Personally, I went for a hookah as I once did (as it will not be before). The menu is not convenient and every position had to be clarified with the girl + to this, a clear answer was never heard and something tells me that this is not even her fault.

20 minutes later! reminding the girl about the hookah, he came up to us and ...

I'm not a hookah sommelier (if there are any), but it wasn't average. It was a light hookah, which gave off a garik after 25-30 minutes.
Again, we tried to call this young man through the girl, and only 10 minutes later! He came up to us and didn't hear what was wrong, he immediately left!
Well, I think "the guy knows his business, he will fix it now."
Again, a long period of time and only thanks to the girl we were able to see the "hookah man" who brought the hookah to another table and sat down there.
After a couple of minutes..! I was already at a loss to ask, "What? How? and When?"
To which I heard, "in two minutes you will have the coals ready."
I was perplexed that the coals would fix the situation, from my ignorance of the hookah business.. I'm still relaxed, BUT! AGAIN, BUT! He sits for more than 5 minutes sticking to the phone and only after reminding him about the coals he left! And! After another 10 minutes, thanks to the girl (who apparently reminded him of what needed to be done), where just a vase remained from the hookah, he changed the coals for us and, heh, do you think garik disappeared? Of course not.
It's the first time for me when a fruit hookah tastes like garik after 30 minutes.
Naturally, we left after the hookah man changed the coals for us.
