Today we are finally going home, I do not understand on the basis of what and how people write reviews, and so on in order:
When booking a tour, it is written everywhere that the food is Ultra all inclusive! We were going to Ultra! That's just the Ultra doesn't even smell! We communicated with both the guest relation and the hotel staff, the system is not Ultra and not All, the standard system, there are no stars, but everything corresponds to Turkish norms, and according to them it is the fault of the tour operator and the travel agent who sold the tour, they say, look at our website, everything is written there.
Room: we had a family club suit (aka "club family suite 71m2" on some platforms in Russia). We were vacationing for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children (6 and 15 years old))
Number:
1. Beds are a kind of horror - every morning we woke up with pains all over our body, on which side you sleep, that shoulder hurts unbearably and you can't straighten it! The beds are hard!
2. Light- the lighting is bright only in the hallway and corridor, there are a lot of switches in the rooms that are not responsible for anything, some turn on sockets, apparently remnants of former luxury in the form of bedside lamps (now they are not there).
3. There are two baths with a toilet, but in the first one at the entrance where there is a shower, sitting on the toilet, you rest against the shower with your knees. It's not convenient.
Food:
Well, get ready to wander around the buffet with a plate in search of something edible and tasty. There is no seafood like shrimp at all, there is only their fried herring or mackerel (in general, their local fish with an unpleasant aroma for our family personally)
1. If you want mutton, then it is only in one form on Turkish nights, once a week. Of the meat, it is mainly chicken and a couple of options for tasteless beef.
2. It is very difficult for children, children do not really eat anything except French fries, and then on the third day our daughter refused it. The nuggets are not tasty, it feels like minced bread in breadcrumbs. Schnitzel will do in principle.
3. Food is generally not enough, I don't know how some people write that there is enough food, you walk around, eventually you go to the grill and take the chicken.
4. There are flies and yes annoying, there are also a bunch of cats with kittens)
Bar:
there is no normal imported alcohol here for free! There is only one in the Lobby bar for euros, the minimum price for a glass is 4-5 euros and above.
Beer is like water in many hotels!
If you give a normal tip once, then when ordering whiskey and Coke, the bartender will take you out of the freezer and pour BELL'S, with the words "Special" 😁
The description of the hotel says some imported alcoholic beverages for free, some for a fee, so the import is free, it is only in cocktails that contain imports and cannot be replaced by others, in fact it is Sierra tequila and Bell's whiskey, there is nothing else.
In any case, a little tipsy-drunk-cheerful, wait for a hangover in the morning)
Territory:
1. Yes, it is big, you will have to walk a lot!
2. There is a place to take pictures!
3. On the way to the beach, you need to cross the river, so, yes, there are turtles there, but not every day! But fish can be fed from morning to night, they really merge like piranhas on thrown bread 😂
Sea and beach:

3. In the evenings, the waves intensify and a pile of mud floats along the shore.
4. The pier is in terrible condition, there is no shower, you look all rusty from the water, the stairs are all covered in growths and algae
Pools: there are three of them,
1. near the restaurant, the water there is the warmest, not refreshing at all, very warm.
2. At the pool bar, where activities take place, all the sunbeds are already occupied at 8 a.m., because of this, it was not possible to bathe in it
3. The water at the slides of the water park is fresher than at the restaurant, but it is the farthest, they swam in it, they rode down the slides
4. A children's pool with a cool slide, my daughter constantly went there and we went with her, because in the heat the most refreshing water was, plus waterfalls, sprinklers and so on.
Animation: both adult and children are there, well done guys!
Bottom line: at first we arrived and were upset, a day passed and we adapted. The hotel accommodates 1,500 people, people are everywhere and there are many of them in public places, few only near your house in which you live.
For breakfast, lunch and dinner, you need to go to the beginning, otherwise you will search for places for a long time and everything more or less edible will be sorted out. In the morning, you need to go to take sun beds, otherwise you will be in the farthest corner at best.
Turtles have been seen both small and large, which is very welcome.
Fish and cats were fed.
Will we come here again? No!

