The staff is polite, and the director of the branch himself will do his best to contribute to solving your problem. One of the inconveniences is that when opening a current account, bank employees have to enter all information about the client by hand into the computer, which means that it takes the client's golden time. Integration with state databases using modern information systems would speed up all work by typing the client's IIN.
