is returned. The sea is sometimes clear, sometimes not very clear. There was a breeze by the sea almost all the days, so it wasn't very hot. In general, according to my feelings, the heat in Marmaris is easier to bear than on the Antalya coast due to the climatic features. The food was delicious, there were quite a lot of fish: trout, sea bass, very tasty Dorado. There were even rolls one day. Of course, it's not worth comparing with the rolls we are used to, but it was still good))) It's a shame that there was practically no baklava, literally 1-2 times I saw it all the time.
I got a room on the 5th floor, I really liked the view, but the room itself, of course, is tired. Creaky cupboards, hard mattresses. But overall it's still not bad. The pool is small, but again there were no problems with sun beds. What I really didn't like was the lack of air conditioners or their non-working condition in the lobby, on the floors, in the dining room, in the game room… Usually you go into the lobby and it's cool right away, you sit and relax, unfortunately there is no such thing here. The dining room was also quite stuffy, the air conditioners couldn't cope. And it was impossible to play billiards, because sweat flowed down in streams. The flies in the dining room were also annoying.
About cleaning the room: towels were given new every day, but for some reason they sometimes did not give water at all, sometimes they gave 1 bottle. Of course, there was not enough of it, we had to pour it in the vending machine downstairs. But it is worth noting that they gave 1 liter per person here, and not 0.5 as it was in our other hotel. And toilet paper was not always provided. Once we even had to follow her to the reception.. It's the same with gels and shampoos, they didn't give it every day, but as much as they wanted, they didn't give soap initially either. It's better to take everything of your own.
The hotel does not have a territory - in fact, the entire territory is the hotel itself and the pool, but this is not a problem, but rather a feature of holidays in Marmaris and Icmeler as a whole. It is interesting to walk along the embankment there, there are many bars, cafes, etc. We once rode bicycles to Marmaris (rented side by side at the tour desk), enjoyed the views, the air is pleasant, it smells of pine trees.
As a result, I can't say whether it's worth the money or not, because holidays in Turkey are generally very expensive now. But it was not bad, he definitely deserves his 4 stars))

5 stars for this 4-star hotel. Excellent food, neat rooms, cleaned daily. There are plenty of sweets and ice cream all day long. There is also some animation in the evenings. But the main thing (for me) is to go around the corner, and there are bicycles for 50 lira per hour and in front of the embankment to Marmaris or wherever. Excursions there are the same for half the price from those offered at the hotel and nothing worse. The agency is called Rainbow, there is a guy there, Suleiman's name, speaks excellent Russian.

Excellent hotel, first line, all inclusive. Not enough entertainment. There is karaoke in the evenings, sometimes bands perform, live music. I also visited the gym, it's small, but the treadmills are working. There is a club in the basement. I came in, there was no one, there was a strong smell of mold. The rooms are cleaned every day. The territory of the hotel is small, but it is enough. It is a 2-minute walk to the beach. The beach is sandy and clean, sun beds and umbrellas, tables and ashtrays. The food is not as varied as in side or camera hotels, but what is very tasty, you will not stay hungry. From drinks fanta, pepsi, soda, sprite. Local beer, gin, whiskey and cocktails are made from alcohol. There is practically no animation. The contingent of vacationers is mainly pensioners from England, Bulgaria, Poland and a few others. 10 percent of Russians , no more. Marmaris can be reached by taxi (boat 200 lira per person), run every 30 minutes, until 19:30. Swim for 20 minutes. You can take a minibus for 30 liras per person. It takes about 20 minutes to drive.
Or walk along the embankment for 1.5 - 2 hours. By the way, it's a pleasure to walk along the embankment. Beautiful landscapes, the sea transparent as a tear leave very vivid impressions. I recommend the hotel. The place is calm, very picturesque.