A family of 5 people (two adults and children aged 16, 11 and 6) rested at the Euphoria Hotel from July 17 to July 26, 2022. They were satisfied with the rest. The territory of the hotel is huge, green and well-maintained, the hotel rooms are two-storey, conveniently located, accommodate 8 rooms on each floor. We had a family room with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The air conditioner worked perfectly, we slept in the cool at night, cleaning is daily. The hotel has 3 large swimming pools and 2 children's pools, there are slides where you can ride. The restaurant is one big one, the food is delicious and varied, there is a children's menu, there are three bars, drinks for every taste. The access to the sea is convenient, there are many sun beds, the sea is clean, warm and affectionate. The hotel has a spa, an excellent Turkish hammam, and massage, I advise anyone with back problems. Animation for children in the evenings from 21 to 22 hours, then for adults, the program is varied. You can use the services of a photographer and sign up for a family photo shoot, our pictures turned out great, thanks to the photographer Mustafa). There is a bazaar across the street from the hotel where you can buy souvenirs, Turkish knitwear and more. You can pay for the purchase with a mir card, the exchange rate is more profitable in lira than in dollars or euros. There were few Russian-speaking vacationers, mostly Europeans and Turks. The attitude of the hotel staff and other vacationers is friendly. I would love to return to euphoria again. Thank you all for a good rest

We had a rest from June 3 to June 13, 2022. A very good hotel, it's worth 5!!!!! The rooms are cozy, cleaning every day. The plumbing is new (at least on the 1st floor). The territory is large and green! The food is varied and delicious. I was very surprised by the sausage and ham for breakfast, it was delicious) We were given a ride with fruits, we hoped there would be strawberries and cherries, but alas..... Only watermelons melons apples oranges))))) I would like to say a special thank you to the hookah bar, the owner of Ali, a very sincere man, sociable)))) in general, we will return there again!

Nice hotel, service is weird
1. They gave me a good room, building 10, second floor. Not far from the main restaurant, next to the pool with a bar, 5 minutes to the sea with a calm step
2. The sea is very clean and beautiful, the stove is located above the pier, the pier is very large and comfortable, there are sun beds on it, you can dive, if you want sand before entering the sea, then you need to walk 50 meters.
3. the food is normal, except meat and sausage
4. alcohol is certainly strange, I took it a couple of times the next day did not die, but still I would not drink a lot of it, beer will be poured by Efes Pilsner

