I would like to say about the bathhouse - brooms are needed better and are great to upgrade, but in principle these are small things compared to the place, the beauty of nature and caring staff.

We spent two nights, it's a very beautiful place, the concept is great, but for the money the service could have been better. The photos of the rooms on the website are very different from reality (at least the rowan house). The mattresses really need to be changed, the room cleaning is also so-so, the breakfasts are included, but they could have been more varied, the first one was generally cold, instant coffee… It was October, there were a lot of apples, no one was picking, the grass was not mowed, I tried to roll my legs a hundred times.

A great place for a romantic getaway or large companies. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food in the restaurant, a Russian sauna and the most beautiful location.
The rooms have everything you need, crisp white bed linen, fresh towels, dishes and even tea for guests.
The sauna is well heated, there is a room for relaxation and tea drinking.
The territory is constantly cleaned, cleared of snow and in the early morning and late evening in a snowfall, in the evening it is illuminated by lanterns. A beautiful pond and lots of plants.
A restaurant with pleasant unobtrusive service. Delicious food, large portions, affordable prices. Buffet breakfasts with a plentiful selection and delicious crispy croissants.
Of course, everyone can organize leisure by themselves, as we did, but there are also options to choose from: horseback riding, playgrounds, gazebos with barbecues, board games and even you can become a guest at a banquet, participate in contests and dance.
They especially appreciated it, when booking we were honestly and immediately told about all the discounts and bonuses, offered rooms with photos to choose from and sent the restaurant menu.
We would like to mention Nadezhda and Elizabeth (the hotel), you can immediately see the staff in their places!

1. Terrible sound insulation. The room was located right at the entrance to the house, it seemed that the door between the room and the hallway was simply missing: the sounds of each guest entering the house could be heard as if they were entering your room. About sound insulation between floors and between rooms: the whole room vibrates from the footsteps of neighbors from above, and the voices of neighbors can be heard from behind the wall, who are just calmly communicating. Therefore, it is not even possible to use a hairdryer in the early hours, otherwise all adjacent rooms will wake up.
2. The mattresses are sagging, creaking and falling through, and the imitation of a double bed from two single beds forms a hole at the joint of the mattresses.
3. The room does not seem to have been thought out so that things can be comfortably laid out in it, there are not enough bedside tables, normal shelves in the closet, and not a sagging liner, at least a second chair, since the room is double.
4. Tap water has a bright iron smell, the toilet bowl is dripping loudly, and it is especially audible at night through the closed door.
5. The restaurant's menu gives the impression of choice, but there were no draniki and several other items from the hot dishes on Saturday evening, so it obviously doesn't make sense to go here for the sake of the restaurant.
You definitely won't be able to get enough sleep and relax in private here. One of the most unfortunate places I've ever been.

When you come to relax, what is important? Take a walk in the fresh air, have a nice time with your family, eat delicious food and sleep well. And if everything seems to be OK with the first two points, then with food, and especially with getting enough sleep, it's very sad here.
Actually, the food is not bad. Well, you won't stay hungry. But for that kind of money, I would like something more than thawed pancakes and a liquid in which pieces of burnt onions and scraps of mushrooms float disgustingly. Or more interesting than a bowl of torn iceberg lettuce, and sprinkled with dried dill on top (according to the menu, this was proudly called salad mix). It's like the kitchen is trying very hard, but they haven't been fully taught there.
About getting enough sleep. I don't know about other rooms, but imho in any room there should be blackout curtains. Well, or just curtains, not rags. There is a lot of light on the territory, it gets light relatively early in the morning (early relative to my plans to wake up). I have to have a choice - to cover the windows or not. And here they left no choice.
The bed in the room with the proud name of the Suite is such that it seems that he returned to the children's camp 25 years ago. It creaks, springs fail, wobbles, the mattress is impossibly soft.
Then there are only quibbles, which would not have happened if you had slept well and eaten normally:
Two towels per person, class. Only one of them is a rag (they like rags in this place)
Eco means that everything is tired, in need of repair and painting. It's a great idea with garbage collection, but why is there only one bucket inside? Joke.
Breakfast is what's left over from the day before yesterday, apparently. Crusted cheese, grey bread, a tired piece of cucumber. And it was Sunday morning, when it would seem most people.
To summarize. I won't say that the price is sky-high, but definitely not worth the money.

We rented a junior suite:
+quiet place, beautiful nature
+ it is possible with pets
+a good playground
- a very small room. It is designed for two people with the possibility of settling a child. For some reason, there is only one chair in the room. There are no hooks in the towel rack. No one came to clean the room for four days. There is nothing in the room for self-cleaning. If you plan to make kebabs or cook on the grill, take with you from a knife to a board (there is nothing in the room). If the dishes need to be washed, bring a sponge detergent with you.
- there are a lot of apple trees on the territory. Fallen apples rot underfoot, no one cleans up.
- the beach is very small.
I think the service is just not very good for its cost.
- There is no drinking water. If you want to drink, a bottle of 0.5 water in the restaurant is 4p. Tip, take it with you.

