I came across "Anastasia", several questions were asked, as a result, I was sent to the link, and I did not read the specific answer to the questions. Then I wrote at another time, I got "Irina", we talked for 15 minutes. She answered with politeness, read the questions, also offered an alternative, helped with account recovery, placed an order through "correspondence" and clarified the delivery time.(As a result, it was naturally much more pleasant and easier to communicate with Irina than with the first manager, for which I thank her).
