We rested for a week. Room cleaning for 2 people. The floors were washed a couple of times to distract the eyes, they did not even go out on the balcony, upon arrival there was a mess after the arrival of the guests. We sat down in the 3rd all the preneeds were given out for 2x, soap, tooth paste, shampoo were given 2 times. There is a lot of food, but everything is the same on the 3rd day it gets boring. Animators are boring, both for children and adults. We left early in the morning, promised to give lunch box... Laughter was given three sandwiches, ONE OF THEM WAS BITTEN BY SOMEONE. and three apples. Of the advantages, the territory is not bad, there are many pools and sun beds. Don't go there anymore. I don't recommend it to everyone. I also forgot the dishes are often dirty, the booze is loaded from the word at all!!! Generally a disappointment

The hotel resembles Soviet boarding houses. There is absolutely nothing for young people and families with children to do there. The hotel is very weak. The food is not bad, as it is everywhere in Turkey. Nothing special, but you won't be hungry either. The territory is large, but not well maintained. A big plus is a lot of pools, and large ones at that. The beach is normal. Everything is very average. If they offer a good price, then you can go. But you are not counting on any level. A simple ordinary boarding house!

We rested from 11 08 to 19 08, the old hotel mosquitoes in the room is a horror,we bought fumitox , the beach is poorly cleaned on the beach, small black midges bit us, the entry into the sea was terrible, we had to go to the neighboring beach to another hotel from which we were sometimes kicked out, the restaurant constantly has a problem with napkins and dirty plates , the tables are dirty sticky ,cats in the restaurant , we even saw how the cat climbs on the tables , the staff does not react to them in any way , the plates are poorly washed ,the food is normal, you will not stay hungry,the refrigerator did not work in the room,the safe did not work,our guide from intourist Khalil was informed about the problems, he ignored us,the guide is generally a separate story there was also a problem with drinking water, we had to get water, a problem with refrigerators with water, we had to go the devil knows where to get a bottle of water, the hotel territory itself is large and well-maintained. I will never go to this hotel again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Good afternoon. We checked into this hotel on 30.06.2021. The acquaintance with the hotel began with the restaurant, which for some reason did not have plates, spoons, and empty tables...When the plates were brought, it turned out to be 1 out of 10 clean.
We decided not to spoil our mood and moved on. And then there was a swimming pool, emerging from which I found a used patch on my head.
Next, we were moved into a room, which we had to enter through the balcony for 2 days, because the key card is constantly breaking. The phones in the room are not working, the TVs are not working.
There are also huge queues everywhere. Children aged 10 and 7 are completely ignored at the bar. Explaining this by saying that the ingredients have run out. But if a parent comes up, then everything is poured at once.
In general, I do not recommend this hotel to visit. The price and quality do not correspond to the declared stardom.

We stayed at this hotel in May 2019.There were 5 of us-3 adults and 2 children (4 and 9 years old). We had a 3-room room with a large loggia. The hotel staff is very hospitable,

Sucks and not the hotel reception does not solve anything, I do not advise you to buy and spoil your vacation. A great hotel for your money. The huge territory of the 18th century. We stopped by for 10 days from 05/24/19. according to the ultra-all-inclusive system. The staff is obviously trying hard, the food is varied: meat, fish, chicken, turkey, fruits, vegetables, everything is in abundance. Everyone will be able to mix something of their own. 3 swimming pools, one with children's slides, one main restaurant, which is not a plus, especially in season. I think there will be queues at peak loads. This was not felt in our period. Entering the water from land and pantone, it is better from it, because there is a stove in the coastal zone. The sea is clean, 5*! The contingent is 60% young families with children, there are few teenagers, and then 40+: Russians, Germans, Czechs, Turks. Animation, there is something to compare it with, could be better. Daily show programs at the main stage, it will not be boring to pass the evening.
I would go again. And why not!

