On August 28, we bought a refrigerator. It worked fine for a couple of days, then we became alarmed that it was often turned on. After purchase, it is guaranteed for two months. We call this office, they send us to the service under warranty. This workshop does not respond to calls or SMS messages in the browser. As a result: the refrigerator gave an error on the sensors and on freon.
Think a thousand times before you go to this office❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

I had a sad experience of purchasing a sofa in one of the online stores in February, I will not write the name, because its administration and management eventually acted according to the Law, the sofa was taken away and the money was returned (although not all, minus the delivery and additional pillows remained), then I became more attentive to the quality and of course to the price. I decided that it was worth buying furniture only after it could be viewed live. I use Kufar and there I came across a Tenant with a showroom, especially since I live nearby. I examined the sample and ordered a new Eurocook "MILAN", the version of its execution was in the store at discounts, fortunately there was an opportunity to choose the size of the bed, the thickness of the sidewalls and the color of the armrests, the choice of upholstery fabric was large, we drew up a contract with a production period of 30 days (actually done in 2 weeks), I also ordered delivery with a rise to the floor and furniture assembly. I am very satisfied with the quality of the furniture, and most importantly, my mother is happy, for whom she was bought, the Eurocook was made with even hands: the pillows are filled with filler tightly, all seams are smooth, the independent spring block is elastic, the wooden bars are in the right places, the screws are wrapped evenly, the staples are punched at the same interval evenly, the fabric is stretched everywhere, I checked the dimensions with a tape measure - everything is clear, as agreed, the seller Sergey is polite and sociable, as are the deliverers, and the price is humane, I have traveled a lot of shops, I know. In my particular case, there were absolutely no problems. I will not write nonsense that I WILL NOT BUY YET, the sofa is not a sausage :-), that's enough for now, but I can advise others to visit the showroom. There are also restored used home appliances and sofas, but I am not aware of this, I was not interested.

We purchased a Haier refrigerator on 10.01.24. Before buying, we learned about the condition of the refrigerator: what malfunctions and defects it has. We were told that everything was fine, he was just like an exhibition specimen.
Judging by the document that we found in the refrigerator, it was not in working condition in Zhitkovichi: the refrigerator compartment and freezer were not frozen. Thanks to the document that was in the refrigerator, we found out about it. When asked in the chat about such a surprise, the answer is silence. They don't answer the phone either.

I don't recommend it. I ordered a washing machine. There are no complaints about the store as a whole. The "courier service" is incompetent, rude and "like" not aware that the goods have already been paid for. Their additional services are evaluated on the question "how much are they willing to pay, 100?200??"
The store / management did not comment on this situation in any way. Although until the moment of payment, the connection in Viber was actively maintained
Addition: after a little more than two months, it is necessary to call a NORMAL plumber and connect the washing machine properly. The work of "specialists" from the company could lead to a flood if no one was at home. Minus the asterisk.
