I bought a ticket to the Pyrokinesis concert, it was canceled. Receipts sent out emails on how to issue a refund. On the same day, I did everything according to the instructions, sent them all the data by mail, so that in the end I would not receive either a response or a greeting in four days. I can't reach the support service. I was in line for six minutes, so that when she finally reached me and the beeps started, they hung up :) Four more attempts to get through did not bear fruit. Money is wasted. I will write a complaint, because it is impossible to tolerate this.

The support service can't really answer anything, it just refers you to the organizers.
Tickets are charged up to 4 rubles, if not more... 3 rubles are definitely added to children's performances (if you buy 18 rubles through the Ticket Center, and Receipts have 21 rubles)
In general, I really do NOT recommend contacting them
