We ordered a bouquet of flowers for mom on March 8, we live in another city ourselves. We agreed to collect a bouquet according to the photo we offered. They promised to deliver it in the middle of the day. Now I am writing a review at 20.00. There are no flowers yet. One call was answered that it was a complex bouquet (9 tulips of two colors), the second call was answered that they were already on their way. They're probably going through Kiev. It's a very unpleasant feeling. I do not recommend the store.
