We have been at the hotel since 08/23/2011 for two weeks, that is, the last week of August, the first week of September. We paid 135,000 for two people with a flight from Moscow
A couple of points about the hotel
- we arrived late in the evening, closer to 20-21, we were very quickly settled. We immediately put on bracelets and sent them to the room with an escort along with our suitcases on a typewriter. We managed to eat at the restaurant, plus there is a "night soup" to have a snack.
- about the number. Yes, the rooms are not newly renovated, they are old. They should at least update the bathroom, it was not very comfortable to be there. But in general, for our cost, we were satisfied with everything. There was an air conditioner that froze very well. Our cabin was in a very good location, right next to the restaurant and the relaxation pool, but the terrace overlooked the garden, so it was quiet.
- food. My husband and I had no complaints here. There was everything you needed: porridge for breakfast, toast, omelette, etc.; for lunch potatoes, rice, pasta, various meats; for dinner it was all the same as for lunch, but with some changes, the grill worked outside, there was very tasty meat, fish, vegetables. You could eat without stopping - the main restaurant, ala carte restaurants, snacks during lunch by the sea, waffles and tortillas by the active pool.
- alcohol. I saw some reviews that tourists were not poured, refused. We have never met with such a person. We are both young and rested late at night, drinking, dancing, playing cards. I've never had a problem with alcohol. Yes, it is local, specific, like everywhere else. Wine, for example, I couldn't drink much, so I switched to stronger drinks, such as whiskey and Cola.
- activity. To be honest, we didn't have enough discos here, everything ended around 00-01, we wanted to continue. It remained to go to the lobby bar, entertain yourself there) But there were enough activities during the day: aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, water polo, you could also shoot on the beach, music was always playing by the active pool.
- cleanliness. It's really lame at the hotel. There were often not very clean plates and utensils. The room was cleaned more or less at first, after the first days or the first week they stopped, they started leaving a couple of dollars - it doesn't matter, and they won't put a flower on the bed. But the room is even more or less, but the public toilets somewhere by the sea or pool are very dirty, just unbearable, I did not want to go in. But our room was not far from the pool, so we ran there😅
In general, the hotel is not bad: a decent green area, three swimming pools, slides, the sea, the amount of food - these are its advantages. If you work on cleaning and update the rooms, I'm sure there will be more satisfied visitors!

Greetings! I want to share my impressions of my vacation and stay at the Euphoria Palm Beach Resort Hotel. Vacationing with my daughter (14 years old)15.09.2021-22.09.2021. I am very happy with the hotel, but there are flaws everywhere when there is something to compare it with.A comfortable family hotel, friendly friendly staff, a huge beautiful territory, gorgeous large pools 1 with slides, of course I'm not a fan of the water park, but I went for a ride))) I got the adrenaline!! There is a funny nuance, on each of the buildings where the rooms are located, there is a picture of an animal, very different, we lived in the Lion building!) The rooms are nice, clean, comfortable, standard, with a balcony, the bathroom is excellent, everything worked, nothing flowed anywhere. The food is good, varied fruits, vegetables, sweets, delicious meat, a large assortment of cheeses, and even seafood - according to the Turkish standard. It was still nice to have a meal on the summer veranda by the pool! The interior of the restaurant is ordinary, there is simply something to compare it with and therefore… The bartenders made me very tasty Alcoholic cocktails, this is the only hotel where I liked mojitos, and in general, of course, Turkish alcohol is peculiar. Our weakness with my daughter is waffle pastries with chocolate-nut paste and fruits.Snacks in the snack bar were enough once, burgers and potatoes did not go in the village!! The beach is a flickering pebble, a large, clean, good pier, you can swim with fish like with dolphins, fish and turtles are tame there, and even not bitten, a lot of all sorts of beach activities, parachutes, bananas, pills, etc. A lot of interesting excursions. This year I did without a lot of extreme sports, and excursions, but only a water park and a horse ride. I recommend riding a horse, Soner is the owner of a horse, it will give you an unforgettable experience of walking along the seashore on a horse. You can make a wonderful photo shoot, which we did, our photographer Binali is the photographer of the hotel, gave us a pleasant photo shoot process and took beautiful photos for us. I still couldn't get around to write a review, but I really wanted to) in early September, we rested at this hotel with a friend and her daughter (8 years old). We were all very satisfied with the rest) and they fed us well (it was easy to find food all day), and there were a lot of fruits, and sweets, and we danced and had fun with pleasure), and the children's animation is great, the baby is happy), and we all rode on the water slides together, and we always found sun beds both on the beach and by the pool, although there were sooo many people in the hotel. The alcohol is local, but it suited us perfectly. The rooms are ordinary, but very cozy and clean, the rooms were cleaned well. The territory is huge and green, clean. There are also shops on site that have everything that is on the market at the same cost. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The entrance to the sea is obstructed, but we easily descended into the water from the pier, we even liked it) there are sun beds on the pier in the evening and it is a separate pleasure to lie and admire the night sea under the sound of the surf. We really enjoyed the rest and will remain a warm memory in our memory) Thanks to all the staff of the hotel)

