The support service can't really answer anything, it just refers you to the organizers. Tickets are charged up to 4 rubles, if not more... 3 rubles are definitely added to children's performances (if you buy 18 rubles through the Ticket Center, and Receipts have 21 rubles) In general, I really do NOT recommend contacting them

The service is perplexing. Information is not provided that children under 3 years old have free admission to the event. The ticket cannot be returned, they are sent to the organizers. But first, a very long correspondence by mail. I don't recommend it.
