I am currently staying at this hotel in July 2023. Upon arrival, they were greeted perfectly, with delicious lemonade, very friendly staff at the reception, settled in quickly. The cuisine is delicious and varied, there are different meats, fish and seafood. Snacks on the beach, Ice cream all day, alcohol is normal, cocktails are delicious, beer is wine. The kids' club is above all praise, the girls are trying very hard, my daughter liked it very much goes every day. The rooms are normal, clean and cozy, cleaned every day. There is animation, the guys entertain the people by the pool with outdoor games. The sea is great, there are a lot of sunbeds on the beach. In the evenings there are performances, a disco. Nice hotel, let's go again.

The hotel is very old, see the photo. Everything is falling off, everything is rotten, the paint is peeling everywhere, the toilets are broken, the toilet seats are not attached. When it was built, yes, it was pompous. Now they are just pathetic remnants who are living out their lives. Like boarding houses in the Moscow region, which have not seen repairs after the collapse of the USSR.
We had THE MOST EXPENSIVE HOTEL ROOM - the family suite. As a result, the first night we were accommodated in another, as it turned out later, the family was busy. After they settled in the family, it would have been better to stay in another one. The water in the bathroom was either hot or cold. Well, there is a second shower in the room. We washed there for 2 days until we solved the problem with replacing the mixer. It's not five stars, it's three at the most. I do not recommend it, see the photo…
According to the diet, there will be small fish and chicken every day (like quail), on an exceptional day there will be a barbecue and salmon steak. Salads are very mediocre, rice and potatoes are always there.
The slides are very old, it's scary to ride them for your life.
The entrance to the sea is rocky (large stones), the beach with small stones. I do not recommend it to small children. Animation is trying, but dancing in the evening with children is 30 min. The rest of the time- to paint a T-shirt - 17 euros, electronic cars for a fee, and so on.
There is nothing to add, I see this 5 for the first time and I hope for the last time.

Let's start with the cons:
1. A room with a maximum of 3 stars, in need of repair and very "tired". The audibility is terrible.
2. Wi-Fi is not working well, even in the room
3. Dirty dishes, sometimes you have to look for a clean plate.
4. The diet is monotonous, for 4-5 days you no longer know what to choose. Porridges are not sweet, just cereals filled with milk, soup is water and vegetables.
There were sushi and rolls only 1 time a week.
5. Bars periodically ran out of ice and beer, sometimes it was already gone at 14:00.
6. Entering the sea, as previously written, is bad, it is better to do it to the right of the pier, from the side of the neighboring hotel.
7. The room key card inserted into the switch was taken away by the maid.
This cannot be proved at the reception, 10 euros are charged for loss.
We just gave away one card at the check-out, they didn't demand anything from us.
8. Dental kits and soap accessories are not replenished properly, you have to ask for extra.
9. Because our room was on the ground floor, a small lizard came to visit us more than once. They are harmless, but it can scare some people.
Positive:
1. The huge well-groomed territory of the hotel.
2. There are many pools, including for children.
3. There are many bars on site, both with drinks and food. We didn't have to stand in queues for a long time.
4. A good lobby bar with drinks, open around the clock.
5. There are piers, it is very convenient to dive into the sea from them.
6. There have never been any problems with free sun beds either at the pools or on the beach.
7. Themed events are held every evening, we went only a few times, we liked everything.
8. If you rest for 7 days or more, you can visit the a la carte fish restaurant once.
We liked it, it was delicious.
But you need to sign up on 1-2 days of rest.
9. There is a spa center with a sauna and a swimming pool, as well as a gym.
Overall, I enjoyed the stay, but the rooms leave much to be desired.

The hotel is honestly so-so.
The rooms are in need of repair, the plumbing is old, we were drowned from the upper room, we waited all day, wandered around the hotel until they fixed and cleaned.
The food is monotonous, if you do not like eggs for breakfast, you will only have to eat soy-paper sausages and sausages, you can still stand in a huge queue for pancakes and toasters.
Beach plates, take your slippers.
I was only pleased with the large, beautiful, green, well-groomed territory.
And in general, the hotel is 3 stars.