We are currently staying at the hotel. A review based on real events . One of the advantages is the Hope of working with guests. Thanks a lot to her, she helps with all the questions and really tries to leave Good impressions about the hotel, but you won't go and bother every day. We rest for 5 days and only found out that there should be slippers in the room and toothbrushes, but what we don't have is not there. Today, for example, the one who Cleans the room forgot to close it at all and when we returned we found the door open.
The second plus is a beautiful area and that's it. I'm not fussy about food at all, but when you come to breakfast not at 7.00, but closer to 9.00, -10.00 you literally finish what you haven't finished, because there are leftovers on the tables and moreover, finding dishes is another quest. Plates and mugs are dirty , and sometimes disposable forks are offered in a 5 - star hotel 🙈
And the same thing about dinner , we don't have time by 19.00 , and at 20.30 it's already trash , mountains of dirty tables.
There are also disposable glasses everywhere, even in the lobby, when you ask for a glass, they pretend they don't understand. For me, it's not quite normal in a hotel to drink coffee from paper cups in the lobby.
Separately for those who like to drink:
whiskey is diluted with apple juice or cherry and poured straight from bottles, like bels is to taste, and closer at 23.00 almost all drinks run out and there is only vodka. Champagne was generally only once in the lobby and then it was poured into a faceted glass after being asked to give a drink in glass. 🤣
We were told that there are imported drinks here ... aha, only from the word imported drinks there are imported bottles, and there XS knows what. There is always beer, but the rest is not.
The mini-bar is not replenished with water and the room pretends to be cleaned , towels may not be changed and dirty ones from the floor folded as clean
Special thanks to the animation, the guys try to water polo, volleyball, darts during the day. in the evening, the children's disco is normal and acrobats and local singers come with performances a couple of times
But there are more minuses than pluses. For new arrivals, there is nothing to drink here, sometimes there is also nothing and nothing to eat from. If the norm for you in 5-star hotels is to eat from dirty dishes or plastic, drink alcohol diluted with juice in a direct word , then this is for you , and I ask the rest to refrain.
Although today there was a change of waiters and miraculously a lot appeared in the bar, but not in the kitchen. Although we didn't go hungry

We rested at this hotel from 12.08 to 21.08. Of the advantages, a large huge territory, well, that's all .... The food is monotonous and not tasty, there are flies in the restaurant, the dishes are dirty (I had to choose), alcohol is generally a separate topic. Room cleaning is normal (we were lucky with the staff). The entrance to the sea is a natural slab (take into account who is with children and people of age), but there is a pier (a vertical metal staircase to the sea). It doesn't pull for 5 minutes.