We stayed at this hotel , the hotel is designed more for the elderly .There are no parties as such , but that's okay.The absurdity was that my young man had a birthday .I approached the staff three times and asked for a piece of cake (or something from sweets) to be postponed until 00:00.She put it down herself and asked me to leave it on the bar .As a result, the time is 23;54 I go to the bar and ask for a cake ( I bought the candles myself ) They look at me and say, but there is no cake .
The discussion wants the best! The food was delicious, not far from the sea. Russian russians are so - so , I had to beg them to put Russian songs on . 🙌

- The hotel is in poor condition, the rooms are questionable, the electronics are old, there are few outlets.
- The administration is very slow, unable to solve the problems that arise. The feeling that students are working. Nothing can be solved on Sunday.

The location of the hotel is very good, the sea is nearby, the beach is sandy, there are sun beds and umbrellas. There is a swimming pool, a pool bar, a sauna, a hammam and a small gym.
As for the hotel itself, it is clear that it is not being monitored, there are some shoals everywhere. The handles in the rooms are worn out, rust is somewhere, tiles are broken off somewhere. The refrigerator was not working in our room.
The service is also not up to par. If the room is for two, only one key card is given in hand. This means that when you come from the beach, the room is stuffy because the air conditioner did not work without a card. They refused to issue a second card.
The broken refrigerator was asked to be replaced three times, no one came. It was only when I brought it to the reception myself that the receptionist stirred and asked two assistants to put a refrigerator for us from the next room.
You can't interrogate the snow manager in winter. They asked for a bottle of water, which they forgot to bring us during cleaning, said that they did not give water from the reception and we had to wait for the cleaner to come and bring it to our room.
One night, drunken Englishmen came to the next room. They shouted songs in the room and periodically went out to yell in the hallway. They called the reception. The manager came but could not resolve the issue. I had to go out myself and bang on the neighbors' door with threats. There were no more sounds from the room.

You buy a tour to this expensive hotel, and you will be settled in the next terrible 3-star, after trying to make up at least the difference, the hotel will humiliate you, threaten you, slip "documents" for signature. And nothing can be done, the Turks have their own rules, they are always right, and you are not. That's what they do with all Russians, on the first day in a strange neighboring hotel. We vacationed with my husband at this hotel for two weeks from September 19, 2023. The hotel is on the first line, 2-3 minutes to the beach. There were always enough sun beds, we came even after 10 a.m., there were places. The hotel is aimed at the British, but there were enough Russians. The atmosphere was calm, in the evenings you could sit in the lobby and near the pool with not loud music. I liked the room, fresh renovation and new furniture. The room was cleaned every day. Linen and towels were changed regularly. Separately, a big plus for food. The food was very tasty. Meat, fish, chicken and even rolls. The dessert table was pleasant, there were a lot of delicious cakes and pastries. Fruits include watermelons, melons, grapes, apples, oranges, pears. The wine is delicious - white, red and pink. Very tasty ice cream, from 14 to 21. There is a good promenade along the sea, you can walk or rent a bike to get to Marmaris. But our hotel did not disappoint us, in the evenings we walked around Icmeler. In the hotel, WiFi is only on the ground floor in the lobby, it didn't bother us.

I was a little tired (even the repair didn't help), but it didn't bother me. Most importantly, the room was cleaned every day, detergents were added. The bed linen was changed every other day (this is a very big plus).
The staff is VERY friendly to the RUSSIANS, although there are many "Englishmen". The guys spoke Russian poorly, but this did not interfere with communication, even added a little "humor".
The disadvantage is that the administrator will not check you in earlier for 1 hour, 30 minutes, or 30 seconds. (he is a principled one). Only money! That's his job.
Beach: write 2 lines!
Walking is only 50-100 meters (even grandfathers and grandmothers did not bother).
The deck chairs are free, but you need to be careful, there are paid ones nearby, they have mattresses of a different color (and there are mostly only English). It is better to borrow from 6.45 (throw in a towel and go back to the room to sleep) 😁
Food: IT'S FUCKING DELICIOUS. I give this hotel a bold "+"
You will like any dish. Personally, to my taste: rice, vegetables (pepper, jalapenas), meat (beef and various sausages). There are many different desserts, fruits (melons are unripe). In the middle of the day, you can make a BURGER yourself.
It is better to relax without children, as the retreat is designed for an adult audience, although there is an entertainment program for toddlers.

