When i went that bank, there was a meeting during working hours and there was no information about when it starts or when it is going to end. We waited there meaninglessly. I am a foreing user and they have no proper website nor application. This bank is a kind of joke
There is no customer orientation. We had a meeting from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., all the customers were sitting and waiting. Terrible attitude towards their customers(