Once it may have been good, after reading the reviews, we decided to go there…
I found out that the owner had recently changed and …
Who is considering this hotel in the near future.
I will say right away I had a vacation with my wife and child for 6 years in September 2021 (from 07 to 17)
1. Get ready for breakfast, lunch, dinner to get a place for yourself. After you find a place in the dining room where you will eat, get ready to wait until everything that remains from the previous ones is removed from the table!
2. There are no cutlery! There just aren't enough of them for everyone!
3. The staff is lazy! Nobody needs anything, and they don't want anything!(I'm not picky, but I saw this for the first time in my 20 years of skating around the world) even Egypt is harsh and everything is tolerable)

The worst hotel. We arrived early in the morning, checked in immediately. I saw only two advantages in this hotel - Internet throughout the territory and a beautiful well-groomed large territory and that's it. Now the cons, the territory is large, but very stupid, everything is somehow done in different places and distances. Most of all, I was shocked that I had to get drinking water for myself, we got water once upon arrival and that's it. Of course, it is in bars, in a restaurant, but you need to constantly walk behind it, and the distances are not small, while on vacation I should not think about water, it should be at a distance of every 3-5 meters, in refrigerators on the territory of the hotel and, of course, in the room, and I brought myself to The number of the water package. Cleaning is about nothing in the room, sometimes they did not even clean, the toilet was not washed more than once in 10 days, towels were changed, and thanks for that. There is just trouble in the restaurant, plates, dirty glasses are not washed, there are not enough waiters, tables too, the seating is made foolishly for 4 people and 6 people (there were two of us), there are no napkins, there are no plates, glasses, appliances also had to be obtained by ourselves, also the table was wiped to sit down and eat. The food is monotonous, nothing new, one solid chicken, turkey, meat was only in the form of cutlets every other day, but the food is delicious, I'm already tired on day 5, there is no choice. Fruits are mainly apples, plums and grapes, one day cherries on the other peaches, watermelons and melons always. On the 5th day of our stay, the lights and water were turned off. The water was given after 2 hours, but there was no light all day and no Internet either. The heat was under 40, they couldn't open the balcony either, because we were covered with smog from the fire, everything was in smoke, the sky was gray-orange, smelled of burning and ashes were flying, the whole area was strewn with ashes. It was impossible to breathe, they wore masks and sat in the room without lights and air conditioning (one day). Now about the sea. The sea is clean, but there are slabs in the sea, you can break your legs, as there is nothing to do. You need to go a little to the right there is sand. Animation just sucks, in short, it's not what, one more plus, for small children there is a separate water-play complex, it's super. The market is across the street, also about nothing. We went to a fish restaurant, but what can I say, which hotel, such a restaurant, is also a problem, we sat in the restaurant for two hours waiting for dishes, four dishes were carried every zo min. This is my worst vacation of 2021. I don't recommend going to this hotel anymore, if you want to relax and not think about anything, then choose another hotel. The hotel does not pull for 5, if only for 4. And the price is too high. After talking with the locals, they said that the owner had changed, and it was even worse before him, where else is it not clear????.

We are currently staying at this hotel... we checked in on October 5th, check out on October 12th. The food in the restaurant is good, there is a choice... but the staff working in the restaurant is not efficient, lazy, the tables are very dirty ... I have never seen the tables wiped…They're all covered in crumbs all the time! It happens in a bar that they don't pour anything else except beer and pepsi. Here, in principle, there is no alcohol at all in a normal bar, only local beer and local vodka…The staff itself is tired of the negativity of the guests and asks to complain to the managers at the reception ... in the evenings there is really no alcohol in the bars at all ... more ... for the first time I saw the bartenders working and pouring drinks with a cigarette in their teeth ... this is wildness for me
Animation ... there is only one anamator walking around the hotel... the guy is good, he tries ... but what can he do alone for the whole big hotel and with a small column on his shoulders)))…In fact, a pathetic semblance of animation…
I do not heartily recommend this hotel to young people, companies and those who want to have at least some fun on their holidays…
The hotel is designed for pensioners... who love silence, tea and water :)) Because the rest is in short supply here …