Hotel on the 4th. Beach:it is not suitable with children, because the entrance is a slab, huge stones. Adults from the pier are fine. Food:the variety is small. You won't stay hungry, but for 5 * the assortment is meager. There are always queues, and if something tasty ends up, they don't add any more. Dishes are washed poorly, often dirty. Rooms: the room stock is old, but the second floors are not bad. The ground floor is damp, gloomy, cold, sunlight does not get in (we were in the month of May). The animation is passive, they don't want to do anything. Territory : I will put a + for a large area, it is beautiful, but there are no benches, no hammocks, no recreation areas. In general, for those who are traveling for the first time, you will like the hotel. Who was in the good five, then it's not here. The price/quality does not match.

We rested from 11.09 to 09/18/2021 with my husband for the first time in Turkey and managed to get to the Euphoria Palm Beach Resort 5* hotel.
It's not just a bad hotel, it's terrible. No 5 stars, maximum 3.
The only plus is a large area with 4 pools and slides.
To enter the sea, you must try to overcome rocks, cobblestones and slabs under water. The pier saves you, you can swim from it.
There is a lot of food, but every day the menu is the same, and not tasty.
They first moved into a room in which mold, stench and switches were falling off. The next morning they moved us, but after we started fighting already.
We went to an a la carte restaurant, I did not eat, because I had never eaten such filth in my life, my husband ate a little and two hours later he started vomiting.
After two days of pouring rain at night, in the morning the sewage system in the territory clogged, the stench is terrible.
There are a lot of dogs throughout the hotel to go to eat or to the bar, they need to be bypassed, they lie right next to the tables.
Even at 5.30, prayers began, from which I woke up.
There is no animation either, only once there was a performance.
In general, the rest was ruined!!!

First, about the advantages of this hotel
1. Large green area
2. A varied diet, a large selection of fruits, constantly new dishes.

Minuses
1. The room on the first floor smells damp, there are a lot of ants.
2. There is no beach as such, the bottom is stone, it hurts to walk. Swimming in the sea only from the pier
3. There are constant queues for food in the dining room, there are not enough tables, plates, dishes are dirty. If they write dinner from 19-21, then at 20.15 they remove the food, which causes queues. The lunch bar is open from 12-16, but at 15.15 they start to clean the dishes.
4. In the dining room, they do not have time to clean the tables from dirty dishes, they have to look for waiters, and take forks and knives themselves.
5. The air conditioning in the room does not work
6. Wi-Fi is only at the reception and near the pool, very weak, even opens photos with difficulty, not to mention movies.
7. There is a constant queue for freshly squeezed juice, which must be made by yourself. In 10 days, we made it for ourselves 2 times, and that's because we left for the tour very early, and not everyone has woken up yet.
8. There are not enough sun beds, already at 7 a.m. the pool is occupied.

We were very worried because we flew to Turkey for the first time, but our worries were in vain.
The hotel where we are located is quite comfortable, the rooms are cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay.The staff is friendly.Buffet meals are varied, for every taste.I really liked the Spa salon, a place where you can improve your health under the watchful supervision of professionals, masters of their craft.I would like to express my gratitude to the head of the Spa for the professional staff selection.

THE HORROR!!!! It's an old dumpster, not a five star. Complete disregard for tourists! I'm here now. They took it three days before departure for frozen money in korel. We also paid a quarter of the cost, Read the reviews like it was normal - but they gave us three stars with a stretch! Rent or change vouchers to other hotels!!! An old ruined fund, no food, we have an unassuming taste, but even this is just tin. Forks, spoons, napkins, you need to take drinks yourself, they serve only Turks. There are no glasses or soup plates after half an hour, the food is monotonous. Alcohol is only local, imports appeared on the first of July and then only from under the floor in the main bar. Juice for money and it's included in the ultra!!!! People have been occupying the sunbed since six in the morning. There are not enough of them. There are scandals at the reception because of the rooms. You can shoot a movie))) it is not possible to get into the Ala Kart restaurant - you need to take a queue probably from five in the morning. The exit to the beach has already been described - a slab and stones!From the plus area, swimming pools, mini water park.

