As a visitor was advised to visit only two places in the city, the apartment owner is one of them. The staff is good, the atmosphere is great on the right days, the whole week is moving somehow. Drinks are definitely great, food - well, we didn't understand, probably the idea is all about simple and maximally uncomplicated dishes, but it didn't go far. The atmosphere is great. It makes sense to check the Instagram program for the week if you plan to visit the institution, and on which days admission is paid. But the impressions are great, I especially liked the upside-down room.

The atmosphere is very pleasant, it feels like I got into some kind of movie. The walls are decorated with various kind of illustrations and vinyl records. The staff works quickly. There is a large selection of snacks from the food. There is a large selection of drinks. The beer is good, but it's for an amateur, many will prefer other brands.

After four calls to the bartenders, I still couldn't order a beer... the first one declared that he was not working, while continuing to pour drinks at the bar; the second began to point at some inscriptions on the counter, as if he had lost his tongue and could not speak in words, the third could not decide from the second time whether he would accept the order or not. After 15 minutes of trying to order a beer, I left this venerable establishment to its teenage contingent and set off.

I've been in the Apartment building since the opening, and if I hadn't known Quartos at its best, I would have given the lowest rating, but today everything is somehow tired and the beer selection is poor, and hookahs are below average, and the kitchen and cocktails are just hugging and crying…
I will say on the example of the classic snack for beer: "ears with croutons" are some kind of "garbage" of bread in butter, pork rinds, for some reason sour fresh carrots and two mayonnaise sauces with a taste of garlic and, probably, something resembling cheese. If you take a chance and decide to have a snack here, you can order pizza from Provence.
Bad cocktails.
One of the first to get sick was the legendary shot "Boyarsky", I can't count how many of my friends were outraged about this, "bayara" is no longer the same.
Russians Russian Ice on Thursday, to begin with, I took a fantasy for the classic cocktail "White Russian" and, unfortunately, I ended up on it - an unbalanced constructor of vodka, cream (flakes) and homemade liqueur.
Well, the most trash is dirty dishes, you could start a review with that and end with that, but we've known each other for 9 years…
Teas, by the way, turn out well here, but who goes here for tea?)
People come here for Vibe, music, movement, you can always meet old friends or make new ones here, the contingent is always very friendly

I'm shocked that there are so many good reviews here. I think it's screwed up.
The bartender (short-haired) talks to everyone on the mats. Disgusting service. The bartender said the fries would be ready in 10-12 minutes. It was 22:20. As a result, 22:50 and after 3 approaches to the bartender, who kept saying "the potatoes are not ready yet", they still gave it to us. It was Monday and very few people.
Plus, we ordered a set of tinctures at the bar and there was a waitress nearby and we asked her to bring us the bill. To which she said "yes" and the bartender said "we don't do that." In the end, of course, the waitress brought us, everything is super, the waitresses are very nice. but this bartender..a lot of show-offs are completely pointless. Can someone tell him that it's better not to work in catering for those who hate people?

Quartos is no longer a cake, as they say. The original idea went wild, the atmosphere changed along with the audience, the service is right in the mood of the waiter, although you can drink, eat, smoke a hookah without any questions, as, by the way, in any other place. Although it is worth noting that the work on the terrace for the convenience of guests and various events that regularly take place in the apartment is worthy of respect.

The staff is always friendly, the atmosphere of a good bar. Delicious craft beer, I like their APA. A good selection of snacks, good hot dishes. Cover bands are played periodically, and there is a good selection of music. The only drawback is that there is little space inside, so there are almost always a lot of people on weekends.

I ended up in this bar by accident, because a friend was performing in the Apartment Building.
I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of cocktails at very attractive prices. I have not drunk such delicious drinks in Minsk for a very long time, I did not expect such a high level from the Gomel bar.