We checked in on 30.06.2021. the room is old, but clean, renovated, everything worked properly. But there was a significant disadvantage for us-we were put in a house near the pool, where we hung out from morning to one o'clock in the morning, and the music was so loud that the glass rattled in the balcony doors. They asked me to move them to a quiet place. They relocated-the air conditioner does not work (at +35 it is trash), the TV worked at first, then stopped, the neighbors had the same thing, the antenna wire did not reach the TV..The claim was accepted at the reception, the master came, 5 minutes and the air conditioner is "OK". After 5 minutes, the air conditioner did not work, but just drove the air around the room. We went to the reception again, they swore for a long time, the master allegedly fixed it again, but nothing has changed. To our claim that this is not a fan, but just a fan, we were told that everything is fine, and it works dynamically! We were shocked. We were offered to move again, but again the supposedly working conder was even worse! The TV was still not working.The lighting is one light bulb.. You won't stay hungry in the restaurant, without frills, but there were veal, turkey, and beef, vegetables and fruits (delicious ripe watermelons, melons tasteless, peaches mostly unripe). The food was always fresh and delicious (although it pleased me). But the queues for food, there is an empty table, clean appliances if you come after the start-that's another quest. The territory is large, beautiful, lots of greenery, everything is taken care of. The pools are clean, the beach is clean, we always found free sun beds. Entering the sea from the shore is not very good, but there is a pier, everything is mostly from it. The beach is clean, there are cafes with drinks, you can take a snack. We were in the hammam-I liked it, relax massage, foam washing and scrub, in principle not bad. Another plus is a perfectly working free Wi-Fi, a safe for free. The overall impression of the hotel is positive, but everything was ruined by a room with a non-working air conditioner and a TV..

I stayed at this hotel in a building with a wasp pattern from October 16 to 23, Wi-Fi catches everywhere, even on the beach, but it's not good there, room cleaning every day, unless the mini-bar was replenished, the food in the restaurant is all delicious, but most importantly you have to choose plates and cups that are bad they washed it, at the expense of the beach they had to go to the neighboring hotel, where it is sandy, with pebbles, the staff understands Russian. We have been staying at this hotel since August 25th. The room for four is large, three-room, there was no repair only in the bathroom, the rooms were renovated. There is no cleaning, you have to go for toilet paper yourself, in general, it is not a very comfortable situation. The food is great, very tasty, but the alcohol is disgusting(. To eat, you need to complete a quest: find a table, find staff to clean or wash yourself, find a plate and utensils. There are a lot of people and, accordingly, queues everywhere. The sea is gorgeous, but the approach is terrible, better from the pier. The territory is large and beautiful. I was pleased with the availability of courts. I would not advise my friends to come here.

