Today I put the printer into service, it was repaired within an hour. As well as the employees are honest and decent. Upon returning home, I found out that my wallet was missing. I thought I was pulled out in the subway, but decided to call the service. They had him. The girl at the reception found my wallet and returned it safely. Minuses:
- When handing over the order, it was said that the master would dial you within a couple of days-it was a lie, the master did not dial. We read that the diagnosis can take up to 14 days, but as a result: on the 20th day, we managed to pick up the vacuum cleaner that we handed over for diagnosis - back.
- the price of 40 rubles was announced on the phone, as a result, 60 rubles had to be paid (since they did not have the fee that needed to be replaced)
- In two and a half weeks, we didn't get anything, we dialed 5 times and were fed breakfast.
-In this center, the master can disassemble your device, but he will be able to assemble it in his free time from other orders (that's what we were told:-deals with other orders and there is no time to assemble your vacuum cleaner yet)
-When we finally came to pick up our order, a girl who knows how to lie beautifully (no) to her face managed to say that she had nothing to do with it at all and was passing by (this is when we asked why you lied to us when you told us for a couple of days and that all questions to the master, she just draws up paperwork) and that the master is actually often on trips and is a very business man and he needed to find time to assemble your vacuum cleaner.
-When assembling the vacuum cleaner accidentally or on purpose, the device was scratched.
Bottom line: Maybe only we were so lucky and other customers were satisfied.
In any case, I strongly do not recommend this place!

I want to say the negative experience of contacting this organization. I brought the printer. I didn't pick up the paper. At the same time, he asked to refill the cartridge. They said they would dial the next day. As a result, five days passed and then after my call they contacted me. They told me the price of the repair and what to change.
I came to pick it up - the lid of the paper tray is broken... I drew their attention. To which they said you had it so.... Began to say that it was not so and this is their joint. As a result, we admitted that yes, we broke it, but we glued it together and in general it does not affect the print at all. You can throw it out altogether))....
And the cartridge was filled up in general terribly. He began to leave divorces on paper ... I do not recommend this organization from the word at all. Just terrible service and attitude to the property of customers.

There is no question of any "Quick". Cleaning the laptop for about a week, there are no components, they promised to call back to give information on the cost of services (there is no specific price list, it all depends on the mood of a certain master), a week has passed without a call or message.
UPD: so don't mislead other people. Your manager in slippers said he would call you back the next day with the final figure and information about the repair. Neither the call, nor the prices, nor anyone reported the results. That's why I'm leaving a review that your service is not quick at all.

The maintenance in the service is at a low level. There are almost never any service workers on site, you have to put everything in the hands of a hairdresser from the next room. They couldn't handle refilling the printer cartridge: after inserting it into the printer, half of the powder fell out... Unsatisfactory service and irresponsible performance of their official duties. I do not recommend this service (specifically the pavilion at 58 Lobanka Street). Thank you for returning the money...