I liked the room, although the air conditioner blew directly on the bed, and the beds are not very long. With my height of 175 cm, my legs were hanging down. Cleaning only from above, the floor was not always washed, there was sand. The restaurant is good, a varied meat and fish menu, different dishes every day. The salad table practically did not change, but since it was large, you could choose different options yourself. The beach is convenient, literally two steps away, there were enough sunbeds, especially if you come at least at 9.00, then you can also choose. I didn't go to the pool. We are resting right now, what can I say - the positive reviews have all been justified for me:the room is good, the food is delicious, the beach is clean, the entrance to the sea is excellent, there is almost no animation, as I would like, although music plays in the evenings, there are gymnastics and aqua aerobics and even live music happens, but, for example, such music beats from a nearby Aqua in the evenings that I can hardly imagine life guests, for me it's better to go somewhere if you want fun, but be sure that if you don't want music, then the hotel will be quiet :) however, everything ends at 11 pm, so everyone gets enough sleep, I think. The staff is excellent, they try to do everything, we changed the room - we didn't want to have a view of the pool - music and the sun are right out the window all day, but still the priority of Turkish guests is visible, that is, you stand quietly in line, here a local resident approaches from the other side and all attention is there.. I praise you for such solidarity, but it's a shame for the guests.. And the bar... Yes, not ultra, but just all inclusive, but guys, honestly, once again I don't want to approach the bar with this kind of view, some pour drinks :) today, plus, my husband repeated the word ice three times, meaning cold water (well, he does not speak other languages and explains himself as best he can :) and not a warm one, to which I was asked in a very nervous voice to calm him down that he was nervous :) seriously? Have they ever seen nervous people at home? :) to sum up, I have never regretted choosing a hotel, but in the evening I don't want to sit at our pool bar for more than 30 minutes - at 10 pm they start removing chairs and so on and you feel superfluous at this celebration of life :) addition: take sea excursions from Deniz (right on the beach of Letual at the pier), one where you can swim a lot in different places is very cool and the second is dalyan, more fun, since you have to swim for a long time - it gets boring especially on the way back. Don't go with anex - I screwed everything up when we went to Pamukal for 53 bucks per person :) not only were we brought there in the heat, but we left at 6 a.m., by the way, in order to arrive earlier :) but their priorities are wine shops and so on, not an excursion, and if it wasn't for the guide Mehmed - wonderful just told a lot of interesting things, then there would have been an akhtung at all. Excursions on the street there also cost 20 bucks. What's more, the food surprised the hotel in a bad way - there was no watermelon in 11 days, there was only green melon and baklava once.. But we solved this issue at the local vegetable store and pastry shop :) but the fact itself is strange.. In general, as a result, I will not go to all inclusive for the second time, and it's not about this hotel, but in principle in the concept - we still start going to cafes on the third day :) I recommend the hotel itself for a relaxing holiday