We are retired and when we worked we traveled to many countries. I did not manage to visit Turkey in my youth. Having saved on pension income, we decided, as it seemed to us, to visit a hospitable country. We arrived early in the morning on 6.10.21 and at the first conversation with the tour operator Pegasus were warned that nothing needed to be asked at the hotel, and even more insistently. If you insist, the reception staff can call the police. We came to VISIT and they start scaring us from the doorstep with the police. Imagine law-abiding people who have done nothing wrong in their lives, but have already been recorded as potential criminals. They immediately refused to settle us and offered to wait. Many arrived with children who were acting up after a restless night. To a lesser extent, there were six people who calmly, but occasionally swallowing coupons, calmly waited for permission to move in. Noisy conversations constantly arose at the reception with the demands of vacationers and the indifferent and indifferent attitude of the staff. An angry man periodically jumped out of the room behind the reception desk, as it turned out later, the senior receptionist shouted that he would call the police. There were three Poles in front of us who quickly packed up and left. We did not meet any more foreigners at the hotel. After a long wait and the appointed time, they began to inspire us. As it turned out, we were lucky, because there are significant delays in moving in and everything depends on the GREATEST favor of the receptionist. We went to the reception desk and greeted in Russian, in response to silence. We greeted each other in English. Deathly silence. We greeted each other in Arabic, Turkish and even Tatar. It feels like the girl doesn't see or hear us. We have not heard hello, our hotel is glad to see you, etc. Later, we made sure that in their vocabulary there are no such words as: hello, goodbye, we are glad to help you, have a good trip, etc. They settled us in the 19th building, which caused us a shock. The building and premises themselves resemble a "chicken coop" of the private sector of the Black Sea coast. The entrance doors are shabby, lopsided and difficult to close. There is a large gap between the door and the jamb. The room is dirty, with an unpleasant smell. The furniture is broken and it feels like it was picked up from a garbage dump. The light is constantly blinking. The air conditioner does not turn on. The bed linen is repeated, reused and there are traces of loss of quality. The toilet room is dirty, lined with tiles that have long lost their attractive appearance. There are no mats and you can slip on the wet floor. There are no cup holders for toothbrushes and pastes. The conversation is very clearly audible from the neighboring rooms because there is no sound insulation. Building 19 is located next to the road and you can constantly hear the noise of passing cars, conversations of local taxi drivers. Upset, we went to ask mercifully and God forbid rudely to move us to another building. The young woman at the reception immediately refused us and pointedly turned away. We stood in silence for a long time, apprehensive and hesitant to turn to her again. Finally, she deigned to go to the elder. An angry man jumped out of the room and began rudely scolding the girl that she even blushed. Some words are clear to me and I don't want to use these words myself in my conversation. The girl casually gave us a new key card in building 1. The room in this building was cleaner and more comfortable, but there were still no anti-slip mats in the toilet, there were no cup holders for a toothbrush and toothpaste. There were two half-meter pipes sticking out next to the shower, which made it difficult to approach the shower faucet. The shower tray is cracked, with sharp protruding edges, and at the first attempt to get up, I managed to cut my leg. We did not go to complain, fearing the anger of the reception staff and calling the police. The vacationers warned us that in any case we would be to blame, and the police would be on the side of the hotel staff. My wife and I decided that we couldn't swim in the sea now anyway, so we'd spend all the money and go to Cappadonia. Away from this non-hospitable hotel and at the same time let's look at the attitude in other hotels. There was still time to explore the hotel before departure. Among the advantages are a well-groomed territory and varied and delicious food. We did not go to the restaurant by appointment because we were quite satisfied with what was cooked on the buffet. Otherwise, only the negative: the lack of plates and cutlery. The plates are dirty and you have to wipe them yourself with a sanitary napkin. Teaspoons are completely missing. The glasses and cups are dirty and that's why we used all the drinks in paper cups. The tables were dirty and without tablecloths, so we had to wipe them