An honest review of the rest, I hope it will help someone make the right choice.
We had a vacation in July 2022 – I have two children (8 and 12 years old). The hotel was chosen on the principle of having a place to walk. The territory is huge, well-groomed, lots of greenery. The pools are large, clean, one is opposite the main restaurant, the second is more active – gymnastics, games are held in it, there is a bar next to it, music is constantly playing. The third is a pool with slides. There are only five slides - wide, two straight and two twisted. There is a separate pool area with slides for the youngest, there is also a playground nearby, a children's mini club.
The slides are turned on twice a day for two hours. That was enough time for us to roll around a lot.
The pools are large, there are always plenty of places.
There is a bar on the beach with snacks and drinks, there are always free sun beds. The sea is clean, fish are swimming, I did not find any foreign objects/ smells. Entering the sea, if directly opposite the hotel, is not very convenient, but a little to the right of the pebble, it is already more pleasant to enter.
There are Russian speakers, but there are not many of them and they are mostly not from Russia.
Wi-Fi is available, it does not work everywhere on the territory.
The rooms are standard, not large, TV, refrigerator.
We were cleaned every day while we went to breakfast, so there are no complaints about the quality of cleaning.
Food: everything was delicious, the choice was good, there were always fresh pancakes for breakfast, scrambled eggs, omelets, for lunch the first and second: meat, fish, side dishes. Always slicing, baking, vegetables, fruits. A richer dinner: grill, shawarma, shish kebab, and fresh vegetables are cut right in front of you, everything is fresh and delicious. During the day, you can have a snack on the territory of corn, burgers, pancakes, Turkish tortilla, ice cream. We were not hungry - the food was without complaints.
Animation is not very good, although there is entertainment: yoga in the morning, water gymnastics, polo in the afternoon, disco in the evening for kids, a program for adults.
There is a river on the way to the sea, but there is no smell or dislike from it. On the contrary, right on the bridge, the duck hatched eggs in the nest, everyone feeds her, no one offends, very nice. The fish in the river are teeming, you can feed them.
Cats walking around the territory (there are even special feeders and drinking bowls for them) is rather a plus, the children were delighted, there are no traces of their stay on the territory, everything is cleaned.
Dogs were seen, but they did not enter the territory - they wandered around the beach area of other hotels.
One of the disadvantages is the catering: it's cool in the hall during the day, but you won't find places, and it's hot enough to eat outside. There are a lot of flies in the hall in the evening. Dirty dishes – drinking cappuccino from a clean cup is a whole quest.
The gym is one name, a small room with exercise equipment and pancakes, it does not cool down at all, it is not possible to practice.
Well, the reception is zero attention, a kilo of contempt, "wait, be patient.". In general, I dragged the suitcase to the room myself.
There is nowhere to go outside the hotel. It's not a big market, the prices are terrible.
In general, I was satisfied with the rest because the children returned from the sea satisfied. They rode on slides, ate with pleasure, swam in the sea and pools, walked around the territory in the evenings, along the beach, went to a mini disco, did not catch any infection, tanned and rested. The hotel is suitable for holidays with children.

Terrible murdered numbers. The floors in the room are dirtier than the street. The tub is old and shabby, you wash, all the water is out. The whole tub is covered in silicone!
The furniture seemed to have been dragged and installed from other rooms during renovation. There is no aesthetics or possibility to use this furniture. Instead of sconces and chandeliers, light bulbs stick out.
The closet won't close.
The food is delicious, but there are an awful lot of flies! They just swarm all over the food.
Good WiFi, large area.
The attitude at the reception is terrible! They asked to move to a normal room - there are no vacancies, let's do it in 2 days. We spent 2 days on suitcases, after 2 days they offer exactly the same shabby room!

I am currently staying at this hotel.Disappointed, I can't convey emotions!!! The room is old, shabby, smoky, the smell does not fade.The sea is dirty, the setting is terrible.There are a swarm of flies in the restaurant, the tables are in terrible condition, everything is greasy, the grills are smoking so that you can't breathe, the air conditioning in the restaurant itself is very weak, it can't cope at all, it's not possible to be in such a stuffy place, salads, sweets just all "float".There are queues everywhere for food.Definitely not 5*! That's the problem with cleaning the hotel, it was kind of dirty on the beach. As for the sea, the sea was super warm, there are 2 piers, volleyball, football near the beach. Going to the sea is not very good, but you can get used to it, because they have natural plates, sand on the beach, sand with small pebbles somewhere. The animation was no longer great, because there were not so many people, and the animators themselves, and all the Turks. The hotel is very good, it's really cool in the season, there are cool parties, they will entertain you to the fullest. Maybe I would have returned to this hotel again. There are three pools, one large, another medium and a third with slides, but it is not small, there is also enough for children, slides, pools, animation, a mini club, the hotel is ideal for families with children. The territory is huge, you can get lost, we didn't even go around it all. There are shops on the territory of the hotel, but also outside the territory, right across the street, it's cheaper there. We did not regret that we came here, he was good for his money.

