We rented 07.09.2024 from this agency for 90 rubles 2-room. an apartment in the Soviet district (Rechitsky ave., 45, Gomel, Gomel region) and it's a nightmare!!!
A DIRTY APARTMENT WITHOUT INTERNET.
WE CHECKED IN THROUGH THE OFFICE, WHERE THEY GAVE US THE KEYS AND DID NOT GIVE US OUR COPY OF THE CONTRACT AND THE RECEIPT.
From the larger photo, the apartment corresponds (two sofas, a bed). I was immediately surprised by the front door, which looks more like an interior one. But it was nothing compared to the dirt in the apartment everywhere. We took off our shoes and after a couple of minutes our feet were black, and it was almost impossible to wash them, since the shower itself was flowing in the shower, it was very difficult to wash there. There was a layer of dirt on everything: kitchen surface, table, chairs, TV, etc. And there wasn't even a rag in the kitchen to wipe the table, let alone a kitchen towel, which wasn't there either.
The description of the ad does not say anything about the fact that the apartment does not have Internet, it was an unpleasant surprise(
We called the agency and were offered to send a plumber and a cleaner to "DOBORKA". We agreed to do so, since they refused to give us a discount or refund the money immediately. They offered an apartment of the same plan at the other end of the city and had to wait until it was also cleaned there (40-50 minutes).
We waited for the cleaner and the plumber... If the plumber somehow subdued the shower, then the cleaner is a horror!!! In 5 minutes, she rubbed the dirt on the floor with one rag, which she washed once in a bucket. She didn't bother to take off her shoes or put on a change of shoes. And in a bucket for washing floors, she took water from the sink in the kitchen, near which our food was standing, this is not just sloppiness, but super arrogance and indifference.
We wrote all this to the agency, we were offered to move out of the apartment and come to collect the money. But since it was already Saturday evening (while we were dealing with them there), we did not rush around the city with the child in search of a new apartment, as there were other plans. We asked for a discount, but this was also refused.
Of course, we spent the night there, but we will definitely never contact this agency again.

We rented an apartment in Gomel from 11.04 to 14.04 and made an advance payment for three days. People came from Adygea. Upon arrival, it turned out that the apartment on Kurchatov street 9 was occupied, they offered another 5th floor without an elevator next to the house. People are terrible! Dirt, bedding in terrible condition, there was no time to look for another one. People were tired of the road. When making claims, they only heard insults in response! In general, it is not possible to book, they promise everyone at different prices, but in the end they settle who will give more. There is such a Victoria!

I want to complain about the landlord of the apartment at the address : Lenin, 45 , Gomel. The apartment was booked a month before the required date. It turned out that it was handed over to another person (I just wasn't recorded). I was offered another option. Ok.. the day before arrival, I received an SMS from NINA, where they just said that the apartment was rented to another client, and instead of a 3-room apartment, they offered us a 2-room one.... Shock((((( At the same time, NINA is rude, the tone of the conversation is unacceptable. This is an unprofessional approach, complete disrespect for the client.

There is absolutely no customer orientation. For many attempts to rent an apartment, there are zero successful results. Then the office is closed before the stated work schedule, then there is no reaction from the administrator, the site shows either non-existent apartments at all, or they are conditionally booked a second before your application. There is no feedback from the administrator from the word at all, but upon arrival at the office there is also an administrator in good health and friends who, apparently, help in viewing and processing applications. But let's say by the way, even two of them do poorly or do not work at all. As a result, a negative impression is formed not only from the administrator, but also from the service as a whole!

We rented an apartment, the light was not on right away in the room, the administrator said "it was on, try clicking the switch a couple of times." Then a refrigerator was discovered, which warms, and it was possible to bake in the freezer (they did not do it for the entire period of stay). There are no legs in a sofa like a euro book, which turned out to be a water park slide. The bed in the room is so sagged that a ditch has formed in the center, any movement you make in your sleep is a creak for the whole house. There is a TV, but there are no halls or antennas, watch YouTube. I tore my socks on the joints of the laminate (walk in slippers).

Krasnoarmeyskaya 11. The apartment is in very average condition, but the main disadvantage is the SMELL OF SMOKING IN EVERYTHING AND ON EVERYTHING. The bed seems to be clean, but inside there is a blanket, pillows, mattress, a sofa next to it, and everything stinks so much that you are in a cave. The floors are creaky, as much as possible, the bed under you may fall apart. Towels are also not super fresh. It's very expensive for this shack. The windows should be open 24/7 so that there is at least some fresh air. Before you move in, it's better to take a look at the apartment, if possible.