It was a little trip in May for 7 days! The price of the tour with a flight for two from St. Petersburg and a hotel cost 135 000 rubles. We stayed at the hotel from 18.07 to 27.07.2023. The hotel is great. A large area, lots of greenery - ornamental plants, palm trees. Everything is very well maintained. It's nice to walk along the paths, it's just a pleasure to go to the sea. The sea is clean, warm, the beach is pebbly, but you can enter the water from the pier, there are always free sun beds, comfortable awnings, the beach area is constantly cleaned. The room is clean, comfortable, cleaned every day. The staff is friendly. All the hotel staff are very friendly, helpful, and there are many Russian speakers. The food is varied, you can always choose something to your liking. It was our first time at this hotel and we are very pleased that we did not lose our choice. The hotel for 5 stars clearly does not pull about 3.5. Repairs are required, the plaster is already falling off the houses. In this hotel, no one cares about anything. There is a catastrophic shortage of staff, the food is the same every day (although I found something to eat).
There are ants in the rooms. They could not clean the rooms for 2 days.

I will be objective, there is nothing to do with the Child there, the kitchen is not child-oriented.the child is 4 years old. Customer orientation is at a low level, there are no signs where to eat during the day, where to get a towel....You only ask people everything. The beach is just disgusting, stone, concrete slab with stones, it's not really possible to walk barefoot. I knew that the stone beach, but I did not think that it was not comfortable .....

The hotel is solid 4.
The beach is nearby, pebbly. I advise you to bring aquataps with you.
The food is excellent. For different tastes. A lot of grilled , baked meat, chickens, fish , various side dishes, vegetables, fruits, desserts.
The animation is just brilliant!
Mini club in the afternoon, mini disco in the evening and evening entertainment.
The rooms are good. They change the bed and towel every day .
There are 3 pools for children and adults , a water park without a queue .
Fine.
I expected a lot worse , but it turned out surprisingly well !
I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

We didn't expect anything supernatural from the hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised. I was lucky enough to live in the first villa to the sea. Everything was nearby and very convenient. Everything in the hotel is sound: nice rooms, attentive and caring staff, cozy recreation areas, a great beach. The bars have nice drinks and good service. The food in the main restaurant is quite tasty, and during the day there are many more locations on the territory with various delicious dishes (pizza, potato chips, tortillas, waffles, ice cream, fast food). One of the things that can be a little stressful is the large number of people in the main restaurant during rush hour for breakfast and dinner, as well as the need to go inside from the terrace to get a plate, provided that many dishes are prepared outside. But this is not critical and we treated it philosophically.

We are resting with my husband at the moment in this hotel on 10/24/2023 . We are happy with almost everything, but there are drawbacks. There are a lot of cats in the restaurant.There are boulders in the sea, the entrance is bad, so I refused to go to the sea. The rooms have interior doors , the furniture is old . But the territory itself is very large , the market is nearby . The Russian -speaking staff was very friendly, thank you very much. A restaurant from which it is not possible to leave hungry. Grilled fish chicken deep-fried potatoes. Goulash side dishes are a lot of fruits and vegetables of abundance. Ice cream pizza . Food is available around the clock, even at night. We had a rest in June 2024. The hotel as a whole makes a positive impression, but it falls a little short of the stated 5 stars - a good 4 with ultra-all. A very well-maintained large area with many separate two-storey buildings. The landscaping is simply amazing, a real arboretum, even signs with the names of plants are present. The territory is simply huge, this is a big plus, since the evening animation from the playground near the sea is not heard from the houses located closer to the reception. The animation is good, live music, dance and even circus groups of a decent level. There are three pools, two of them with slides, and one for kids. For families with children, it is generally a great option, there is always something to occupy the child. The food is a little monotonous, but of high quality. Everything is fresh, fish, meat, poultry, seafood all the time. Lots of fruits and sweets. There are food courts and bars throughout the territory, no one will remain hungry. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff, bartenders and even waiters, communication without problems. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is normal, there are plenty of towels, the beds are comfortable. Upon arrival, they were given terry slippers. The room equipment and furniture are "tired", but everything is in good order. There are many "junior" rooms of 3 rooms, you can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The entrance to the sea is rocky, most of the entrance is made of concrete blurred blocks, special slippers are needed. But you can enter the water from the pier, there are a lot of fish and very clear water. On the way to the beach, you cross an irrigation canal on a bridge, and baited fish and turtles of several breeds gather below. I liked the rest, we plan to return again.

