I want to share my review of the apartment at the address: Brest, Mayakovsky str., 58.
All the most unpleasant things began from the very beginning. We booked this apartment two weeks before the trip. Upon arrival in Brest, as agreed (you need to call after 13.00 and check-in will take place within an hour, check-in is also indicated on the website at 14.00), I called the manager who gave the phone number of the person who was supposed to give us the keys.
This person did not pick up the phone, called 4 times! I had to contact the manager again and only after that they deigned to call me back.
When we called back, the apartment was not ready yet, and we were with a small child, whose schedule we adjusted for check-in. When they began to express their indignation, we were offered to stop by the untidy apartment after other people, and they would come and clean it later! Of course, we disagreed, and lo and behold, the apartment was cleaned in 15 minutes.
Upon check-in, the girl who cleaned and gave the keys there, as I understand the owner of the apartment, also said that WE did not behave nicely, indicating that their service was lame. As she herself told her, the application has just arrived. And we also received
a threat that they would not give us the keys at all now (the reservation was 2 weeks before the trip).
Entering the apartment, we were greeted by dirty floors, you go and just piles of sand, the kitchen is dirty, all the window sills are covered in dust and dead flies. They wrote in the announcement that the apartment is equipped with everything necessary for living: dishes, personal hygiene products, Wi-Fi.... But alas, the dishes were dirty. I had to go to the store and buy disposable tableware. From personal hygiene products, some kind of dubious gel, in the same dubious jar. Well, there was toilet paper, so gray, from our childhood.
The furniture in the room is broken, the sofa is collapsed, someone's already dried sock was sticking out behind the sofa.
There were bed linen and towels, but there were also questions about what means they were washed in....
Next, we wanted to watch TV and connect Wi-Fi. And alas, there were not even batteries in the remote control. And the second remote control from zala was missing altogether, but after a while I found it in the couch. There was no money on the Internet, I informed the manager about it, they said they would put it down now. But alas, even the next day the money did not appear on the Internet.
To sum up, I do not recommend renting an apartment and this landlord at all.
Boorish attitude, unsanitary conditions.
The stated description of the apartment does not correspond to reality.
The family (2 adults, 1 child, 1 infant) rented an apartment at the address in Svisloch, Grodno region, on Tsagelnik str.53 from 2.08 to 5.08. To say that I am shocked by the condition of this apartment is to say nothing. I don't understand at all what we paid 240p for??????? The floor is terribly dirty, on the very first evening I washed the floor, the water was black, cobwebs in every corner, the wallpaper was stained with dirt, in some places holes were glued with other wallpaper, the exit to the balcony was all peeling, the sofa was stained with stains, it requires dry cleaning., the water in the bathroom sink was bad, I had to pull it out myself all the dirt. Where is the cleaning of the apartment for the previous tenants????? This company only earns money, and in what conditions the tenants will live is no longer important to them. The Internet did not work, I had to insist that it be connected 3.08. If they already charge 80 rubles per day (although the city tariff is from 40 to 50 rubles a day), then you need to bring the apartment into proper condition as indicated in the ad "cozy apartment with European renovation ", but in fact there is no smell of comfort and good repair. The rental price does not correspond at all to the condition of this apartment
We rented an apartment in Shklov...
on Fabrichnaya Street...
the apartment does not correspond to the cost.
How can you rent such apartments!!!!
Which is not even pleasant to be in..
Not neat, neglected!!!
Shame on the bedroom furniture!!!! Did you find a bedroom in the trash!!!!
You've been in the service market for like ten years, and the living conditions are terrible!!!! Like in the 60s in the USSR.
