A friend ordered two wings for a 406 peugeot, he is located 300 km from Grodno. The car has already been disassembled, they promised that the deadline is 10-15 days and everything will be ready. As in most reviews, they promised and just disappeared. As a result, a month passed and no one called, a friend dialed himself, they said be patient, it's not ready yet. As a result, they seemed to have done it and promised to bring it on Monday, you can't take it from them yourself, apparently a secret basement production, either they will bring it around the city, or the "arrow" on the highway 🤣🤣🤣 As expected, no one called and brought it on Monday! Today is Friday and lo and behold, I have a bell and wings, they brought me even without the slightest packaging, the wings were just lying on the floor of the sprinter! I will add the quality of performance later, although I already understand that anything can happen with this attitude. As a result, they probably just forget about the orders and do not fulfill them. On Kufara, you can buy a pair for 300 rubles and probably it will be no worse than these for 500 rubles. The attitude towards customers is terrible, it's just a shame for Grodno! The receipt was also not given, this will be indicated to the competent authorities.

After reading reviews on various resources about plastic wings, the choice fell on this sharashkin office. After placing an order on the website, an email arrived in which it was stated: "After processing the order, you will receive an invoice for payment. Thank you.Your order will not be shipped until the payment is received by the store." I started waiting for feedback. It took 2-3 days, and I found a number on the website that I can use to write to the TG. I wrote, they replied there in 2 days that I needed to pay and everything would be sent, that's all, no card number, no way to pay, NOTHING. After another 2 days, they replied again that they would pay by transfer to the card, they threw off the photo of the card and needed to pay faster because it was sent the next day (they send it once a week). When asked if something needed to be written in the comments to the translation, they wrote: "NO" (how they distinguish between what the money came for and what order is unclear), it looked somehow suspicious. I called one of the numbers on the website, explained the whole situation, the girl was surprised that they could write to TG and said better write to whatsapp? they say that everyone from Russia writes there and they will respond to you within a day. After writing, they answered me, and what they answered can be read on the screenshots, there are no screenshots from TG because everything was quickly cleaned there. As a result, 2 weeks were lost. By the way, I wrote to them both in VK and in feedback on the site, they are still responding...

I ordered the wings in early April, they promised to produce and deliver them within 10 days and call when ready. After 10 days, I called the company myself, and they told me that the wings were made, waiting to be shipped, the maximum delivery time was a week, I called back a week later, they said they had to wait another week, a week later the order was postponed for another week, now the delivery is postponed for another 10 days. It remains to be seen when the order will be delivered. Also, operators are not always polite to customers.