I really liked the hotel. The food is just not ultra all inclusive, but even better! The territory is very large . We rested from August 16 to August 23 , 2021 . We were afraid that there would be a very bad hotel and everything would not work . All our fears have not been realized . Very nice room! We also went to Nova Mall . Route : Take bus 20 and go to Manavgat bus station, then transfer to bus 10. The route back: come to the same place where you arrived . Go straight ahead and cross the road. Take bus 2 and go to Manavgat bus station. Then also take bus 20. The sea is very bad. As a result, pain, shock, tears,.The staff came running, drove a minibus, took it to the first-aid post, called a doctor, diagnosed a beam fracture.Then the ambulance, phone calls to the insurance company, took them to the hospital in Side, X-ray.What struck the doctor (for some reason he did not see a fracture, instantly the arm swelled, turned red, the pain was terrible).I had to pay 25 euros to activate the franchise, and a cast was applied.And they didn't even offer an injection, they didn't anesthetize. We have been at the hotel since 08/23/2011 for two weeks, that is, the last week of August, the first week of September. We paid 135,000 for two people with a flight from Moscow
A couple of points about the hotel
- we arrived late in the evening, closer to 20-21, we were very quickly settled. We immediately put on bracelets and sent them to the room with an escort along with our suitcases on a typewriter. We managed to eat at the restaurant, plus there is a "night soup" to have a snack.
- about the number. Yes, the rooms are not newly renovated, they are old. They should at least update the bathroom, it was not very comfortable to be there. But in general, for our cost, we were satisfied with everything. There was an air conditioner that froze very well. Our cabin was in a very good location, right next to the restaurant and the relaxation pool, but the terrace overlooked the garden, so it was quiet.
- food. My husband and I had no complaints here. There was everything you needed: porridge for breakfast, toast, omelette, etc.; for lunch potatoes, rice, pasta, various meats; for dinner it was all the same as for lunch, but with some changes, the grill worked outside, there was very tasty meat, fish, vegetables. You could eat without stopping - the main restaurant, ala carte restaurants, snacks during lunch by the sea, waffles and tortillas by the active pool.
- alcohol. I saw some reviews that tourists were not poured, refused. We have never met with such a person. We are both young and rested late at night, drinking, dancing, playing cards. I've never had a problem with alcohol. Yes, it is local, specific, like everywhere else. Wine, for example, I couldn't drink much, so I switched to stronger drinks, such as whiskey and Cola.
- activity. To be honest, we didn't have enough discos here, everything ended around 00-01, we wanted to continue. It remained to go to the lobby bar, entertain yourself there) But there were enough activities during the day: aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, water polo, you could also shoot on the beach, music was always playing by the active pool.
- cleanliness. It's really lame at the hotel. There were often not very clean plates and utensils. The room was cleaned more or less at first, after the first days or the first week they stopped, they started leaving a couple of dollars - it doesn't matter, and they won't put a flower on the bed. But the room is even more or less, but the public toilets somewhere by the sea or pool are very dirty, just unbearable, I did not want to go in. But our room was not far from the pool, so we ran there😅
In general, the hotel is not bad: a decent green area, three swimming pools, slides, the sea, the amount of food - these are its advantages. If you work on cleaning and update the rooms, I'm sure there will be more satisfied visitors!