There are difficulties when checking in, but it's like everywhere else, you may or may not like the room, but a twenty tip will solve the problem. The hotel at the end of May at the beginning of June is almost empty, and the expensive AQUA 5* hotel, sideways opposite at a distance of 100-150 m from this hotel, is packed. The hotel is 4 stars, but I would put a C plus.
About everything in order.
The decor is not bad, there are a lot of soft sofas in the hall below, a tiny room for luggage. At the reception, the receptionists are mostly Turkish speakers, it may be difficult to explain the problem in Russian or English, although there were also receptionists with knowledge of languages. The main advantage of the hotel is that the road from the room door to the sea will take three minutes.
About food.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are standard, as in all Turkish hotels. Sausages, potatoes, eggs, pancakes and much more for breakfast, meat, side dishes, vegetables, desserts and so on for lunch and dinner. You can eat both outdoors and indoors, it's cooler there. The tables are neat, the cloth napkins on the tables are regularly changed.
Let's move on to the number.
The standard is very, very modest, if you're lucky, you can find used mosquito repellent plates and a lot of crumbs on the floor. During the rest, they realized that the duties of the cleaners who clean the rooms every day include only making the bed and cleaning the trash cans in the main room and bathroom. As well as updating the minibar: + two bottles of water.
The stuffiness in the room is incredible. The air conditioner simulates operation instead of actually cooling the room. It was impossible to sleep. You can, of course, sleep with an open balcony, but then the pool party will be in your room. If you close the balcony completely, the sound insulation is excellent, no sound. In general, every evening you have a choice: a quiet sleep or a stream of fresh air so as not to suffocate. We slept with the door ajar so that there was a draft from the balcony. Two days before departure, the hotel employee noticed this, we explained the situation in half and brought us a fan, it became easier, but not much. Why didn't we ask about this earlier? They asked. At the reception. The request to do something was ignored. The bathroom in the room sometimes stinks of plumbing, a mosquito will keep you company there a couple of times a day. However, the shower and the bathroom itself are very good, the pressure of the watering can is strong, it is very convenient to wash, you still get used to the smell.
The TV has no Russian channels, only Turkish and German ones. Every day from two to nine, ice cream of different flavors is excellent.
We visited the hotel spa. It is absolutely not worth your money. Peeling, foam massage, Thai massage, facial and head massage were done by one woman. In fact, Thai massage is light stroking. In general, I advise the hotel, if you are not too whimsical, calmly tolerate sleeping in a hot room and are going to go on excursions and spend days by the sea, and not in a hotel.

We returned from vacation yesterday (September 9, 2022). I decided to write while it's fresh in my memory. I'll start with the advantages. Food. Very diverse. I was in the top three - there was nothing meat except chicken. There is also beef in various forms (lula, goulash, chops), and fish (sea bass, trout, sprat from what I could recognize by taste and was able to translate). There have always been fruits, but the standard ones are watermelon, melon, grapes, and orange. Local alcohol is free (Ephesus beer, whiskey, vodka and rum) We took a gin and tonic. Everything that is not your own (Turkish)- already for a fee.2) Entertainment outside of animation - billiard table, air hockey, table tennis, basketball net, lawn tennis net. All this is available. Sports equipment is given out. We played billiards (American) and ping pong. We didn't go to the gym, there was also a sauna. I can't say anything about them. 3) The number. Overall, it's not bad. But in the end, the light bulb in the bathroom began to go out and they did not react to the request to resolve the issue and the air conditioner began to drip directly onto the bed. The air conditioner is located above the bed. The sheets were changed three times and the towels were changed quite often. Two bottles of water were added every day. 4) Animation. Aqua aerobics at 11. The load for old people is to splash and clap))) In the evening, dancing for children and adults was remembered for only two evenings - the bartender show and Latin American dancing (off-site performances). There were guitarists three times. We were taken to a club in Marmaris ($10 per person) It was interesting- street of clubs 5) Wi-Fi is free, but after exiting the application it was disconnected.I had to connect 100 times a day. And it was a discovery for me that the sea in the bay is muddy. After swimming, bathing accessories had to be washed. The excursions were taken from a representative of the Anexture. There was an important argument for this. The tour was conducted exclusively for our Russians. At the present time, I did not want a possible conflict against the background of nationalism. And even the tour guide asked to ask any questions, just not political ones. Everyone is being careful. They took dollars with them. But they were practically not useful. The world map was working. They were withdrawing lira from ATMs. They were a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Well, that's about it! Have a good rest for those who have chosen this hotel!

The old hotel, the beach is dirty, the sunbeds are dirty. The territory is tiny, the food is simple, the alcohol is disgusting, the rooms are sad. There are practically no Russians, it's not strange, Marmaris is considered a resort for Europeans. I do not recommend the hotel, there is a nicer and cleaner Aqua Hotel nearby.

