We, 4 people studying German at the courses, bought vouchers to Cologne in November 2019, paid for them, ordered 3 excursions, paid for them. They could not fly on March 17, 2020, because on March 13 flights to Germany were canceled. Our money has still not been returned and, most likely, it will not be returned to us. The travel agency reported that the Germans refused to make a refund. I think this is not the case, but now we are all sitting at home because of the coronavirus and we cannot find out anything.