ourselves. In a 5*,4* hotel, according to etiquette, tablecloths, a minimum of 12 to 40 dining sets should be provided. Giving tea to guests in paper cups is not respect and not good manners. The tea tastes overboiled, not fresh and not tasty. My wife and I rarely drink alcohol and only symbolically, so I can't say about the quality. We have not met drunken vacationers, as we have in Russia. From this it can be concluded that the quality of alcohol is poor and even seasoned alcohol connoisseurs cannot drink it, or alcohol lovers do not go to Turkey. There are three pools, but the tour operator immediately warned that it was not safe to swim in them, because especially children began to get sick. Cats and dogs are running around the territory, which are emptying everywhere. One of the dogs with peeling fur, with suspected lichen. Employees are constantly kicking them out of neighboring hotels. It is very dangerous to enter the sea, because there are giant boulders under the water and we have repeatedly seen people with arm and leg injuries being pulled out. Just a few steps behind the fence, in the neighboring hotel, the entrance to the sandy sea and many swim there. Not insolently, only five meters from the fence. The guards of the neighboring hotel try not to pay attention to this. There are a lot of Europeans in the neighboring hotel and apparently there are no or few vacationers from Russia. Those who ventured to swim on the beach of the Euphoria Palm Beach Resort 5* and were injured by the reception staff are sent to private clinics where you need to pay huge amounts in euros. Sometimes the payment for treatment exceeds the cost of rest several times. But this is a reason to think about what our doctors who work for free need to appreciate. After leaving for pakkodonia, we came to our senses. There are a lot of Europeans there and the attitude towards vacationers is completely different. We returned to the Euphoria Palm Beach Resort 5* hotel with the expectation to leave it the next day. Before leaving for Turkey, the operator suggested that we extend our stay before departure so as not to sit in the hotel lobby waiting for departure. We were serenely staying at the hotel with the confidence that the reservation for the extension was guaranteed. A little over an hour passed and my wife intuitively sensed the possibility of a new trouble on the part of the hotel staff. My wife and I agreed that it was better to hand over the key card and sit quietly until the bus arrived. We went to the reception desk and thanked the employee and handed over the key card. She snorted in response and said with a displeased look that we were late with the release of the room and we need to pay a fine. We began to explain to her that our stay at the hotel had been extended through our tour operator. She ran away to the elder and at that time I managed to get through to the tour operator of Russia. Good day to all, we just arrived from this hotel. We had a rest with my husband and child (6 years old) from 07.07.2021 to 07/14/2021. I'll start with checking in: they checked in quickly, at 11 a.m., but when we entered the room I was horrified, the whole room was covered in ants, they were everywhere, the floor was dirty, it was immediately clear that it had not been cleaned, there was no soap in the room either, the TV did not work, we went to the reception and said everything and they asked me to fix everything, but no one did anything until 17 o'clock, after they returned from the city, a woman was swearing at the reception, everything was not smooth either, I decided that I needed to be reminded about us and said that I would not leave until everything was done for me, as a result, soap was brought after 10 minutes and more about 10 minutes later, they came and made a TV, although it worked only in Ukrainian and Turkish, they thought, and God help him, he wasn't really needed anyway, the floor was washed only the next day. The food is relatively normal, we were not hungry, we could find something to eat, but here are the dishes... it's not pleasant, it was often dirty, I had to look for a clean one, and I also had to clean the table. The approach to the sea is bad, it is calm only from the pier. There is no animation, from the word at all, or rather there are as many as 6 animators, but there is no animation (we saw them during the whole rest several times in the afternoon when we passed by and said that in 5 minutes darts or aqua aerobics, and in the evening for 8 days, there was karaoke, one evening was a Turkish night (just Turks danced Turkish national dances), the band performed once, also Turkish and a lottery with paid tickets and that's it, there was not even music during the day, it was turned on in the afternoon only for the last 2 days. In general, the hotel is not 5 stars at all and I do not recommend going to it, and besides, I got the impression that it is for Turks.

