On 12/27/2024, we rented a three-room apartment on Penyazkova d27 through this agency. Horror. The floors were dirty, sticky, and the socks immediately turned black. The apartment is all smoky, dust on all surfaces. It feels like they don't clean it at all. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper, so I had to buy it. For that kind of money, everything must be perfect in a day. There was no cloth to wipe the table. The balcony is solid concrete, now I understand why the apartment is smoky. The only plus was that there were clean towels and bed linen, everything smelled of detergent and there were disposable shower gels, shampoo, soap. But the apartment is in terrible condition. And yes, it is written on the Wi-Fi website that it is, in fact it is not. There are old TVs that don't have an Internet connection.

We rented 07.09.2024 from this agency for 90 rubles 2-room. an apartment in the Soviet district (Rechitsky ave., 45, Gomel, Gomel region) and it's a nightmare!!!
A DIRTY APARTMENT WITHOUT INTERNET.
WE CHECKED IN THROUGH THE OFFICE, WHERE THEY GAVE US THE KEYS AND DID NOT GIVE US OUR COPY OF THE CONTRACT AND THE RECEIPT.
From the larger photo, the apartment corresponds (two sofas, a bed). I was immediately surprised by the front door, which looks more like an interior one. But it was nothing compared to the dirt in the apartment everywhere. We took off our shoes and after a couple of minutes our feet were black, and it was almost impossible to wash them, since the shower itself was flowing in the shower, it was very difficult to wash there. There was a layer of dirt on everything: kitchen surface, table, chairs, TV, etc. And there wasn't even a rag in the kitchen to wipe the table, let alone a kitchen towel, which wasn't there either.
The description of the ad does not say anything about the fact that the apartment does not have Internet, it was an unpleasant surprise(
We called the agency and were offered to send a plumber and a cleaner to "DOBORKA". We agreed to do so, since they refused to give us a discount or refund the money immediately. They offered an apartment of the same plan at the other end of the city and had to wait until it was also cleaned there (40-50 minutes).
We waited for the cleaner and the plumber... If the plumber somehow subdued the shower, then the cleaner is a horror!!! In 5 minutes, she rubbed the dirt on the floor with one rag, which she washed once in a bucket. She didn't bother to take off her shoes or put on a change of shoes. And in a bucket for washing floors, she took water from the sink in the kitchen, near which our food was standing, this is not just sloppiness, but super arrogance and indifference.
We wrote all this to the agency, we were offered to move out of the apartment and come to collect the money. But since it was already Saturday evening (while we were dealing with them there), we did not rush around the city with the child in search of a new apartment, as there were other plans. We asked for a discount, but this was also refused.
Of course, we spent the night there, but we will definitely never contact this agency again.

The condom is in the dresser, all the furniture is tottering and living out its last days, the consultants are finished on the site. The apartment is empty, the reservation is left and... no one contacts to say that the apartment is empty! Maybe you'll be lucky, but I'm not going to get involved with this circus anymore.