We were on vacation at the hotel from 28.06 - 07.07 2023. In general, I liked everything at the hotel, they were very well received!
Check-in: while the documents for check-in were being processed, we were sent to dinner immediately, we got the room quickly and had time to eat, drinks were offered in the lobby, suitcases were taken, we were taken straight to the room, everything is fine here!
Service: all issues are resolved very quickly! The Russian-speaking guest's relation are very efficient and super polite!
Room: everything is clean, there are, of course, some repair issues, there were flaws in some places, but it did not bother. The electricity went out once, but the technician fixed everything right away. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed too, the cleaning is very good! The bed linen was strange, the sheets did not seem to fit the bed and there were no duvet covers, only waffle blankets and blankets. Maybe I'm used to something else, but this surprised me. There is a safe in the room, very pleasing!
Food: there is only one answer - you know how to search and wait, it will be delicious! There is sooo much food in the main restaurant, you just have to walk slowly and watch everything, because the cuisines are different and everyone chooses according to their taste. For me, the menu was unusual in many ways, but I still managed to always find food for two plates!
Among the disadvantages are long queues for the grill, in the morning the battle for pancakes, in the evening for steaks. Maybe it's worth expanding this zone, because there are always a lot of people there and you have to wait a long time, but it's 100% delicious!
Restaurants: we were in a fish restaurant, I didn't like it, I got used to European cuisine, there were unbalanced dishes, in such a situation I could write a kilometer-long review as a culinary critic, but this is not critical, however, you can safely eat in the main restaurant!
Animation: 100/100! The guys are just unreal handsome, a lot of contests, events, trips to clubs and so on!
Alcohol: they pour from the heart! 10/10! If you want tastier cocktails, choose a bar on the beach or by a quiet pool, there are fewer people there and the bartenders are not in such a rush.
The sea: beautiful, salty, good! But the pebbles are very painful for the feet, everyone swims in slippers! There are always plenty of beds available.
Pools: clean, comfortable depth, there is a clear separation (quiet pool, pool with contests, pool with water park), sun beds are not always enough
Shop: very nice guys work, always try to explain what to take, communicate nicely, say hello, beauty
Spa: Ali is a very nice man, of course he always persuades you to take more complexes, presses, I would even say) but in general he is a very pleasant man, advises good procedures. The complexes are quite expensive, but bargaining is appropriate)) I'm not used to this, but it's really necessary to bargain at the spa 😅
Bottom line: you can always find cons everywhere, they were here too, but it didn't spoil the rest at all, because there were a lot of advantages!

I'll give you five stars, BUT there's a lot to find fault with. The first one was still not impressed with the food, yes there were shrimps , there were Squid , tuna , but damn they are not delicious overcooked and generally none. The meat was veal and lamb kebab and mostly chicken, I liked the grilled chicken. There were fruits of various kinds - plums, peaches (part greenish, part normal), iron pears straight, bananas are good by the way, grapes, green orange , sour tangerines. Even the strawberries were delicious on the morning peanut butter sandwiches . Everything looks beautiful, but Muscovites were showing off right tough on nutrition. Well, these are quibbles, you will not stay hungry!
The territory of the hotel is gorgeous , everything is well - groomed , beautiful , palm trees, various trees , shrubs, snails are quick at night ) at first we wandered to the restaurant for a very long time .
The beach is sand / pebbles . The entrance is not very suitable for children , there is a stone slab in the water , there is no slab next to the pier, it is not critical . But after walking along the entire coastline , all hotels have such a parsley .
Nice pools, slides, ice cream, tortillas, potato chips, pizza and a bonus milkshakes and natural coffee! (In one of the bars )
In short , I liked everything . Cooks just need to be trained!
