Отличный отель, красивые номера, куча кафе и ресторанов на территории, пляж обычный, но удобно, что есть кафе и бар на пляже, транспорт на территории ходит, но один раз долго ждали, быстрее дошли пешком с пляжа до ресепшн 😊 в целом с выбором, считаю, не прогадали. Много бассейнов и есть бассейн для детей. На территории есть как бы мини зоопарк)) обезьянки, 🐊,🦌 и много носух 😊

Large territory, high-quality food, safe. The staff does not speak Russian (take into account when choosing a place), mainly Canadians, Americans, and British are vacationing. There are very few Russians.
The hotel has several buildings: Daisy (for families with children), El beso (for adults), Eden (by the sea) and Privilege (I think it does not need a description).
Each building has its own swimming pool. Regardless of the building, you can walk everywhere. All restaurants on the territory are included, in the comfort zone.
There are animals running around on the territory: noses, monkeys, iguanas (few), there is a crocodile, turtles in the cenote and even a deer was met once.

If you want to go to Mexico and the ocean is right next to you, you will really like this hotel.
There are a lot of restaurants on site for every taste.
A particularly nice bonus is that they work around the clock.
And there are a lot of animals on the territory, and it's true.
After lunch, you can easily feed the monkeys with your hands and take a lot of cool photos.

A chic hotel, a competent location of buildings, a huge territory. 10 restaurants, cafes, ice cream, pancake house, bars - everything works like clockwork. Noses, monkeys, cats live on the territory of the hotel and everyone is waiting for treats.The rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning. The park views are quieter. A wonderful vacation!

We had a rest in June. The sea is dirty, everything is covered in algae, there is no beach as such, but there is a pool near the sea, a bar, a restaurant. It probably wasn't the season. The rooms are very old, as well as the buildings themselves.
There is a mini-park on site, very convenient for those with children. There is also a coffee shop, and very friendly baristas work there, there is a separate room with ice cream, a large selection, as well as a girl who works there. The canteen restaurant, which we often visited Amoranto, has a variety of food every day, and the choice is not bad. There are also 6 a la carte restaurants, not all of them, I liked the Italian very much. There is a bar in the lobby, the bartenders are cool dudes)) every day at 21:00 there are various performances, artists perform, karaoke… The children's room did not work : (they said it was under repair

Крутой отель, но есть моменты, связанные с мексиканской народной нерасторопностью. Например, рестораны, которые якобы нужно бронировать на сайте, на самом деле забронировать могут только привилегированные клиенты. И в сервисе эт-го не скажут, и на сайте это не написано. Если вы обычный клиент, просто идёте вечером к ресторану и будете обслужены в порядке живой очереди. Сакуры это не касается, её бронируют всё и только один раз за всё время отдыха. Там посадочные места расположены вокруг стола повара и он готовит на ваших глазах. Это такое шоу с огнём и демонстрацией ловкости рук

The hotel is wonderful! Animals are running around the territory . There are about 7 restaurants , it 's delicious everywhere . The room is cleaned every day. The only thing that upset me was the algae, but if you walk along the beach further to the left or right, you can find clean places). It didn't spoil the rest

Крайне к рекомендую этот отель. Подумайте дважды: море с камнями, в номерах ничего нет по существу, персонал хочет обмануть на каждом шагу. Испортился отель за последние пару лет очень сильно. Пока ещё осталась кузня, но и она сильно слабее, чем раньше. Лучшие рестораны не работают

It's a good hotel, but it has a bad beach.In fact, there is no beach, a narrow strip of sand and a pool on a hill and straw umbrellas with sun beds.And in the season of active maturation of sargas algae, the entire beach is littered with foul-smelling grass.

Водоросли... В июне они полностью закрывают прибрежную часть густой шубой, в номер запросто заходят местные еноты, судя по активности и обезьяны, так что держите двери во внешнюю часть отеля закрытыми
Сервис на высоте, еда разнообразная, территория огромная, китайцев не заметили

Хороший Новый отель, отличные большие номера с бесплатным минибаром,. Зелёная территориями своими местными зверушками. Много ресторанов и баров.Еда разнообразная, хорошая, но за 2 недели поднадоела. В целом отдыхом довольны. Из минусов: не повезло с морем в феврале, были волны и тина, 95% американцев

Хороший пляжный отель. Достаточно новый, удобные номера. Настоящий all inclusive - с качественной едой и напитками.
Из недостатков - он большой, 10 ресторанов и везде народ. Пляж не очень хороший - каменистый вход в воду и мелко. Ну и общий недостаток побережья- постоянный ветер и водоросли.

Очень компактная территория;хорошая инфраструктура.Много животных на территории отеоя.Обслуживание отличное.Персонал поиветливый,старательный,предупредительный.Рекомендую отель взрослым и гостям с детьми любого возраста.Анимацмя отличная.Бесплатный боулинг.