In general, it is clear that the fund is getting tired (including the numbered one), but nothing is being done about it. Tourists go like this.
The menu in the restaurant has become much worse and more expensive. I suppose that under the influence of Russian tourists. The refrigerator even disappeared from the menu, but okroshka appeared)).
The service is low, the waiters are young, frivolous, forgetful and sluggish.

It's a great place, we went to a restaurant for many years in a row. In 2024, summer: a complete renovation of the menu (the menu is brought on an ordinary A4 sheet). Very modest! There is almost nothing to choose! The children's menu is simply not acceptable! Nuggets, cheesecakes, mashed potatoes (without any cutlets!!!!) and this is FSE)).. The hotel manager, are you serious??
The adult menu is also not tasty: schnitzel rubber, vegetables for my husband (in season!) they brought partially ROTTEN ones... to which the waiter replied - we have such a supplier 🫣))..
Guys, you need to rethink the concept of the restaurant. Adjust the menu.

Great place! We rested with the girl all weekend with 2 overnight stays. We used both the sauna and the restaurant - everything is very cool. The only broom in the bath was some kind of lumpy + the bath was the first for the dent and it was re-heated. There are no complaints about the number, well, except for the strange faucet in the shower) We rented bicycles - went to the neighboring village to shop - very cool views around. "Come to Kvetki Yablonyi, give yourself and your loved ones harmony, tranquility and unity with nature." That's what we went for, and also to take a break from the stuffiness of the city.
First, about the advantages. Very beautiful territory, large, green, with good potential. There are no complaints about the room, everything is very clean, in working condition, everything stated was provided, even tea (not in bags) and a kettle for brewing it. The room is cozy, pretty, smells delicious of wood.
I was surprised by the "captive" service: the lack of information available about the services that are at the reception, that are in the rooms. The ecotrope was found on the third attempt, there were no signs to it on the territory, according to the description on Instagram, it is generally unclear where it is. The administrator's explanation "behind the bathhouse" didn't help much either. For those who want to walk along it, it really goes behind the bathhouse, goes to the right, and not a straight two-track along a high-voltage line. Since the passage to it was filled with cars by people who came to the corporate party, it was impossible to see it.
The food in the restaurant was not bad, the prices, of course, were greatly inflated, the staff was dressed haphazardly, so it was unclear whether it was an employee or a vacationer. And the impression was that only the guy is a waiter and has an idea about the service.
Well, the most "vivid" adventure was the night. I've never tried to sleep in a nightclub, that's what happened. "Lucky" to have a company in the neighborhood that behaved as if it had rented the entire complex, there was a carouse in the gazebo under the windows until the morning, with loud music, its not the most gifted performance, etc. At the same time, there was a SECURITY booth nearby, whether the security themselves were there remained a mystery.
It seems that the administration doesn't really give a damn about what's going on with them. There are no rules of accommodation. Everyone has a different concept of rest, this is understandable, but in the end it turns out that one company is resting, and the rest forcibly participate in the rest of others, although the concept of rest in this hotel on their website sounds a little different (see above).
Do something about it, you have couples relaxing, people with children who have come to unite with the sounds of nature, and not with the sounds of drinking and having fun companies. The time of loud pastime should be limited or zonally separated from the room stock. This greatly spoils the holiday experience.
And in general, it seemed that the territory was tired, once they invested in it, the concept turned out to be great, but something went wrong in the process and works carelessly, while taking a lot of money for it.
Summary: a wonderful place with great potential, I would love to return, but unfortunately, the organization of recreation raises many questions and requires good administration.

The room is dirty, the shower seems not to be washed at all, the refrigerator has a terrible smell all over the room. Territory. One of the advantages is mowing. Minuses. Fallen apples are not picked, there are a lot of them, they rot and all this rot is underfoot. Barbecues, they seem to be there, but with the bottom burned out by a third. And there are not many of them, i.e. you have to wait until you get free. We waited for three hours, despite the fact that there were a lot of available rooms. The staff does not look outside the territory. Access is free, as we understood, they come in large companies, rent one room to have their own bathroom, rest for a day and leave in the evening. In general, we do not recommend the place.

2. Room: VIP suite (house "Shypshyna", room 22 "Lotus")
There is no lighting on the balcony, there is no air conditioning in the room, the mosquito net on the window is torn - the window cannot be opened in the evening and at night, there are no shelves for clean towels in the bathroom (there are only hooks); TV in the room: zala. There is a kettle, cups and wooden stirring sticks in the room, so to drink coffee you need to bring your own: spoons, water, coffee, sugar. There are no blinds on the attic windows: it is hot and stuffy in the room during the day.
The sofa is broken: if it is decomposed, then due to the lack of fixers, its halves part.
The room has never been cleaned in three days.
3. The restaurant. There are no fans or air conditioning. The food is simple and delicious. But one day all the food was too salty. The waiters would have a little more efficiency and attention to detail, so that customers do not have to get their own appliances, napkins and remind them about orders.