Greetings! I want to share my impressions of my vacation and stay at the Euphoria Palm Beach Resort Hotel. Vacationing with my daughter (14 years old)15.09.2021-22.09.2021. I am very happy with the hotel, but there are flaws everywhere when there is something to compare it with.A comfortable family hotel, friendly friendly staff, a huge beautiful territory, gorgeous large pools 1 with slides, of course I'm not a fan of the water park, but I went for a ride))) I got the adrenaline!! There is a funny nuance, on each of the buildings where the rooms are located, there is a picture of an animal, very different, we lived in the Lion building!) The rooms are nice, clean, comfortable, standard, with a balcony, the bathroom is excellent, everything worked, nothing flowed anywhere. The food is good, varied fruits, vegetables, sweets, delicious meat, a large assortment of cheeses, and even seafood - according to the Turkish standard. It was still nice to have a meal on the summer veranda by the pool! The interior of the restaurant is ordinary, there is simply something to compare it with and therefore… The bartenders made me very tasty Alcoholic cocktails, this is the only hotel where I liked mojitos, and in general, of course, Turkish alcohol is peculiar. Our weakness with my daughter is waffle pastries with chocolate-nut paste and fruits.Snacks in the snack bar were enough once, burgers and potatoes did not go in the village!! The beach is a flickering pebble, a large, clean, good pier, you can swim with fish like with dolphins, fish and turtles are tame there, and even not bitten, a lot of all sorts of beach activities, parachutes, bananas, pills, etc. A lot of interesting excursions. This year I did without a lot of extreme sports, and excursions, but only a water park and a horse ride. We are currently staying at the hotel. A review based on real events . One of the advantages is the Hope of working with guests. Thanks a lot to her, she helps with all the questions and really tries to leave Good impressions about the hotel, but you won't go and bother every day. We rest for 5 days and only found out that there should be slippers in the room and toothbrushes, but what we don't have is not there. Today, for example, the one who Cleans the room forgot to close it at all and when we returned we found the door open.
The second plus is a beautiful area and that's it. I'm not fussy about food at all, but when you come to breakfast not at 7.00, but closer to 9.00, -10.00 you literally finish what you haven't finished, because there are leftovers on the tables and moreover, finding dishes is another quest. Plates and mugs are dirty , and sometimes disposable forks are offered in a 5 - star hotel 🙈
And the same thing about dinner , we don't have time by 19.00 , and at 20.30 it's already trash , mountains of dirty tables.
There are also disposable glasses everywhere, even in the lobby, when you ask for a glass, they pretend they don't understand. For me, it's not quite normal in a hotel to drink coffee from paper cups in the lobby.
Separately for those who like to drink:
whiskey is diluted with apple juice or cherry and poured straight from bottles, like bels is to taste, and closer at 23.00 almost all drinks run out and there is only vodka. Champagne was generally only once in the lobby and then it was poured into a faceted glass after being asked to give a drink in glass. 🤣
We were told that there are imported drinks here ... aha, only from the word imported drinks there are imported bottles, and there XS knows what. There is always beer, but the rest is not.
The mini-bar is not replenished with water and the room pretends to be cleaned , towels may not be changed and dirty ones from the floor folded as clean
Special thanks to the animation, the guys try to water polo, volleyball, darts during the day. in the evening, the children's disco is normal and acrobats and local singers come with performances a couple of times
But there are more minuses than pluses. For new arrivals, there is nothing to drink here, sometimes there is also nothing and nothing to eat from. If the norm for you in 5-star hotels is to eat from dirty dishes or plastic, drink alcohol diluted with juice in a direct word , then this is for you , and I ask the rest to refrain.
Although today there was a change of waiters and miraculously a lot appeared in the bar, but not in the kitchen. Although we didn't go hungry

I still couldn't get around to write a review, but I really wanted to) in early September, we rested at this hotel with a friend and her daughter (8 years old). We were all very satisfied with the rest) and they fed us well (it was easy to find food all day), and there were a lot of fruits, and sweets, and we danced and had fun with pleasure), and the children's animation is great, the baby is happy), and we all rode on the water slides together, and we always found sun beds both on the beach and by the pool, although there were sooo many people in the hotel. The alcohol is local, but it suited us perfectly. The rooms are ordinary, but very cozy and clean, the rooms were cleaned well. The territory is huge and green, clean. There are also shops on site that have everything that is on the market at the same cost. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The entrance to the sea is obstructed, but we easily descended into the water from the pier, we even liked it) there are sun beds on the pier in the evening and it is a separate pleasure to lie and admire the night sea under the sound of the surf. We really enjoyed the rest and will remain a warm memory in our memory) Thanks to all the staff of the hotel)