I was at the hotel from 3.10 to 9.10.2021. The hotel barely pulls in 3 stars. The rooms are old. The floors were never washed in the main restaurant, everything was sticky. The tables had to be cleared of dirty dishes themselves; No tablecloths, only disposable napkins (maybe it's good during the pandemic), dez. the tables began to be processed with tools three days before departure; cutlery was freely available in cassettes; dishes were often not washed, with chips and cracks, it was good that there were disposable cups. There are no complaints about the cooked dishes: they are varied and delicious.
The sea: the entrance to the sea is terrible- slippery slabs, I had to go to the neighboring beach; there are not enough sun beds - I had to occupy under the awning at 7 o'clock. Pebble beach.

I was vacationing with a 4-year-old child in the last week of September. In Turkey for the 7th time.
If you want to have a good rest, then definitely not at euphoria palm beach resort 5.
Where the 5-star hotel comes from is anyone's guess.
1. When checking into the room, we were shocked by the difference, the information and photos that are presented on the website of the hotel and tour operators do not correspond to reality in any way. The standard room was actually terribly murdered, there was not a single bedside lamp in the room, the safe was broken, the door in the closet would not close, the bed was sooo small, there were cracks and chips on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. The sheets are full of holes. When asked to move to another room (with an additional fee), the reception staff began to respond rudely, there is what there is, be content with that. The manager came out, answered my requests in the same rude way, there was no result. The entire hotel staff does not care about vacationers at all.
2. There is an eternal struggle in the dining room: for appliances (no forks), for free tables (people sit down at your table without even asking if it is occupied or not), for food (queues, hustles), for cleanliness (waiters clean only dirty plates, and what remains on the table after past guests is no one I don't care). Every day I had to wipe the table, cutlery, plates and cups myself. This is how basic things are... but the hotel cannot provide them either..
3. The entrance to the sea is very inconvenient, a stone slab. To swim properly, you need to go to the nearby beach to another hotel.
4. The food is very primitive. If you are used to high-quality, healthy food, then there are practically no options here.
5. There is no animation, no charging, no interaction with hotel guests, children's discos are the same every day, on the third day, the same music and movements are already starting to make you sick. There were evening shows a couple of times, quite good, here I put the only plus.
6. There are a lot of cats and dogs doing their business on the beach, no one is watching them. A flea-bitten dog walks along the beach and constantly lies next to the sunbeds.
7. The most disgusting thing is the behavior of compatriots. The contingent of vacationers is "tagiiiiil". It is very sad to meet a bunch of drunk, smoking, inadequate people every day.
8. The hotel positions itself as a "family", but there is NOTHING provided for recreation with children, except for a small playground.
Among the advantages: a nice, large hotel area, lots of greenery.
I also want to say thank you to the girl Gula, from the reception. She was the only one who responded to our requests.
I advise you to save your nerves and stop at choosing another hotel for your vacation. I'm not coming here anymore.…

The hotel opened on June 22, our check-in was on the 27th. It feels like no one was preparing for the opening 1) the problem is the air conditioner in the room works 24/7 as the old one cools slowly. At the reception, applications will be forgotten in a rush if you do not stand over your soul. 2) the light in the room is a single lamp in the second room and this was not there, I had to drag the bedside lamp. 3) the restaurant cannot cope with the influx of tourists, the tables are not cleaned, there are not enough clean plates, in the beginning there was white wine for more than 2 days and they brought swill from which heartburn is provided 4) the gym floors are not washed, a thick layer of dust and there are no sanitizers in the gym. 5) the animation is sluggish (water polo and aqua aerobics) in the evening it's sad, there is a team, but you can only find out by the T-shirts - seals. 6) there are 2 bartenders in the lobby bar and a huge queue, one of them runs around the hall collecting dishes 7) Ala-karts restaurants do not understand the recording system, they could not. According to the reviews of those who were, the same dishes are being taken from the main restaurant. 8) not friendly staff, which is strange for Turkey.9) the entrance to the sea is known to us as a natural plate nonsense.

We had a rest from August 12 to 21. The hotel is declared as 5* UAL (ultra). In fact: the food is monotonous and tasteless, after a week it became very boring (it is clear that you will not stay hungry), to put it mildly, the main restaurant is not very clean - the chairs are sticky, the plates are dirty (you had to choose), flies (even in the stir), the children's menu is not every day and it is not the main dish. Juices (upi) and those are diluted, if you want to choose a dish, come in the first half (upon arrival, they came for lunch 30 minutes before the end - everything was already cleaned)....
Alcohol is a separate topic! Only the local one doesn't have everything everywhere and often it's like over- how, it's ultra!!! For example, tequila ran out suspiciously quickly in the lobby, there was no tequila at all in the main restaurant, they drank gin (and, by the way, it also sometimes ran out), so-so beer... The cocktails sucked, the wine was three and it was also running out fast.
Otherwise (territory, cleaning, staff) everything is acceptable.
As a result, it does not pull at 5 * in any way, you can not even talk about ultra, on all inclusive with a stretch...

The food is delicious and there is plenty of abundance. Alcohol for four. People who underestimate the hotel are overindulged. I'm sorry, of course, but this is my opinion. I would go again. We went as a group. Some people didn't like it. I liked.
Positive. A large area. They are fed normally. The service also satisfied. 3 swimming pools, separate children's area with a swimming pool. The cost of a ticket with a flight from / to Moscow for 2 adults and one child is 85000 rubles.
Minuses. The hotel has already aged, it's time to upgrade. There are only 2 small water slides for children, there are no large slides. The entrance to the sea is difficult, artificial pontoons solve the problem. We had a shortage of sunbeds on the beach. Daily Muslim chants at 6 a.m. will not leave you indifferent :)

From July 18 to 28, we rested at this hotel. Of course, it does not pull at five stars, but you can put a solid four with a minus. Everything worked in the room. They cleaned quite decently and every day. You definitely won't be hungry. It's a hard beach, but special slippers are purchased for a penny. So if you drop the little things, you can relax.