We rented an apartment in this office, at 44 Kirova Street. Visually, the apartment is not bad. A small kitchen, a shared bathroom, a spacious room with a large bed and 2 sofas. A chest of drawers with a broken dropped cell, a small table...
but...all the bedding was damp, there was an unpleasant smell in the nose (for those with allergies, do not even think about settling in). It was terribly cold in the apartment. It is better not to take off your shoes, because it feels like you went out on the balcony in winter, and you are not in the apartment. We thought it was cold because the window was open as soon as we entered. But no. The towels in the bathroom are just as damp and smelly. There is no mat on the floor, i.e. with bare feet you have to climb out of the bathroom immediately onto the icy floor. The bathtub itself is clogged, the water does not drain. It's very unpleasant.
Initially, there was no Internet, from the word at all. The speed of 0.8-2.2 kB/s is not commented on. It was connected to me only after some time, because we called and asked to do something.
At night we just froze under thin, damp-smelling blankets.
I slept in two sweatshirts, two socks, sweatpants, under a blanket, curled up in a ball, and still didn't get warm.
There are no tea bags or coffee in the kitchen... Salt, 2 sachets of sugar and a kettle.
A cannon for apartment maintenance.
Definitely, no more appeals to this office and I don't even advise anyone.
If they are unable to:
put mats in the bathroom, provide basic tea, disposable coffee and extra blankets and get rid of dampness.
By the way, the audibility from the site is awesome. We woke up twice at night and were very scared of loud noises. The entrance itself is the same.

Disgusting service and apartment. We rented an apartment in a new building on 43 Dokutovich Street. There is a persistent stinky smell in the apartment. The kitchen is all greasy, the floor is also covered in grease. The shower is broken. There is no rug in the bathroom. There is nothing to wipe the floor with, no rags or dish sponges. Just an empty apartment. The pillows are disgusting, one name. All the walls by the bed are smeared with boogers from previous tenants. We bought an additional set of linen and a towel for 5 rubles. They were given out in a package. In the apartment, they found that the bed linen and towel were wet. They reported to this office - no reaction.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this irresponsible place.

The girl from whom we took the keys is an outspoken habalka, she does not know how to communicate with people, but only yells! The apartment was rented for four, which was discussed during the search, when they took the keys, we were told that there was only one set of bedding, and the rest for money (5 rubles each), take this into account. But this is not the whole epic, there was a broken chip, which we reported to the company, but we did not receive any solution to the problem, but only claims in our direction!as a result, the whole evening went down the drain!
I do not recommend the company, no customer orientation!

I rented an apartment in Gomel for a day on the website 5557070.bu, very polite and cultured staff of the company, based on the needs, advised the apartment. At first I doubted how fast everything was, obsessively. Then I decided to take it, signed a standard contract, got the keys and left. I was surprised when I checked in! The apartment exceeded all my expectations, it is located at the address: Pobedy Avenue, in the center. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment has a TV with an online cinema, Internet, everything necessary for living, clean. Fresh renovation.
On the next trip, only to this organization for rental housing!!!!

We rented an apartment on Komsomolskaya 2. One of the advantages is cleanliness. Of the disadvantages, this is a smoky smell that does not fade, even clothes after a day have absorbed this smell. The bed is disgusting, the mattress has long outlived its usefulness, the slats are broken, it is impossible to sleep. It's high time to change the bedding. There are also complaints about TV - it comes with interference. I wouldn't rent this apartment a second time.

We found ads of this company on the Kufar website, chose a suitable apartment, and asked to book it.
By the time we got to the office, it turned out that this apartment was already occupied, despite the fact that they asked to put it in the reservation. I was very upset by this fact, since it was already 9 o'clock in the evening, and the children and I expected that they would be waiting for us.
We were offered another apartment, but obviously worse and more expensive.
The most unpleasant thing is that the employee in the office communicated with us in a rude and extremely dismissive way.
The "any payment methods" option also does not work and you must pay in cash...
We found another agency with more decent and polite employees...

The location is all over Gomel, so immediately specify where exactly it is preferable for you to rent an apartment. Wi-fi is available in all rooms. The only thing I didn't understand the two times I rented an apartment there is why there are no curtains on the windows. There are people, there are no curtains. You don't feel quite comfortable in the evenings. I hope the organization will take this wish into account.

