The station certainly helps out those who walk across the border, but... There are only 4 trains to Vilnius with a transfer in Kaunas, about 7-10-13-16 hours. The schedule may change, but you won't leave in the evening. There is nothing at the station itself, just a building and rows of seats inside. No cash register, no water to drink. But the most terrible thing is the bridge that must be crossed over the tracks with suitcases, and back and forth. There is no elevator. There is a toilet in front of the entrance to the bridge from the side of the church
It's hard to say anything, it's the border, you're sitting still, even moving around the car is forbidden. From the view from the window of the carriage, there is little that can be seen, without thinking.
Of course, you can't let us out of the train to see the station, but unlike those places in Lithuania that we passed by train, the station looks decent, clean and well maintained.