AND THEY REFUSE TO MOVE TO ANOTHER ROOM!
There are ants in the rooms, they clean so that you can't see - they change the sheets and that's it.
there is no children's animation, the toucan club, which we were promised, did not work, all that is there are 2 girls animators - they appeared on the 5th day of our "vacation", they do not even speak English, they did not do anything with children.
The evening children's animation was monotonous for all 7 days and even the children were tired of it.
The toilets are all wildly dirty and dead, it was scary to let the child go alone!
In the bar, cocktails were poured every other time, which are impossible to drink - sour tasteless chacha.. The martini was indicated on the map - we didn't see it! The alcohol is all Turkish. Queues for food and at the bar like on New Year's Eve!
The staff couldn't cope with the flow of people: the dishes were dirty in places, you couldn't wait for appliances, the food was sometimes not edible-there were a lot of reused products such as incomprehensible salads from yesterday's olives, etc.
To sit down properly, you need to come half an hour before they let you into the hall, otherwise there are simply no seats and you will stand.
Sweets and fruits are delicious.
The juices are diluted with water, there is no food for babies - such as porridge or soups.
Seafood is only sometimes fish, sometimes so bony that it is unrealistic to eat.
The pools are very dirty, it's generally scary to go into a children's paddling pool, muddy water with floating bugs and sand, an adult is better but wildly chlorinated, and if you dive with glasses and look at the bottom, it's a nightmare.
THERE IS NO ENTRY INTO THE SEA AT ALL! There are sharp pebbles and a natural slab on which your back hit a couple of times during small waves. The children did not swim at all because it is unrealistic ..
The pier is all rusty and half-dismantled.
There is always a shortage of sunbeds!
There is no adult animation, there is no show, only karaoke and music up to 12, the amphitheater does not work, there is no tennis and darts either.
Ah! We were also warned a few hours in advance that our flight was postponed for 13 hours! We packed suitcases with old things at the speed of light.. We were very upset that we lost the day.
In general, I strongly advise against it. The hotel stupidly decided to make money, and the Tui tour agency praised this hotel because it apparently fulfilled the plan.

The problems are the same for everyone, the key card for entering the room does not work, the TV does not work, the air conditioner does not work, half of the light switches in the room do not work. Bars run out of milk, ice, mint and other cocktail ingredients after lunch. There are huge queues at restaurants for food. There are no vaulted tables, very few waiters, they do not have time for anything. We have to clean the tables ourselves. There is an acute shortage of cutlery and tableware. There are not enough clean spoons, forks, glasses, plates and other things, you have to wait a long time for them to be washed. They wash the dishes very badly, almost everything has to be washed by yourself. There are no free sun beds near the pools, those that are always occupied. Toilets on the territory of the hotel are constantly not working, then flood, then repair. The territory is not cleaned up, there is garbage all around, the lawns are not mowed, the football field is overgrown with knee-high weeds, it is not possible to play. In the general summary:the hotel is absolutely not ready to receive tourists! The employees of the resort listen to complaints all day, but they can't do anything, they say that the management is aware of everything that is happening, but does nothing about it. A nightmare!

We were upset when they said on the bus that we would not go to our hotel. And in vain! This is a real five with a huge territory! You can even eat at night! Everything is very tasty, even cooked on the grill outside! The beach is pebbly, the child did not want to leave the sea, he said, "this is my sea! I'm going to live here." There is a bar by the sea, you can also eat. Delicious ice cream! It's just a pity that the pool is not heated for children, and the rooms are cold, there is no air conditioning (we asked for a heater). There are no places for walking nearby, a small bazaar where I was happy to bargain and the poor Turk almost gave me his mustache!😂 We are happy, especially if we drive in the summer when it is hot. If we compare it with Kemer, then Kemer is much warmer at night and in the evening.( we were there and there in the fall ). I recommend it!