There are no advantages. I absolutely do not advise you to come here!!! All rooms are small and broken. A good repair is needed. There is a shower stall in the bathroom... the water flows a little, and sometimes there is no hot water at all. Of course, this hotel is advertised by bloggers who are given a two-storey VIP house for the whole family. And ordinary people who come here huddle in a small room in a 5-room house, i.e. there will be another family behind a thin wall, and it's good if there are no children. The sauna is generally a nightmare, dirty, not cleaned, the dishes are dirty, and there is only room for two people in the steam room, that's all... It won't fit more than two.

We had a rest with 2 families , lived in a double room with kids !there are no comments on the number, everything is clean, the bed / pillow/blanket is great, but as for the territory and the restaurant :)all dishes are paid, which you take to the house, starting from forks / knives / spoons and ending with glasses, but this is still half the trouble!then we went to the restaurant, at the entrance there is a pigeon already dried up, which no one cares about from the staff at all!then we sat down and ordered a hodgepodge and non-alcoholic beer from the Menu))the glass turned out to be cracked and a piece of glass turned out to be on my tongue, they brought soup in which 3 flies were floating, maybe we, of course , do not know the cook 's recipes , maybe it was such an idea , but it was disgusting , as when giving the dish , the waiter did not pay attention to what was floating on the surface!

We were celebrating the New Year there, the tables were just bursting with food. We have probably never seen such a large number of dishes per person.
It is worth noting separately with what cordiality and friendliness they treat their guests. It's like you're coming to a place where you're always welcome and welcome.

Do I recommend visiting this eco-hotel? No, I wouldn't recommend it. After resting in this place, only negative emotions remained. The suite never looks like a "suite". Smelly green water, no heating in -20 degrees celsius, cleaning was done 1 time in 5 days of stay (although the towels were not changed), hairy bed linen (the linen did not even stretch on the sofa, I had to sleep like a soldier so that it would not shrink). Separately, I would like to mention the noise insulation, which was absent). The neighbors seemed to be sitting in the room with us. As for breakfast: every day the same steamed broccoli, the same sausages, cheese, sausage, cucumber, tomato, pepper, instant coffee. BUT! the dish of the day: porridge in the form of a lump. Breakfast takes place from 9 to 11, however, a delicious breakfast will be from 9 to 9:30, and then what's left (besides cold). A dog had breakfast with us once, he ran all over the room, but the staff didn't care). We had to leave early (around 8), but the reception turned out to be non-round-the-clock. So if something happens to you, you can only report it after 9 a.m.
1 star only for the beautiful territory. That's it. Therefore, it seems that the reviews have been bought. This place is clearly not pulling at 4.9...

A lot of mushrooms (we collected a full package of butter while walking between the houses of the estate an hour before breakfast). Sauna with a large dressing room and barbecue, where you can celebrate something. A good restaurant with an interesting interior and huge portions of complex breakfasts included in the price. The rooms are small, but warm and cozy. Each residential building-mansion has its own Belarusian name of a plant. Friendly cats are dogs living in freedom and behaving very correctly towards vacationers. In general, a calm and pleasant place to relax.

The girls at the bar are well done, friendly.
But of course the prices are at the Zybitskaya level, a bottle of beer is 7 rubles, for that their local tinctures are 4.5 rubles for 50 grams of norms.
We were at the end of June, to be honest it is not possible to walk, gadflies immediately gnawed, the next day mosquitoes, on the third wasps, it is certainly not possible to prepare for all this.
About the room, which is a Suite, except for a TV and an electric kettle, there is no horseradish, no appliances, no dishes...The children did not eat their breakfasts from the word and paid lunches too, they had to go to the store and feed them from there with what when there were no spoons or forks.

Great rest, delicious food, nature, forest, reservoir, relaxation...
I decided to supplement the review by visiting kvetki for the second time.
This time we decided to stay with our family at their campsite.
On the plus side: there is enough space for everyone. On the camping site there are barbecues, tables, benches, places for a bonfire. Cold tap water 24 hours a day and there are two showers with warm water, located behind the bathhouse. Drinking water from the spring can be taken from the restaurant on site. In general, the place is suitable for relaxing with a tent.
Now about the cons: there is a lot of glass and an old chain link mesh sticking out of the ground on the territory of the campsite itself, so you have to be very careful with children and animals. The hotel has its own beach, which is, of course, a plus, but on the shore my husband found a broken glass bottle and glasses, this is certainly a minus and very dangerous, since children always play on the shoals.