The hotel is on fire. If you need a measured rest, and not constant movement, then that's it. 3 swimming pools, an excellent buffet, local alcohol could only drink wine, the rest for Moscow can not be drunk (rubbish) better to buy in dutifrey. the only negative was the order for a double room, we arrive with two beds. I have been staying at this hotel since 04/18/19. We were very cold the first night. Everything was decided in the afternoon. Extra blankets were provided. And then the weather got better. The staff is very helpful. I would especially like to mention the kitchen. Everything is very tasty and varied. And again about the staff-thank you for such a good job! And a green area. You walk like in a park. The gardeners have made the area cozy and beautiful. There are probably disadvantages, but I did not notice them, because I came to rest, not to inspect. Moreover, there is everything for a holiday with children! I wish you all a good rest!

The most average hotel.
Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and near the restaurant, there is no connection in most of the territory and in the rooms.
They checked in for a long time (we arrived around 21h, not that early in the morning), asked everyone to wait 20 minutes "while the keys are being prepared" after all the paperwork was completed (it would seem, knowing about the arrival, you can prepare the keys in advance).
The main restaurant could not cope with the number of people: huge queues for food, there were not enough tables and the vacant tables did not have time to clean, cutlery was also constantly lacking, the situation that I had already taken food and had nowhere to sit or nothing to eat was regular.
Of the several a la carte restaurants, one worked per day, the record was kept only for the current and next day "at the aunt's window", to which there is also a daily queue and you can stand half the queue and the "window" closes because there are no places, and you can no longer sign up for two days later.
Beach towels do not change during the day: in the morning you took them, you use them all day, wet or dirty can only be exchanged this way - in the evening you handed them over and in the morning you will receive a new one.
In bars, wine, beer and vodka are made from alcoholic beverages, cocktails are not made except vodka + sprite or vodka + juice. One day there was a delivery of whiskey, but two days later the same set remained.
Coffee is generally a pain. The coffee machines are the same in all bars, restaurants and lobbies, and it's almost impossible to drink what pours out of there, a rare mess, but there are no other options. It's more fun with tea (there were teapots with brewed strong black tea, and there were bags of all other types of tea).
The maximum temperature in the sauna is 55 degrees, usually 50-52.
During the period when we were (October 19-30, 2019), there was an epidemic of some kind of gastrointestinal virus in the hotel, both adults and children were sick and more than once, infecting each other (symptoms - fever, vomiting, diarrhea), to put it mildly, it also spoiled the impression, although perhaps it's not about the hotel, but suspicions crept in that there was something wrong with hygiene.
There is something to compare it with, a year ago we took a tour in the same price range to another hotel also in Turkey, heaven and earth of course. Not in favor of "Euphoria".

I rested here with my family from October 8 to October 18. We were hoping for a 5-star hotel. Normal food and premium drinks such as whiskey red label and balis, but there is no saving of all this in fact. They're only responding now that it's over. This is a maximum 3 star hotel. The hotel is good, but it all depends a lot on which house you are in. We were in the 6th - everything is fine. The rest may be close to the noise: a mosque, sewage treatment plants. The food at the hotel is super, the sea is excellent, clean. The booze is so-so, there is no normal vodka (there is none at all except for the smelly local one). Tequila is normal. Animations in general 0 -one Negro animator black as coal occasionally flashed in the distance and that's it.

Rooms are cleaned simply with a broom, instead of blankets, scary and smelling blankets, changing towels and cleaning the room is a whole problem, you have to walk around and ask for food, everything is standard, everything is monotonous. The territory of the hotel is large, beautiful, the beach is pebbly, but there are plenty of sun beds, the sea is clean. Coffee machines are constantly broken, it's better to drink tea, it tastes better than coffee (it's not clear what kind of liquid it is). True, they give ice cream, but not every day, the pools are not heated, but clean. 2 slides are small for children. The hotel itself is located in the wilderness, there is nowhere to go for a walk in the evening, only the bazaar. On all excursions around the city, they take you only to their specific fur and leather stores, and they just don't let you go anywhere else, unless you go separately. Instead of 3 beds, they gave us a cot, it was just terrible, after the scandal, they brought a bed, but they are not in very good condition, the springs are sticking out of the mattresses. In the evening there is nothing to do at all, people in the lobby on the Internet and get drunk.

When there are a lot of people in the restaurant, new appliances are put in for the next visitors while you are still eating.