We have just returned, that is, we were in early June 2022. The hotel is all inclusive, there is a private beach across the street from the hotel, but there is no other way to get to the beach. The road is pedestrian, but as everywhere in Turkey there is a danger of encountering a motorcycle, well, bicycles with scooters - it is better to hold children by the hand.
The beach next to the pier, the hotel and the nearby bar divide the beach in half. The beach service is not included. Sand, few stones, good entrance, but quickly deep. The sea is warmer in the morning, but muddier, after lunch you can see small fish through the water, but it's cold - about 20-22 degrees. Beach towels are secured by 20 liras per person. We brought our own, so we didn't use it.
The rooms are renovated and spacious, the plumbing and shower cabin are fairly new. Cleaning daily, linen change seems to be once a week, at least I saw that it was changed 1 time per week. There are hand and shower towels in the room for each guest of any age. Soap, shampoo and shower gel, shower caps, and a set of 3 cotton swabs and discs, a low-power hair dryer. There was always hot water. There were no blockages. The smell too.
The safe was not used by us, I do not know the details. There is no iron and they do not give it. Ironing services cost an average of 1 euro per item. There is a kettle, cups, different tea bags, instant coffee. Drinking water is in a mini fridge, which by the way does not make heart-rending sounds. Water is added as needed or on request. Cups and saucers, glasses. Kondey is a normal worker without additional payment.
The balcony is spacious, there is a place for drying clothes, although there is not much space. The furniture on the balcony is plastic.
Both beds are normal without creaks and dips, there is a mattress pad under the sheet (for children who can still unsubscribe, it is important for adults who have had too much too).
The closet is full of hangers. In general, the furniture is comfortable.
The pool is large (maximum 150 cm), clean, there is a small one for children (30 cm).
Now the biggest plus is food. The food is sooooo delicious, everyone will find something for themselves. I just tried a little bit of everything. My husband and I were very satisfied with the food. Well, the child ate French fries, pizza and sausages, and we waited for how long this diet would last and slipped vegetables and fruits. After 5 days, he got tired of potatoes. Hooray. I can't say that there is a huge variety of food, but the quality and taste are just 10 points. Pepsi and beer are not diluted. I didn't drink juices. The coffee machine is very nice. My husband does not recommend cancers))
The staff is polite and friendly.
Now the only disadvantage for us is for children only a playground, a swimming pool and dancing for 15 minutes with animation in the evening, which the child looked at once and left) He was bored, because the pool and the sea were cold for him. There are a lot of elderly English people in the hotel. In this regard, animation does not bother much with anything. What I personally saw was aqua aerobics in the morning, bingo in the evening and guess the character from the caricature. The musician played like one evening. That is, there is nothing much to have fun in the hotel. Even when the sea was stormy and it was raining, the animation did not come up with anything, the people did not organize in any way. Not that it bothers us, we are able to entertain ourselves, but for the sake of completeness, I couldn't help but mention.
Thanks a lot to the hotel as a whole, and we would definitely return, but without the child.

we were there in the summer of 2024. The complete air conditioner on the ground floor, floor corridors and lobby part is broken and they did not get the idea to repair it. There is air conditioning only in the rooms and in the restaurant. The food is good. The rooms are clean and modern.Jul. But the fact that they drowned us more in the heat in that infernal heat is worth reducing the commentary star to one for me, despite everything.

The main and fat disadvantage of the hotel is the complete lack of cleaning in the room, the washbasin and toilet bowl have never been cleaned in 10 days, not even wiped for appearance. The floors were washed two days later.
Weak water pressure in the shower, the water after taking a shower spilled all over the bathroom.
Leaky dirty-white towels smelling of bleach.
The pillows are made of something lumpy, very uncomfortable, instead of a second sheet there is a short blanket.
The furniture is shabby, but there are two huge mirrors in the room, which, by the way, have never been wiped during the stay.
Of the advantages, I will note the excellent food, thanks to the chefs and all the restaurant staff.
The reception staff does not speak Russian.
The hotel is a stone's throw from the sea.
