Pleasant atmosphere. There are many small restaurants. The cuisine is traditional Turkish. Musicians walk between the tables, perform songs and play musical instruments. Of course, it's not free (they don't require any money). The visitors themselves give the musicians as much as they see fit.
The Flower Passage is a gorgeous architecture, a very interesting place, after the emigration of Wrangel's White Army, Russian aristocrats sold flowers here, and earned their living. Unfortunately, all the space there is now occupied by restaurants, where visitors are not visible (apparently due to the high cost and quality of the food).