The apartment reservation was postponed several times to another option, although the website says that the apartment is available. The furniture is in terrible condition, broken armrests in sofas, not washed floors, etc. And it would be fine if the apartment was super economy class, 60 rubles per day for Gomel, the price is quite normal and average. The chip from the intercom has not worked yet. When it turned out, the manager on the phone offered me to go to their office at night to replace it, or to call Yandex delivery at my expense! For 60 rubles a day for an apartment with, to put it mildly, not the most pleasant conditions, I still have to solve problems with the chip that arose clearly not through my fault at my own expense. I have probably never met such an attitude and service anywhere in the service sector, situations are different, of course, but the attitude of the staff is just a separate topic. In general, 1 star is too high a rating for this organization. I do not advise anyone to contact this organization!

On the eve of check-in, it became clear that there was no service. Managers don't say important details. There is dirt in the apartment, unfortunately we checked it right at the moment of check-in, the floors in the apartment are dirty, white socks are not sure that they are being washed off. Note to the company: there are disposable slippers that should be provided at this level of cleanliness. Unfortunately, it became necessary to move the chest of drawers and it became obvious that the apartments were not cleaned at all. Sofas frankly stink, unfortunately, this organization does not know what dry cleaning is. The curtains in the room are dirty, the interior door on the inside is similar. Important points have not been settled and agreed upon regarding the number of residents. If you are checking in with a company, you must take care of the minimum necessary set for your stay: bed linen, towels and toiletries. Why the information was clarified by the manager at all, how many people we are settling in is not clear at all. Managers on the phone have a huge minus for the level of service!
On the day of check-in, they dialed and informed that it was necessary to make an advance payment through ERIP without a contract and any justification, because you see, an apartment cannot be kept on reservation without money. Why was it not reported at the time of booking, the manager announced that he did not know why they did not tell you this. During the booking, we were asked what was required of us, to which the answer was to show up with a passport on the day of check-in. Why was it not discussed in advance is completely unclear, and what kind of prepayment can we talk about without a contract, on the basis of what!? At the office, the manager initially printed out one contract, a copy is probably not provided for the client. By the way, we recommend reading the contract if you plan to move in and clarify some aspects.
There is no payment terminal at the office, payment is only in cash. Then why do you want to receive an advance payment without a contract through some kind of epip?

After a year of visits, I can leave a review. Excellent service for daily rent of apartments! I come from Minsk to Gomel for work at least once a month and always stay with these guys! This is no accident! I have lived in 8 different apartments all the time. Check-in is always fast, regardless of the time of day! Very polite and attentive staff (if a heavy bag is always offered a taxi if you are not driving). The apartments are clean and pleasant, have their own atmosphere) and what is especially pleasant is the prices for services. Thank you for your work! I will attach a couple of photos of the last placement, do not pay attention that the bathroom.node.. but I always judge cleanliness by them! Thanks again!

And so on 13-04 days at this time, already being in the apartment at 8 kV Trudovaya str. 42, it was clear that this room was not cleaned, there were some traces in the room, one plus was that the windows were open for ventilation but no cleaning was done
At the same time, someone was trying to open the door from the outside when he opened the door and saw people, or rather a woman, a man, most likely a husband and their child
To which they said that they had come to clean the room and we needed to walk for 40 minutes, they did not become indignant, agreed to this despite the fact that they wanted to take a shower from the road and settled in at the appointed time
And here is the result after an hour of time as they cleaned the apartment, you can see in the photo that's not all, I did not continue to take photos
The bed has survived everything that is possible, the kitchen is a separate conversation, it was necessary to wash the dishes yourself , there is no towel and rags to wipe the table and countertop after washing and eating in this room , well, change the faucet in the shower there is no water pressure, everything is clogged the mixer itself has probably been since the 90s.
As a result, everything is bad, terrible, there is no service that they are talking about, and this is only in words, no one is watching and controlling this process.

Perhaps it may be that these bad reviews were not about cleaning and the rest
Maybe let the people who clean up let them report to you about minor malfunctions and send you photo reports on the work done in the apartment

I rented an apartment for daily rent. I like that their rent is cheaper than if you rent a room in a hotel. Everything is very clean, tidy, the electrics are working, cleaned, new bed linen is provided. The neighbors were not noisy, we had a quiet rest after a business trip. We came to Gomel for competitions. We rented an apartment for the weekend. In principle, it's fine - the linen is clean, the apartment is cleaned (except for hidden places in corners and under sofas). Minus two stars for the cold and lack of kitchen utensils: few dishes and no n/a in the form of salt, sugar, etc. So if you rent apartments from them, especially for a long time, you will have to buy everything or bring it with you.
